Instead, I paid an absurd amount of money for a color I didn't even like, an unfriendly atmosphere and no innovation. I'd like to pay extra and ask for some nail art or at least some French/swirls with cool touches and they didn't even have yellow?!? Don't worry, I won't be coming back. It led me to Golden Nails Spa & I had an excellent experience here. You know what I really appreciated? The hospitality. Everyone smiled & was welcoming, from the one gentleman up front to the woman who gave me the pedicure & then the lady who answered the phone. This seems like something super simple, but I've been to nail salons where they are just not NICE. They are there to do the job but do not incorporate kindness & customer service...at a service-oriented business. Many nail techs seem like they REALLY dislike their jobs. And if you question how they're doing something to your hands or feet, or even ask?! They often act insulted. It's a fine line to tread. When it shouldn't be. I chose the VIP pedicure - see the menu!
