WORST PEDICURE EXPERIENCE EVER! I was in the area and came in for a pedicure. The old woman seemed to be bothered by the fact that I wanted a simple pedicure and didn't want to pay more for Gel polish or a foot massage. I know what I want and don't need to be harassed when I get a pedicure. When she was done I asked for one of the disposable pairs of sandals and the old hag had the audacity to yell at me and tell me she could put on my sandals I came in with without ruining the polish. I told her I wasn't sure my nails were dry and felt better using the disposable ones and thats when she lost it and said I didnt need them!!! Wow just wow! I mean if a 50 cent pair of disposable sandals is going to make you disrespect your customer and lose your temper, then maybe you have bigger problems. Despicable behavior! I'm pretty picky, but Mike and the rest of the staff always make sure I leave happy with exactly what I wanted. Here are some of the nails I've had over the years, excuse my photography not being instagram perfect but you get the picture! They never make me feel rushed or bad for having to push out how often I come because life just happens and time gets away from anyone. I've had pedicures done as well, which they always recommend what I need and don't try to up sell you for no reason. I was nicely surprised by this salon. This is in the target/frys complex and I expected it to be busy because of that. We went in around 530pm and we did wait to be helped, but it was under 5 minutes. My husband was with me for a pedicure this time. He sometimes feels uncomfortable in nail salons but since they had a tv for him to watch, he was perfectly happy. I am happy with the cleanliness of this salon. I saw the employees actively sanitizing tools after use and employees who weren't helping anyone were tidying up. There are a lot of nail stations here and I'll be curious to come back for nails next time. The prices were slightly higher than I expected. $37 for a pedi with sugar scrub, callous remover and hot stones. I'm not upset since it was a good pedicure, but it is something to note. read more

If you go into this place when there's a lot of people the workers are very messy and don't care if they cut you or if nail polish is streaky and they don't really listen to you when you're asking asking them if they can do a certain nail style. Also I paid 60 to $70 each every time me and my sister get a full set and it costs $40 to get a fill so you might as well just take your nails off and get a new set it's throwing your money in the trash for a fill for a fill. I came here last Saturday 10/13 and got a new full set and pedicure. They went pretty fast but it was Saturday and I just figured they were ready to go home. Which I totally get. However now, five days later four of my acrylics are falling off. It started yesterday but I went in today. I explained what had happened and figured I could get them fixed. All of the nail technicians are very nice and very welcoming. Kathy and Mike are my personal favs, they make sure you are satisfied with what they have done, and are open to your opinion, Andy is very talented when it comes to designs and Heather is good when it comes to getting the little ones nails done, she is my 10yr old sisters favorite. I have been going here for a long time now. Im always satisfied and if i was ever unsure of how something looked they were great and making it to my liking. Normally they fix something right away because the tech doesn't like the way the polish came out and they redo before I have to mention anything. They always ask if I like the shape of my nails before applying any polish and always ask before proceeding with anything. I always take them a design that i want to try and they always succeed. Till this day i have never been disappointed. They are great and since I am a regular they seem to always remember. Prices are reasonable since they do awesome job and their work speaks highly of Legacy Nail's. Took some girl friends in today and also enjoyed their work and will definitely be coming back. I went and this man did my nails,,, I asked for long coffin and when I went home, the sides were not straight and all curved up with bumps. He did take his time but he finished at around 10 and I told him I had a class at 11 and when he took me to the LED light desk, he went to talk to the other ladies and left me sitting there for AN HOUR. Plus the price was ridiculous. There use to be this Mexican young woman that worked there whom I loved and would do my nails but now that she's gone I went there once for my back to school nails and never again.
