They gave me her card and said I could call her. They were very polite about it. I texted Ashley from my car and was informed that she unfortunately doesn't have access to LASHES & NAILS scheduling system and counts on them telling her when she has an appointment and that I was free to scheduled via her website. I had previously scheduled a week in advance and her calendar was now full for the next couple of days. Sunday wasn't even an option and Monday was booked. No idea what her vibe is other than "schedule on my website" even after I asked if she could fit me in today or tomorrow. Her Aesthetician License appears to be up-to-date through July 2026 per AZBOC Verification 3 out fo 5 stars because she responded - but can not rate services as it's not possible to get in as needed. Seems like a roadblock in getting business through her door.

We have been away from each for a month so can't wait to reveal the results. Any hoo. I hadn't been waxed in several years after a painful experience. That was not the case here. My appointment was with Kai. Kai was very knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally she presented professionalism way beyond her years. Bikini wax was good, I even allowed her to wax my butt. That was new experience, yet so needed. Won't skip on that upkeep anymore. The process for making an appointment was easy. Kai was good about cleaning the table between my body wax to my facial wax. I will be back. They have a membership program but haven't signed up yet. I wanted to make sure that I don't have any negative responses from the wax.
