Came back for proms nails and always impressed with the work each tech can do. Henry was fabulous when doing my nails, took his time and always made sure i was okay. Love this place!
Came in for a quick nail fix.. I'm from out of state, out here visiting my brother.. so I was so clueless as to what nail shop to go to but I wanted the closest one to my brothers apartment. I tried one a block away, but fully booked. Then came to this one. It's located in a big lot, next to Pieology! (Oh how I wished I got a pizza.. but too many memories stopped me from going in sadly.) Theres also a Walmart inside this lot. Convenient.. shop and do your nails. The nail techs were all nice. They seen us within 5 mins of being there. We were in & out in 15 mins! For 1 nail fix & a cut down for my mom. I'd probably be back to this location next time i'm visiting my brother.
They do a great job with acrylic nails- which is the only service I've had done here. The nail techs are very careful and thoughtful. My nails last for three weeks before I need a fill. It's also easy to get a last-minute appointment, which I appreciate. And it's very reasonably priced for the service provided.
The lady who did my nails was so nice and they came out amazing!! It is a very nice place and the quality of nails that are done here is super good.
I had my nails done 8 days ago (gel) and it's literally the worst job EVER!! I didn't catch the name of the tech but it was an older man. When I left the salon he forgot to add a clear coat on one hand which made the color and texture completely different. When I went back in I felt like I was inconveniencing them. I can't believe these were done 8 days ago!!!!
If you come here! Don't get designs and asked for the shortest length. Full sets start at 55+! I've NEVER been to a salon that's more than 30-35$! They are always trying to up sale someone. I asked for medium length and when I got to the counter the woman tell me that it's a long length. And then the design is 30$ itself. This shit does not look like it's worth 30$ of nothing. Then it's Mother's Day and it's only 10% off in one location. I HOPE YALL GO OUT OF BUSINESS YOU RACES PIECES OF SHIT!
We made an appointment for a pedicure for myself, sister and friend for a Sunday afternoon. Their pedicure prices are a little pricey but you get 10% off when you check in. My pedicure was not enjoyable. The nail tech buffed my skin and I started bleeding. You can usually tell when this happens because it will start burning when they put the alcohol on your toes. I pointed it out to the nail tech and he had nothing to say. ( see photo. It's red on my toe on the left side) There was no apology. The same thing happened to my friend with her pedicure and nail tech. The rule of thumb is you do NOT buff on the skin! You buff on the toes. When checking out I told the check out girl what happened and that they need to teach their staff on how to do pedicures properly and not have the customers leaving with sore/bloody toes. It's really bad customer service when they have nothing to say and they do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I won't be back.
My friend and I came here over the weekend and we both got a new set of acrylics - the location is great and the staff were nice enough. Both of our nail techs cut our cuticles pretty badly, I have a deep cut between the skin on my finger and my nail (pictured), it was pretty bad day one but day three it isn't to bad now. I also had to go back only four hours later to get part of the black nail polish I got repainted, yet not they paint is still chipping off and paint wasn't put on the underside. The paint doesn't come all the way to the cuticle and my tech was extremely soft spoken so I had a very hard time hearing her between her mask and the plastic divider (which I truthfully didn't mind). The salon seemed pretty clean, they stuck to our appointment time which I feel is rare, plus they have a 10% off if you check in.
This is just another rushed nail spot. I saw all the "fancy" nail pictures so i assumed they could do a simple color and file in a straight line, NOPE. My nails are no longer square, now there is a curve to them. Wondferful. Not! $89 for a gel pedi & fill. Ripoff

If you want to relax this is not the place to come as they talked to each other the whole time and taking to another working 5 chairs down, they also time every step beepers going off constantly through the whole place, not a great experience. then I asked if I could have a little nail art on my big toe he said no you can have it this this polish so when I was paying I let the lady know she said no that's not the case, so she found someone else to do it. It did seem clean, like they use new files On everyone as the law requires. I also dislike to check in they wAnt your phone number. Just let you check in.
I had an early appointment scheduled with Tracy on a Tuesday 1/5. I was pleased to see Tracy was wearing a mask and new gloves and plexi glass is installed at the station. I selected a glittery purple gel polish manicure and it came out cute. My concern was one of the employees that did not have a customer was not wearing a mask in the midst of a pandemic. She finally put one on but safety should be #1 priority.

