I have been coming here since they opened and it's the only nail salon I will go to. The staff is so friendly, I get a dip manicure and gel pedicures and they are always on point. I feel like the prices are affordable and I truly love coming here. My nails always look great and I cannot recommend this place enough.
Glamour Nail bar has the best service I've ever experienced! Prices are fair, employees are kind and love what they do, and they are all so talented!! I recommend this place to everyone! Make sure to call ahead so you don't have to wait but usually they can fit you in anytime. I love Glamour nails!!!!
Terrible. The paint job is terrible. And the shaping is uneven and too square. Do not go here i recommend you not.
Please read every single review untill your fully convinced it's the one or wait .... maybe i shouldn't even say that ! I can't believe I got rescheduled twice with this person ( "Nail Tech Thao ") . I was just going along with it and hoping my nails would be done correctly and my money worth . That did not end up happening what so ever and took 2 hours long here are the results !!! I paid 95.00 for this downgrade service ?!? From her she's never met me It was my first time too .
My 1st time here they looked confused even though I made an appt. Loved my nails. Here for my fill made an appt a few days ago for 4pm and I called at 4:06 to let them know I'm on my way and will be there in 5 minutes and was told I have to wait. I said for how long she said I don't know until he's done. So if you come here hope you don't have a life and are late because you'll have to wait. Bad customer service, but I really like the way he did my nails. They all do them long. I asked for short and you can see in the photo they are not short. So I waited 50 minutes to get my refill and good job just not what I asked for. I wanted coffin nails not square nails. I do love they don't do small talk or talk at all. I enjoy silence. But still one of the best places I've tried here in AZ. In a I'm a Cali girl. They do bling, stickers, designs give it a try. Just Don't be late.
Wow!! I'm SO picky and I was so pleased with my set. I became very nervous going to a different salon then usual but I'm SO glad I did because I got the best results. Not only did my nails come out amazing but both of the women next to me, nails were beautiful!! I just got them done but I'm already so excited to go back! can't wait to make this my new permanent salon. Thank you!! Update: had a different nail tech and was blown away!! SO IN LOVE!!
Wow!!! I am so AMAZED by my nail job done by Trammy!!! I have my natural nails..I've had gel done previously but was not a fan..saw the new "dipped" craze and went to another place for my first time. I absolutely HATED my nails. But I'm not that type of person..so I left and wanted to cry. The lady messed up my nails..filed them so they were filed in and they looked HORRIBLE. I was so disappointed. I had eaten lunch locally and saw Glamour...walked in and Trammy TRANSFORMED my ugly nails!! I literally had tears! I love my nails and will Not go anywhere else!! THANK You Trammy! They are beautiful!
I've seen Thao twice now, first time for a full set and today for a fill! Their prices are extremely reasonable and Thao does a great job. I just moved to Arizona recently and this is going to be my new go to nail salon.
This place is amazing every.single.time! I've been going here for years because I finally found a nail salon where they don't disappoint. I think I've had every person working here do my nails and pedicures. They are all so nice and they never cut or hurt me.. which for me, has been super hard to find!. They always do exactly what I request. They're awesome!
First time at this location, it is beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and my nail tech was extremely patient and helpful picking out a dip color.
My fiancé and I came here for my birthday today and got pedicures and I also got the SNS dip. All the staff were super friendly and they did an amazing job, the salon was also very clean and beautiful! The nail dip was great and well done, I love that it is organic and odor free. I can't wait to come back and get pampered again soon!!

This review is for Thao and the salon in general. I have been going to Thao for my nails for over a year now. She's AMAZING. She is truly an artist at her craft. She is patient, meticulous, and creative. I walk in with crazy requests and she always indulges me. I've never been disappointed with her execution. The shaping of her nails is just how I like it and she is reasonably priced. I will never go to another nail tech as long as Thao is doing nails. As far as the salon goes, it is beautiful, clean, and has the best customer service you could ask for. Sonny and Michelle are so kind and funny, they treat everyone like family and get to know their customers. I've personally recommended all my girlfriends to this salon and they've become regulars also. read more

I happened to be around and wanted to get my nails done. This place was right there and I walked in. They took a walk in with no appointments. The pricing is decent and the place is well kept, clean and looked very nice. I went with a pedicure, really liked the massage. I was really happy with the service. But, the next day I noticed the nail paint chipping from the sides, it was not even a day. Then saw that the dead skin was still there and not completely exfoliated. Though everything went well, it didn't last and that's a bummer for me. I might give them a try again but not anytime soon. read more

My fiancé and I came here for my birthday today and got pedicures and I also got the SNS dip. All the staff were super friendly and they did an amazing job, the salon was also very clean and beautiful! The nail dip was great and well done, I love that it is organic and odor free. I have been coming to this nail bar for the last 8 months and they are always so wonderful and kind and do an AMAZING job on my nails. I always do the SNS dip powder and I have found my nails are much stronger than they used to be. They also have a huge variety of colors to chose from. They are usually very busy (probably because they are so wonderful) but I never have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes. I recently got married and worked with Michelle and she helped me to create the nails of my dreams. They were so beautiful and better than I could have ever imagined. I asked her to create and ombré look using dip powder on my natural nail. It was definitely a lot of work for her but she is so talented and I have not stopped receiving compliments on my wedding nails. I will continue coming here and recommending friends and family here because they are wonderful!!!! read more

