My middle finger nail is significantly shorter than the rest of my nails. I pointed this out early in the appointment, and the nail artist told me it wasn't and it matched the length of my other nails. Thinking, maybe I wasn't seeing it correctly I trusted her throughout the process. In comparing my fingers after the process, I am very upset and unsatisfied with my nails. I've never written a review for any place ever but I feel this difference is too obvious for me to ignore. I've visited this place once before and was left so happy and excited with my nails! I loved the attention to detail a different nail artist paid towards my nails so much that I decided to come back. He compared every nail and made sure each nail was consistent with one another in every angle without me mentioning anything! I absolutely loved them and couldn't stop looking at my nails and thanked him so much for paying extra attention to detail. But this time, I can't stop looking at it for different reasons, and it's really bothering me. It just seemed like careless filing. read more

These my sisters and I nails the day AFTER getting them done. I was hoping for a relaxful experience but the process of getting them filed and "shaped" was abysmal. This was our first time going we LOVED the designs they do, and they all seemed nice. Me and my sister got the same tech who I'm pretty sure was named Tom. Our nails and skin are SUPER sore as if they're bending off. In fact he BENT OFF my wedding ring finger nail tip when it was freshly glued on. (My wedding ring finger is the worst out of all of them) He was rushing to get them filed and shaped. I'm assuming he was using an 80-100 grit nail file which hurt like HELL. Which caused most of the soreness and bleeding because he was RUSHING and going back and forth super hard. Me and my sister are the worst about advocating for ourselves because we don't want to critique their work assuming he's had a good chunk of experience. Although you'd think he'd notice the visible red marks and small blood on our hands and nails. When buffering instead of flattening our fingers, he had them at an angle so the buffer he was using went DIRECTLY on our skin. After our nails were done no cuticle oil or anything so our nails were dry, irritated, sore, and a bit bloody. My sister only got cuticle oil for pictures I however got none and my skin looks the worst. Love their prices and designs however if I go back I want someone more gentle. Are the nails cute, yes. Worth the pain, HELL nah. read more

I've visited this nail salon a few times now and can finally make a true review. I must say, my nail tech NEVER misses. Every time I go in, I'm left impressed. After having had numerous unpleasant and inconsistent experiences at different nail salons, this place is a refreshing change. My only complaint was that my acrylics were removed using another nail tip instead of soaking them off. This process was a bit painful and confusing compared to what I'm used to. It would be nice to something to watch like most salons... as I'm not super sociable so I feel bad always sitting in silence with my nail tech and the salon is quiet. However, I still highly recommend this salon if you're looking for somewhere new. They always make sure when you pay you are satisfied with what was done. It's also located just 5 minutes from my work, making it a convenient option for me which I love!! read more

I want to share my recent experience at your salon, which was unfortunately very disappointing. Ni, the nail technician who did my pedicure, did a poor job my toenails are uneven, and there's polish below my natural nail line. Even more concerning, she cut my big toe during the service. When I brought this up, both a man and a woman at the front desk dismissed my concerns and called me a liar, claiming they didn't see any cut or blood. That was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. While the woman eventually gave me a discount, the way I was treated being accused of lying was unacceptable. This is not how paying customers should be treated, and I hope you take this feedback seriously. read more

I highly recommend this nail salon (under new management and staff). The staff is amazing, the salon is clean, the atmosphere is calming, and they are extremely conscientious about their quality of work. Ken is detailed about every aspect of what I would like for my dipped nails, including designs, shapes, and colors. He is knowledgeable and also offers suggestions and input. He checks with me during the manicure before moving forward, so we are on the same page (unlike other salons that don't communicate well). Lina does my pedicure. (You have to do the volcano pedicure.) It's so relaxing, and it's some "me time" that I rarely get! read more

A few of the male technicians are really good but they are very disorganized, lose reservations and can't tell time. They will tell you 5-7 min which really means over 30 min. This is with a reservation. They do not manage their time well and run late all the time. read more

Pretty sure it was Nathan that did my nails. I requested a certain style of nails (ombré), and he was adamant that what I showed him was not ombré and that it would look bad on my nails if he did it. He convinced me to do something other than what I wanted. My thoughts were that he just didn't want to or couldn't do the ombré style. While doing the dip nails, I let him know that he missed a clear coat.l in one hand. He was argumentative about it and proceeded to tell me that there are cameras and he's been doing this for nine years. I know he missed a step on one of my hands, but didn't want to be rude or continue to argue about it so I dropped it. He acted like a know it all and disagreed with everything I said. The longest my gel builder nails have ever lasted!! I love getting gel builder because it's more natural looking vs acrylic, but sometimes it's so thin that it lifts or chips. Not this time! I've had my nails on for 4 weeks and i haven't had any issues!! The store is also very clean and bright, and everyone is so nice. I will be back!! read more

My girlfriend got a Mani/Pedi with dipped powder done here. Ni was very quick and gentle and did an amazing job with the Pedi. Nathan was SUPER helpful with picking designes and colors as well as very informative and gentle with the manicure.
