I got an email for 50% off, so I thought why not, give them a try again? The second time around fits the bill of satisfaction. Sasha, the Appointment Scheduler from their call center was professional & friendly via the phone. She scheduled me for the same day (within the hour) appointment. Laura, the Front Desk employee, exudes such light & good vibrations during my short wait. She offered some good insight into EWC's growth - nationwide. Savannah, my Esthetician definitely enjoys her industry. Her naturalness of knowledge, engagement & application during my service was top-notch. She broke down the process, ingredients, & post-care instructions throughout my 30 minutes appointment. Her ability to make you feel comfortable was seamless...not to mention painless. Savannah's constant change of gloves & sticks won me over - especially with the results. I can not be more satisfied. I got a few samples & purchased an aftercare serum that I'm looking forward to using & seeing the outcome. 5th star for the entire space being highly clean & sanitized, especially the treatment & restrooms. The rewards/points you earn regardless of location can be redeemed nationwide. Prices are less expensive than other waxing centers I've visited while in town. I'm having date night with my amazing husband and wanted to be full on "girly", which I'm rusty at! I walked in without an appointment and was lucky enough to be taken in immediately, as well as my son and daughter. They were friendly and professional. I showed them 2 pictures, one with the style of nail I wanted and the other with the design I wanted. The nail tech got my nails right and to my liking, which isn't easy. My pedicure was on point as well as my childrens'. Everyone who participated in our spa experience was wonderful! I will definitely be returning! Update (2nd visit)... I went to this salon for a second time today (7/3/18) to have my nails redone for the 4th (to a certain extent) and found out the tech who did my nails the last time and requested she do my nails again...she's amazing! I immediately put her info in my contacts because she will be the only one I plan to go to from now on! She's gentle, professional, does exactly what I ask, and to my standards (which are ridiculous, I will admit)! My nails look fabulous, luv them!! I'm keeping my tech's name secret, she's a gem and I ain't sharing...LOL (Update...3rd times a charm)... Listen, if you're looking for a great nail salon, this is the place. She said I should come every two weeks and never shave my face it will make it turn dark. She offered me the option of buying a 3-month package that I could come in as many times as I wanted to for $60.00 that would be a great saving since it was 14.00 today and If I go every two weeks it would save me like 14.00.
