I did walk-in for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. It was slightly busy but not so busy that they couldn't take me. The receptionist was really sweet and attentive. She helped me check-in and showed me where to choose my color. She checked back in with me to let me know they were setting up for me. She also was familiar with different customers and knew who they usually get services by. The girl who did my pedicure was nice. She painted one of my toes and asked if I liked the color before she finished painting all of them. I thought that was thoughtful. She did a thorough job. I usually leave a pedi with an injury from someone cutting my cuticle or my paint peeling off. I left injury free and with neat polish. I will definitely probably make this my go-to place.
THE worst service I have ever gotten. DO NOT GO here if you want quality service. All I went in for was a soak off and I had an awful time, I'm glad I didn't get any other service if they couldn't fulfill a soak off in a decent manner. The tech was insanely rough even after I told her that my nails are sensitive after having a set on for so long. She kept filing and scratching up my cuticles even after I told her that she kept hitting skin. She was complaining about how she couldn't finish her lunch cause I had come in. She cracked multiple of my own nails from filing and drilling so rough. My nails are paper thin from the set and she did NOT take her time to be gentle. She had an attitude and rushed the entire process On top of the awful service. I Initially asked how much a soak off was and receptionist said $10, finished up and she said $15. I was confused and asked why the mark up and she said its cause she got the prices wrong. I asked her to double check and it seemed like she asked the owner or manager and confirmed it was $15. In conclusion, prices were wrong and receptionist was unprofessional, technician was also awful and unprofessional. All I had come in for was a soak off and this place still managed to mess up a simple service.

They have a menu with different types of pedicures to get. I actually got an upgraded pedicure for the first time. The seats were very comfortable and didn't throw me all over the place when it was kneading lol. I would come back here for sure
I had a fantastic experience here. It was a very nice location with every color you could want available and tons of different design options. I'm a simple girl and my nails grow fast so I tend to go with more nude options, closer to my natural nail color. Kelsey gave me a Russian manicure, which is never had before. Her personality really made the experience even better. My pedicure was exactly what I needed. I got the Jelly Pedicure, which was another new thing I hadn't experienced but I'm so glad I did. This location was the last stop on my self care day and it was the perfect way to wrap things up. Overall I'd highly recommend this salon. I'll definitely go again even though it's 40 mins from my house. Worth it!
I was looking for a great place to get a fill done since my nail tech quit and I was quite disappointed and discouraged to find a new nail salon and be able to get the same service I was used to and I researched for a new place and read great reviews on Emmie Nail bar I wanted to give it a try and I'm beyond excited to find my new nail salon! Staff was was very friendly at Emmie's and I was lucky to be able to get an appointment with Emmie herself! She was BEYOND AMAZING! she had amazing attention to detail, she was also very friendly with her employees and customers as well. I would 100% recommend this place for having excellent nail techs, and great customer service.
I've been coming here lately for acrylic nail fills and designs. I've been seeing Allie O and she does an incredible job! The nail salon is always a fun time, good music and nice decor. They also offer punch cards for pedicure which I've never seen anywhere else. I'll continue to come here and recommend them to anyone looking to get nail services done.
The service was great, I wanted something simple but well done and I think the prices are fair.
Keeping this short: 1. came in a week prior to Thanksgiving to get nails done and chose regular gel nail polish with cat eye design. They were beautiful. Service that day was perfect. 2. Came in mid December to get the gel taken off and regular nail polish put on same day with no trim. Associate doing my nails instead of soaking off the gel used a rotating tool to shave off the gel polish, no buffing after, just painted regular polish over it. 3. Regular polish lasted one day, took polish off by the end of that same week and noticed nail beds were hurting to the touch and red. 4. It has now been 3 weeks since and my fast growing natural nails have slowed down (I have never gotten acrylics, paint regular polish at home, and this was my second time ever having gel nails), slightly less pain. Can feel the unevenness of the nail bed almost as if gel residue remains. Though the shop is adorable and those that work there are nice I am pretty disappointed with lack of care of the nail for gel removal service. I was hoping to come back to get my wedding nails done next month, but am afraid this soured my experience for future service...
I moved to Chandler about a year ago and was desperately looking for a good nail place that wouldn't hassle me and would consistently give me a good set. I found Emmi and decided to try it out and was surprised with the diversity; like so many nail techs of different backgrounds (most of them pretty professional) that didn't overcharge and gave a solid set. I immediately lucked out by getting Presley who has plenty of solid reviews here, and LOVE HER. She absolutely kills it everytime and I'll include photos of her work. HOWEVER now down to why this review isn't 5 stars: Emmie herself. She's nice enough to patients and the salon is clean and cute, but I've watched many instances of her crossing a line with her employees. She seems to selfishly only care for herself and her business, and I've unfortunately had too many instances in the salon where I've seen her aggressively approach her staff and then become emotional from it, to which she shortly after tries to play the friend role and make up for it. I think she's new to being a business owner, and she needs to learn the fine line between being friendly to staff vs being their friend and causing drama. Or maybe she should just learn to keep it behind closed doors and not in front of customers. I tried to ignore this behavior, but recently came to find out that the 2 best nail techs at this salon left on very short notice, and I personally feel that represents the poor way this business is running more than it does the staff. (This isn't the first time good staff has left here abruptly). I reached out and was able to get ahold of Presley and Kay who left the salon and found out they opened their own place!!! They do amazing work and I'll now be taking my business there!! It's called "The Nail Duo" off of broadway in Tempe and I'm so excited to see what these talented girls do. Overall I think the work at this place is good, but the drama and constant loss of good employees is very representative of this business.

