I was referred by others to go in typical basic pedicure for a guy last about 35 minutes. When I got home, the first thing I was asked 'did you enjoy your drink' I was like 'what drink'... I came in the morning but was not offered a mocktail, water, soda or champagne mimosa... My final results for my pedicure were ok. I feel like there could have been a better job or closer attention to Details around the feet and it felt like everything was timer based. I did enjoy the ambience, the decor and the staff was very friendly and I might return, but I think I'm gonna explore a few other places. To see what similar offerings are moving forward.

I made an appointment, and they got me in right on time, which I really appreciated. The place was very clean, the staff was friendly, and their prices were great. I explained that I'm a little rough with my hands and prefer my nails to be a bit thicker, and they really listened and accommodated exactly what I asked for. So far, I'm happy with the experience! The real test will be seeing how well they hold up this week--but first impression, definitely a good one.

Everyone smiled & was welcoming, from the one gentleman up front to the woman who gave me the pedicure & then the lady who answered the phone. This seems like something super simple, but I've been to nail salons where they are just not NICE. They are there to do the job but do not incorporate kindness & customer service...at a service-oriented business. Many nail techs seem like they REALLY dislike their jobs. And if you question how they're doing something to your hands or feet, or even ask?! They often act insulted. It's a fine line to tread. When it shouldn't be. I chose the VIP pedicure - see the menu! Treatment on my legs: * sugar scrub * hot stone massage * peppermint mask + hot towels * there was no paraffin wax for my feet but these other treatments made up for that Then "regular" stuff for feet: * soaking * cheese grating! * nail trimming & shaping - I asked for filing instead of cutting Thank you to Golden Nails Spa & "Ann" for a relaxing pedicure.