Went in to get an acrylic fill and a solid color. Once service was completed I notice the acrylic had seeped onto my skin and under nail bed along with gel paint. My skin was stuck from all the acrylic. Nail tech filed majority of my previous color off but not completely also she used nail filer, instead of a drill & cut my skin which caused bleeding & discomfort. Called the nail salon & asked for a repair, I came in was told that I could not book with a different nail tech. Again same nail tech filed off color with nail file and caused irritation and discomfort that lead to bleeding. After repair, I can still see my previous color after all the filing and cuts and blood. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. Overall even after the repair I was not satisfied with my nails. Their customer service is great I'll give them that. read more
This is one of my nail joints to go to when I need an appointment because they are petty good about appointments and keeping them. The front desk receptionist is good at booking appointments and keeping order in the place. I always get the same guy to do my nails when here because he knows my same old same Ole. I met a lovely seasoned customer here in which we became nail TWINSIES and had a lot in common. I regret forgetting to exchange numbers with her but we did manage to take a photo of our hands together, after she decided to get what I always get( which is French )since we called one another nail besties. My only complaint is that, the gel polish used on my fingers started chipping away after a week which I've never had happened before, so next time, I'll confirm that he uses a newer bottle. Thankfully, I keep some spare gel polish and was able to wipe and redo my chipped polish at home. This is a convenient, easy to find location and a busy salon. There's plenty of parking onsite! Definitely make an appointment and go here if you're on a time crunch and need to get in right away. read more

I am not pleased with the quality of professional service I paid to have done on my nails today. I could have had my 16yr old daughter do them and they would have came out better. You can see in the photos the gel polish goes over my skin on my thumb nail. This is due to the tech not filing, the gel polish after setting it under the light. They skipped a lot of steps other salons focus on. There are a few nails with gel polish that actually doesn't cover my whole nail beginning at the cuticle. Again...Very minimal effort for the price I paid. $140 for a full set with gel and a gel pedicure. I had work completed from 3 different nail techs while I was there and they all delivered the same poor quality of work. They don't pay attention to detail. I wish I had read their reviews before going! I liked them at first but after the day has gone by I've realized I am upset about my nails. However I still left the two main techs each a $10 tip but I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone I know who gets their nails professionally done. read more

They do a great job with acrylic nails- which is the only service I've had done here. The nail techs are very careful and thoughtful. My nails last for three weeks before I need a fill. It's also easy to get a last-minute appointment, which I appreciate. And it's very reasonably priced for the service provided. read more

My daughter came home in TEARS! It will take MONTHS for her real nails to grow out from the DAMAGE of the acrylic nails being so INAPPROPRIATELY APPLIED! The nails actually went in an upward angle off her nailbed, and moments after leaving the salon one of them actually ripped off her fingernail to the nailbed! SHE ASKED FOR A REFUND, BUT THE MANAGER REFUSED. I called and asked for the owner to call us, BUT DAYS LATER AND STILL NO CALL. SO - small claims court, here we come! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY BUSINESS. Too bad I couldn't leave a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS - as a WARNING!!! read more

I had an appointment for a pedicure at 5:00pm today. I've been coming here for years, but never received a service from the tech I had tonight. I wasn't paying too much attention to her work until she started to cut my toenails. She cut so close to the skin that it hurt. She didn't file the nails even after cutting, probably because they were too short to do so. I picked a light pink gel polish & she did not paint my entire nails. I had to ask her to paint where I noticed she missed during the process. She didn't remove all of the neon orange that I had on previously. So you can still see it in several places on my nails. She didn't trim the dead skin off very well either. I paid for a more expensive "charcoal detox" pedicure & she rubbed some charcoal on my calves that she barely wiped off afterwards, leaving black residue on my skin. The massage was disappointing to the point where I'd say it was more of a swipe of her hand. I'm 6+ months pregnant & got gel polish so I can't even fix the bad job that was done. Right before my first Mother's Day. :( Sad to say this will be my last time going here. It's not worth the inconsistent service & icky looking toes. read more