This was my first visit and I was so impressed! The salon is spotless and beautifully modern, and the entire staff made me feel right at home. My pedicure was relaxing and my builder gel manicure looks amazing -- shiny, smooth, and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service in a welcoming environment!

Long overdue and absolutely worth it! I finally made my way into Emmie Nail Bar after riding past it too many times to count, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. Mindy, my pedicurist, was phenomenal. I chose the Indulge Paradise treatment and let me tell you, the Honey Flower scent was heavenly. Their menu of Pedi options is impressive, and I'm officially on a mission to try them all. I opted for the Gel Pedi with Paraffin wax instead of the usual callus remover (which I appreciate options matter, especially for those of us who don't have calluses to battle!). Mindy's massage? Absolutely top-tier. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and excited to return. read more
Enjoyed a very good pedicure experience with April. She was really nice and we had a wonderful conversation about one of our favorite subjects....food! We shared some of our preferred restaurant suggestions while she was doing an amazing job on my pedicure. I also was excited about the various menu options for pedicures This time I chose the Indulge Pedicure. All the prices are very reasonable and service was great. The atmosphere was chill with the music playing and everyone into mani and pedi spa services. They offer a pedicure punch card. After your 10th service you get a discount off the 11th one. read more

It was my first time at Emmie Nail Bar, and it was amazing! My friend found them through instagram, and got us both an appointment for full acrylics easily. The inside is clean and very cute! I had Mya as my nail tech and she did such a great job with my request. I brought in my inspo picture and wanted to change the colors, which she accommodated no problem, plus she made me comfortable on top of making my nails look awesome! Called on a Tuesday (April 30th) to make an appointment, they said they could take me in 20-minutes! The shop is cute, it has a darker vibe to it, very clean and modern-looking. I requested a deep French full-set on med-long coffin nails. I can't remember my tech's name, but I think it may have been "Josh". He was really friendly. Did a good job, though there were a few times where I had to bring some symmetry concerns to his attention. He fixed them immediately and I did not feel like he was offended or upset (you know, sometimes artists/technicians get offended when you point things out) he was not one of them! After I left, I could see what looked like a file-scuff on my pinky, but it wasn't a big deal. I paid $75 for this hand-painted deep French full-set, not including tip. *Unrelated to my service- but a woman was getting a pedicure across from my table and the gentleman doing her pedi looked like he gave the most amazing foot massages ever in life (apparently he owns a reflexology business nearby!) I wish I had the time to get a pedicure because it looked incredible! read more

It was my first time at this nail salon. I chose it because of the high ratings and let me tell you, they did not disappoint!! I never get my nails done, but wanted to for a special occasion I was attending. I believe the nail artist who did my nails was named Kaya (she had a cute denim apron with different kinds of bread all over it). Her attention to detail was amazing. This was my first time at this salon. The salon has a beautiful interior. And the manicure chairs are much more comfortable than most salons. I arrived at 9am for a hard gel fill and was greeted immediately and shown where the gel nail colors were. My nail tech was Presley (sorry if I misspelled it!). She was a few minutes late but it wasn't a big deal for me as the receptionist kept me updated on how long I was going to be waiting. She took her time with my nails and made she they were even and the same length. We had great conversation and she made me feel very comfortable. The other staff were very friendly and professional. They unfortunately had 4 other nail techs call out sick today but that handled it very professionally and took the time to call everyone that had an appointment and offer to reschedule or have someone else do their service. 100% will be coming back! read more

Wonderful experience! We made an appointment via yelp, the response time was great. The place is super clean and comfortable. We were offered refreshments while being serviced. Had no problems with requested services (gel pedi x2 with fill-in and full set) Staff are amazing, professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. This salon is gorgeous and the service is exceptional! The staff was so nice and accommodating, making sure everyone is comfortable and getting them into their appointment in a timely manner! I got a gel X full set. They have so many beautiful colors to choose from! I need my nails done for a wedding and the safe color matched my dress perfectly! I've been to nail salons all over the valley for years and this is by far the best spot I've been to. I recently found this salon and all I can say is wow! The atmosphere is beautiful and very clean. My technician Kate did such an amazing job on my pedicure, she took her time and literally did a perfect pedicure! I also broke the corner of my toe nail and one of the other technicians was able to build it out for me and it looked amazing. I feel like most salons I've been into in the past I feel very rushed through the process and usually don't get quality work but this salon definitely prides themselves on doing quality work and making you feel relaxed and not rushed during the process. Kate was so detailed and checked every step of the way to make sure I was happy with her work! This will for sure be my new nail spot, thank you!! read more
