I regret forgetting to exchange numbers with her but we did manage to take a photo of our hands together, after she decided to get what I always get( which is French )since we called one another nail besties. ‍ My only complaint is that, the gel polish used on my fingers started chipping away after a week which I've never had happened before, so next time, I'll confirm that he uses a newer bottle. Thankfully, I keep some spare gel polish and was able to wipe and redo my chipped polish at home. This is a convenient, easy to find location and a busy salon. There's plenty of parking onsite! Definitely make an appointment and go here if you're on a time crunch and need to get in right away.

Throughout our service, I noticed how our techs had different ways of servicing us. My friend's tech seemed to be a little more detailed and meticulous with her service. My tech seemed to rush through her process. She appeared annoyed when I asked for a specific chrome color on top of the gel. Two people mentioned how it was gonna be additional $15 just for the chrome. I told them the price was okay but they kept asking me for reassurance. Then they proceeded to mention how my toes were too short for the powder. But again, I was still charged the whole additional $15 for the chrome powder anyways. I showed my tech my reference photo at least 3 times throughout my service. To make sure our visions were aligned. When she finally put the chrome powder on my toes, she applied it with her bare fingers. Which I felt was unsanitary and left my toes streaky. After the powder was applied, I assume she was going to wipe/rinse off the powder. But she only used her finger and a brush to do so. The photo of my results was after I got my own wipes to clean them up. When I tried to clean my cuticle, the gel ended up peeling. I've left photos of both my reference photo and results. Overall I paid a total of $60 for my gel pedicure + chrome powder, and another $45 for my friend's gel pedicure. I really tried to be optimistic during my service. However, I did leave disappointed. I've been to this place before and never had an experience like this one.

I've tried the Volcano pedicure and recently upgraded to another premium option (I can't recall the name and didn't see it listed on their website). I love how they customize a beautiful tray of products based on the scent you choose. I selected the Pearl scent and received a take-home lotion as part of the package, which was a nice touch. My only real complaint is with polish consistency. I prefer regular polish over gel, and depending on the technician, it sometimes chips within 1-2 weeks. However, my most recent pedicure has lasted almost 3 weeks and still looks great--so it might come down to technique or how many coats are applied. My technician was also kind enough to let me try out my original color choice and offered a much better second option, a beautiful neutral pale peach that might just be my new go-to. While the prices are on the higher side compared to other salons, I don't mind spending a bit more for good service, a relaxing massage, and long-lasting polish. The only reason I haven't made this my regular spot is the occasional inconsistency with polish durability. For reference, I don't hike or do strenuous activities, and I wear closed-toed shoes to work and socks at home--so chipping is definitely a concern. Overall, I'll likely return due to the convenience, ambiance, and quality service, but I'm still on the fence about making it my #1 salon until the polish experience becomes more reliable

I get it's my fault for not voicing my opinion but I ended up coming back to ask if they can fix and no one was there.
