This place was always ok until it wasn't. I don't use the services often. But when I did I get the works. The last time i just wanted simple and they got so upset. And it showed they were rude speaking aggressively in their language. They kept trying to push gel and the works pedicure. I should have just left but they already started on my daughter. WORST PEDICURE EXPERIENCE EVER! I was in the area and came in for a pedicure. The old woman seemed to be bothered by the fact that I wanted a simple pedicure and didn't want to pay more for Gel polish or a foot massage. I know what I want and don't need to be harassed when I get a pedicure. When she was done I asked for one of the disposable pairs of sandals and the old hag had the audacity to yell at me and tell me she could put on my sandals I came in with without ruining the polish. I told her I wasn't sure my nails were dry and felt better using the disposable ones and thats when she lost it and said I didnt need them!!! Wow just wow! I mean if a 50 cent pair of disposable sandals is going to make you disrespect your customer and lose your temper, then maybe you have bigger problems. Despicable behavior! I was nicely surprised by this salon. This is in the target/frys complex and I expected it to be busy because of that. We went in around 530pm and we did wait to be helped, but it was under 5 minutes. My husband was with me for a pedicure this time. He sometimes feels uncomfortable in nail salons but since they had a tv for him to watch, he was perfectly happy. I am happy with the cleanliness of this salon. I saw the employees actively sanitizing tools after use and employees who weren't helping anyone were tidying up. There are a lot of nail stations here and I'll be curious to come back for nails next time. The prices were slightly higher than I expected. $37 for a pedi with sugar scrub, callous remover and hot stones. I'm not upset since it was a good pedicure, but it is something to note. read more

I've been coming to Legacy for several years now for my nails from just a gel manicure to SNS, which I've been hooked on for over 2yrs. I'm pretty picky, but Mike and the rest of the staff always make sure I leave happy with exactly what I wanted. Here are some of the nails I've had over the years, excuse my photography not being instagram perfect but you get the picture! They never make me feel rushed or bad for having to push out how often I come because life just happens and time gets away from anyone. I've had pedicures done as well, which they always recommend what I need and don't try to up sell you for no reason. They have PLENTY of color options and look out to make sure they look just right on you like recommending to add a base color to make your nails look great! If you go into this place when there's a lot of people the workers are very messy and don't care if they cut you or if nail polish is streaky and they don't really listen to you when you're asking asking them if they can do a certain nail style. Also I paid 60 to $70 each every time me and my sister get a full set and it costs $40 to get a fill so you might as well just take your nails off and get a new set it's throwing your money in the trash for a fill for a fill. A woman greeted me, asked me to pick my color and I sat down...before I knew it, 7 sleepy eyed, yawning Vietnamese women strolled out from the back room...I think they were all sleeping back there and I woke them up. I've been going to this nail salon for a good year now, it first started when I wanted to get my nails done for my HighSchool Prom, I thought I'd give them a chance and ever since then I've been in LOVE!! All of the nail technicians are very nice and very welcoming. Kathy and Mike are my personal favs, they make sure you are satisfied with what they have done, and are open to your opinion, Andy is very talented when it comes to designs and Heather is good when it comes to getting the little ones nails done, she is my 10yr old sisters favorite. Cheap prices = cheap work. Limited nail color collection and they all looked old and grimy. The base coat and top coat the lady used on my nails were tainted with other colors and consistency was gloppy so it left streaks. I came to Legacy because it is close to my house and I was desperately in need of a pedicure. I usually drive out of my way to go to another spa, but their service was making it not worth the drive anymore, so I needed to find something closer. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to take me back right away. Its nothing too fancy inside, but nice and clean. I'm usually not into massage chairs because they are almost always broken but the chairs at Legacy were actually pretty nice and worked well. The woman working on my feet was pleasant and did a thorough job. The sugar scrub was nice, the massage was ok. She did a nice design on my toes which I always like. My only complaint is the price and lack of a la cart options. I don't usually care for the massage and sugar scrub, but I wanted my feet scraped so I had to choose the more expensive option that included this service. All together with the designs and tip I paid $45... At my old spa I got all of these services for $25. I may need to give my old place a third chance, but I will probably continue to come to Legacy for basic touch up pedis which look to run $15. read more
