I was offered water and quickly completed the necessary form. The waxing specialist was nice. She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

My appointment was with Kai. Kai was very knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally she presented professionalism way beyond her years. Bikini wax was good, I even allowed her to wax my butt. That was new experience, yet so needed. Won't skip on that upkeep anymore. The process for making an appointment was easy. Kai was good about cleaning the table between my body wax to my facial wax.