I give this place 5 stars which is not very often I do this a place has to really impress me in order to get that many stars. But the gentleman who did my full set of nails and my pedicure which was the Queen package was just that. I would highly recommend this place Glamour to anyone like me who was looking for a much better experience than the last nail bar I previously went to. I've been going to Glamour Nail Bar for years and I've never left disappointed! I love this place so much. They prices are more than reasonable, everyone that works there is friendly and open. I highly recommend going in! I always get dip powder manicures and will occasionally spoil myself with a pedicure too (the massage is to die for). Go go go!! read more

This is BY FAR the best nail salon i have EVER been to in my entire life, (and I've been to a lot). First, i didn't have to ask her to fix anything, second, they were all extremely friendly, and lastly, I even got compliments before I walked out the door! If you haven't tried this gem yet, it's DEFINITELY worth every single penny!! Reasonable prices, and you get exactly what you pay for. The few times I've gotten service here have been extremely pleasant visits, this is why it deserves 5 stars and I will surely be back!!! read more

Everyone here is amazing!! They are courteous and so meticulous. You're nails will come out transformed and beautiful!! Sunny and Michelle are amazing techs and listen to what you want. They make sure to check in if you are liking the progress of your nails. Forever my nails spot!! read more
We have been here three times now and each experience has been a positive one. The manager (maybe owner, I'm not sure) is over the top friendly and works really hard to ensure that all of their customers are treated well, are comfortable, and receive exactly what they came in for. The nail technicians are all quite friendly as well. The shop itself is spacious and well designed with a completely separate area for pedicures. It's a comfortable environment. If I had any feedback for them it would be to have the TV on something other than the news. We come to the spa to relax and enjoy a few serene moments. read more

These folks are SO nice - My eight year old daughter and I came in this afternoon for a mani and pedi (for her) and a full set of French ombré acrylics (for me). Steve, the nail tech who did my daughters mani and pedi has to be one of the sweetest most pleasant people I have ever met - he did a fantastic job on her nails and treated her like a little princess! Ken, who was my nail tech was very friendly, professional and he really cared about what I was requesting. (While he was a bit on the rough side - it is not necessarily his fault since I wasn't brave enough to tell him that he was hurting me.) This salon is very clean, very well kept and beautiful. My daughter and I will certainly be coming back! read more

Perfect dip set! I usually go for short and square shape but I was encouraged to go a little longer this time with a different shape and I'm so glad I did!! I'm never EVER disappointed or unsatisfied when I come to Glamour Nails in chandler! Everyone is so talented, so polite, patient and have an extreme sense of hospitality. They're a hardworking family who want nothing more than to cater to you and give you exactly want you want and ask for. If you've ever had a bad experience here, it was probably your own fault these folks give great service so treat them with respect, show up on time to your appointments, and communicate what it is you're wanting when they're taking care of you! read more

I used to come here all the time. 1-2 times a month, getting acrylics and pedis. If you're getting your nails some here go with Thao or there's two other ladies that do them well. When ever I get the owner Sony or the other gentleman (who I don't know his name) I always am unhappy with my nails. They say they can do design and they mess it up completely. I always let them know if they can't I'll find something else more simple. The last few times I've had to go else where to get my nails fixed. Today I was already coming in for a pedicure because Steven is the best and it's my birthday. I asked for a fill let them know I got them done else where and asked if they had acrylic that match, if not I wouldn't get it. They said yes they did and started on my nails then said they don't and I can only do gel. I told them I asked for this reason I didn't want to do if they didn't have it. Both of the gentleman were giving attitude and being rude the entire time talking down to me as if I hadn't told them I wouldn't get it done. I wanted to make sure they had it because it is my birthday and was celebrating and obviously didn't want messed nails. Thankfully one of the girls got it figured out, but while the guy was doing my nails he was rough and it just wasn't a good experience over all. I'm sad this place has been going down, especially with their costumer service from the owner. read more

the absolute best my nails have ever looked. Tao was quick and efficient and very precise with my nail shape, thickness, and style. She did so well with the photos i gave her and was meticulous with replicating the design. The price wasn't too bad and the staff was very nice. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I came here for a pedi and eyebrow maintenance with a friend. I have never been here before but the FB pictures of their work looked great. The salon itself is clean, bright and airy. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and told to pick our colors. I was immediate taken to the back and my brows were waxed. I am very pleased with the results as sometimes even though you say just a "clean up" the tech will take it upon themselves to try to be an eyebrow wizard and do what they want instead of what was requested. After my brows, I was seated for my pedicure. The tech was warm and friendly. The water was the right temp and I liked that they use the liners for sanitation. I enjoyed my gel pedicure which included a massage and hot stones. I left with my feet smooth and painted to the nines. This place is a definite win and I will be back. read more

I've been going to this salon for a few years and Thao is amazing... My nails stay looking like she just did them for a good 3 weeks. She does an amazing job with whatever shape or design you want. And Steven gives the best pedis. I'm moving to Dallas and I'll miss them both. read more
