I go here all the time. Today was so sad and just awful I don't even know where to begin I got a pedi and full set when it came to nails it was not what I wanted I said it again and again the male was nice but he just kept on going, he wouldn't stop filing doing the wrong color etc. it's clear they have a staffing issue. I went to the front to speak to the lady and instead of keeping it to herself I mentioned I always go to Lilly the lady proceeded to share with me Lilly refused to do my nails I truly have no idea why I've always liked her work and I always tip not a ton but 5$-10$ . So now my nail tech doesn't like me idk why or what happened or perhaps she had me confused with another customer. The male used one small nail filer to do my entire set I got acrylics by the way. I finally stopped him and just decided to leave. I came in at 3pm and left at 615 it just dragged and dragged. I had to remove my acrylics I had on by my teeth because they refused to soak them off then tried charging me to remove my nails because he had to help get the pinky off. I have no idea what happened today but I won't be back and I'll kindly take me 130 services elsewhere again it's fine she refused me but it would of been nice to know why or why even share ? I am not pleased with the quality of professional service I paid to have done on my nails today. I could have had my 16yr old daughter do them and they would have came out better. You can see in the photos the gel polish goes over my skin on my thumb nail. This is due to the tech not filing, the gel polish after setting it under the light. They skipped a lot of steps other salons focus on. There are a few nails with gel polish that actually doesn't cover my whole nail beginning at the cuticle. Again...Very minimal effort for the price I paid. $140 for a full set with gel and a gel pedicure. I had work completed from 3 different nail techs while I was there and they all delivered the same poor quality of work. They don't pay attention to detail. I wish I had read their reviews before going! I liked them at first but after the day has gone by I've realized I am upset about my nails. This is one of my nail joints to go to when I need an appointment because they are petty good about appointments and keeping them. The front desk receptionist is good at booking appointments and keeping order in the place. I always get the same guy to do my nails when here because he knows my same old same Ole. I met a lovely seasoned customer here in which we became nail TWINSIES and had a lot in common. I regret forgetting to exchange numbers with her but we did manage to take a photo of our hands together, after she decided to get what I always get( which is French )since we called one another nail besties. ‍ My only complaint is that, the gel polish used on my fingers started chipping away after a week which I've never had happened before, so next time, I'll confirm that he uses a newer bottle. Thankfully, I keep some spare gel polish and was able to wipe and redo my chipped polish at home. This is a convenient, easy to find location and a busy salon. There's plenty of parking onsite! We made an appointment for a pedicure for myself, sister and friend for a Sunday afternoon. Their pedicure prices are a little pricey but you get 10% off when you check in. My pedicure was not enjoyable. The nail tech buffed my skin and I started bleeding. You can usually tell when this happens because it will start burning when they put the alcohol on your toes. I pointed it out to the nail tech and he had nothing to say. ( see photo. It's red on my toe on the left side) There was no apology. The same thing happened to my friend with her pedicure and nail tech. The rule of thumb is you do NOT buff on the skin! You buff on the toes. When checking out I told the check out girl what happened and that they need to teach their staff on how to do pedicures properly and not have the customers leaving with sore/bloody toes. It's really bad customer service when they have nothing to say and they do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I won't be back. read more

My friend and I came here over the weekend and we both got a new set of acrylics - the location is great and the staff were nice enough. Both of our nail techs cut our cuticles pretty badly, I have a deep cut between the skin on my finger and my nail (pictured), it was pretty bad day one but day three it isn't to bad now. I also had to go back only four hours later to get part of the black nail polish I got repainted, yet not they paint is still chipping off and paint wasn't put on the underside. The paint doesn't come all the way to the cuticle and my tech was extremely soft spoken so I had a very hard time hearing her between her mask and the plastic divider (which I truthfully didn't mind). I had an appointment for a pedicure at 5:00pm today. I've been coming here for years, but never received a service from the tech I had tonight. I wasn't paying too much attention to her work until she started to cut my toenails. She cut so close to the skin that it hurt. She didn't file the nails even after cutting, probably because they were too short to do so. I picked a light pink gel polish & she did not paint my entire nails. I had to ask her to paint where I noticed she missed during the process. She didn't remove all of the neon orange that I had on previously. So you can still see it in several places on my nails. She didn't trim the dead skin off very well either. I paid for a more expensive "charcoal detox" pedicure & she rubbed some charcoal on my calves that she barely wiped off afterwards, leaving black residue on my skin. The massage was disappointing to the point where I'd say it was more of a swipe of her hand. I'm 6+ months pregnant & got gel polish so I can't even fix the bad job that was done. Right before my first Mother's Day. :( Sad to say this will be my last time going here. It's not worth the inconsistent service & icky looking toes. read more

Update - 2nd time in and not a great experience. Came in for "dip fill" which I know they do not do so she had to take off the dip plus the existing tip. I asked for coffin shape and I got square. The nails were dipped but looked lumpy and uneven. 1 day later the top coat was already chipping. I came here to get my wedding nails done. I arrived promptly at 10 AM the owner or supervisor was super nice and offered us water while we waited. My nail lady was Jenny and she was really nice. She did my nails within an hr, to me that was fast. I did like her job but after reviewing the nails really well I saw some un even parts on the nail. It was no big deal but I did pay $65 dlls for them so I expected for them to be perfect. I did mention I was getting married and she did a design for free. Over all I would give her a 9/10 After I was done with my acrylics I got a pedicure. The girl doing the pedi showed me a book with the prices, I picked the basic one that was around 30 or close to it. It said it came with callous removal but it did not. She only "lightly" scrubbed the bottom of feet. It even felt like she was trying really hard to not scrub hard enough for the callouses to be removed. First she rushed the whole pedicure (I was the only one getting a pedi so I didn't see the necessity to rush). She did a really crappy job on the pedi overall. I asked for white get color and the polish was not smooth. She did one layer and then the next one was only done half way so you can feel and see the different layers. I will not be coming back for a pedi. I have been to other places that are cheaper and are WAY better. I would give her a 4/10. Overall I liked the place for acrylics. I only "splurged" on the nails (well for me it was a splurge) because they were for my wedding. If not I would probably go somewhere else. They were late for our appointment 15 minutes, ok I understand and it happens. No problem. The pedicure was over priced. All They did was cut my toe nails and rubbed my calves for 30 minutes. They state you get a heel scrub... be aware.. NOT a callus removal which is extra. Other places include the callus removal. foe the same price at this place that doesn't. I have waited to write my review for this business because I wanted to make sure my feelings and observations were accurate. This business has it posted everywhere how great their Yelp reviews are. It's the reason I chose to go. As soon as I walked in there was a board that said you could receive a discount for a 5 star Yelp review. That instantly makes me think this may not be a good experience because the reviews were bought. I kept an open mind. I was a walk in during the middle of the week in the afternoon. I was told it would be a few minutes. I waited 20. I used the restroom while I waited and it was not the cleanest one I've been in. The person at the desk, whom I believe was the owner, did not seem kind to the staff. My nail tech was very kind and sweet. I chose an upgraded pedicure and everything she did was lovely but the results were terrible. My pedicure timing was 25 minutes! I was shocked that with the massage and all the extras it was so short. It was very hurried and it appeared that way with my polish. My toes were not fully covered and the nail polish looked terrible. This was not my fault, I always wait till it is dry before I leave so I don't mess it up. I was disappointed with my service and the overall experience. I was also disappointed with the blatant buying of Yelp reviews. I will not go back nor would I recommend it to anyone. My ring finger on the right hand isn't even fully filled with glitter like the other nails. She just splattered nail oil on my hands and didn't even rub it in.