Update - 2nd time in and not a great experience. Came in for "dip fill" which I know they do not do so she had to take off the dip plus the existing tip. I asked for coffin shape and I got square. The nails were dipped but looked lumpy and uneven. 1 day later the top coat was already chipping. I had to file and reshape my own nails after spending $60+ I also asked for a polish change on my toes and they looked worse when she was done - it was a waste of money and time. I will not be returning to this nail spot. read more
I came here to get my wedding nails done. I arrived promptly at 10 AM the owner or supervisor was super nice and offered us water while we waited. My nail lady was Jenny and she was really nice. She did my nails within an hr, to me that was fast. I did like her job but after reviewing the nails really well I saw some un even parts on the nail. It was no big deal but I did pay $65 dlls for them so I expected for them to be perfect. I did mention I was getting married and she did a design for free. Over all I would give her a 9/10 After I was done with my acrylics I got a pedicure. The girl doing the pedi showed me a book with the prices, I picked the basic one that was around 30 or close to it. It said it came with callous removal but it did not. She only "lightly" scrubbed the bottom of feet. It even felt like she was trying really hard to not scrub hard enough for the callouses to be removed. First she rushed the whole pedicure (I was the only one getting a pedi so I didn't see the necessity to rush). She did a really crappy job on the pedi overall. I asked for white get color and the polish was not smooth. She did one layer and then the next one was only done half way so you can feel and see the different layers. I will not be coming back for a pedi. I have been to other places that are cheaper and are WAY better. I would give her a 4/10. Overall I liked the place for acrylics. I only "splurged" on the nails (well for me it was a splurge) because they were for my wedding. If not I would probably go somewhere else. They were good but for the price that's what I would expect. read more

I'm in love with my acrylics and pedi! Halle did my acrylics and absolutely nailed what I wanted. She is super fast but amazing at what she does. Bella did a superb job on my pedi and did an awesome job massaging my feet and legs, so much that I wanted to fall asleep right then and there. Overall, I felt very relaxed here and cared for. These women are pros at what they do. I'll keep coming back to this shop! read more

If i could give 0 stars i would!! How dare you charge 70$ for a color change and lie about it saying it was a fill... without telling the person that was paying for the nails?. You only fixed one nail and called that a full set WOW! Absolutely flabbergasted at how unprofessional these people are :( So sad... I came in for a fill and asked for something similar to the first picture. As you can see by the following pictures, IT LOOKS AWFUL compared to what I asked for. It doesn't even look like I got a fill!!! This was YESTERDAY!!! And they charged me $60... FOR A FILL THAT LOOKS TERRIBLE. WTF!!! read more

My first time coming here the whole entire time I sat there and got my nails done she wouldn't talk to me which is fine but towards the end of the service she's started complaining that it's late and that she was getting upset about them trying to give her more customers and she said that she didn't want to do anybody else and kept complaining about that the whole time so that was awkward then she proceeded to keep adding glitter to all my nails I told her that I didn't need the glitter added to every single nail but kept doing it so I was just at this point feeling uncomfortable to try to correct her again I just went with it then when I went to go pay I was charged $20 extra and they are trying to say because my nail length was too long and because of the design I wanted !! What really upsets me because I didn't get the design I did want! I will post what I wanted and what I got read more

If you want good customer service don't come here. The nail tech was annoyed as soon as I sat down, which made me feel very uncomfortable the whole visit. My ring finger on the right hand isn't even fully filled with glitter like the other nails. She just splattered nail oil on my hands and didn't even rub it in. The final product of my nails look so crusty with dust everywhere. With so many nail salons in the area, I will be going somewhere else where I feel appreciated as a customer!! Update: I got dip and she said she used gel for the white tips, yet my nails have already started to chip only 7 days later. read more
