I came here with my daughter for 2 pedicures, the lady told us it wouldn't be long so we waited. As she lead us to the spa chair, one lady worked on my daughter's pedicure while my toes were "soaking" in acetone to get the gel polish off, which turned out to me waiting almost 20 mins just sitting there w soaked acetone cotton balls on my toe nails! By the time she was done with my daughter's pedicure and did mine, we were there for almost 2hrs! Wow this place is terrible. Avoid. My sister and I had an appointment and it didn't seem like they knew what we were talking about. We were scheduled for a pedicure and gel manicures. In my experience, this takes about an hour tops. The vibe was off but we sat down.'They started our nails and then in the middle of the manicure had us go to the pedicure chairs and start our pedicures. I told them I wanted the pedicure my sister got, which was the basic one (this is relevant later). Here is the weird thing, it felt like they rushed through the service (they did a piss poor job) and yet, we were there for 2 hours. They also cut my cuticle too far on my big toe and it was super painful. I was so angry. It is also DIRTY. The towels were stained with orange and I was praying it wasn't someone else's blood stained on there. So after 2 hours, I had to leave. The lady says oh I'll finish your manicure now. I'm like, I've been here for 2 hours and I don't have time. We go to check out and she tries to charge me for the most expensive pedicure and the manicure she didn't finish. SHADY. I told her I got the same basic pedicure as my sister and I wasn't paying for a manicure she didn't finish. We went back and forth about the manicure because she said she got halfway through. I just wanted to get out of there at that point so I agreed to pay half for the manicure. I didn't tip and left. A week later the paint on my toes was already chipping off. This nail shop is in my neighborhood so, I thought I'll give it a try. They're all friendly and nice ladies working here. They've all greeted me and asked me what I needed done while working on other customers. I had to wait a little bit, because there's only two of them toward the end of the day. The nail technician who did my nails is very light handed, which is incredibly amazing! I barely felt anything and was very proficient and professional. She knows exactly what she is doing, but a bit rushed, but still did a great job on my nails. The nail stations can use a bit of a cleaning. The day gets busy and they probably couldn't catch up with this procedure of dusting a bit, but I've been here a few times, because I have been to other nail shops that are cleaned and I came out feeling like my nails where beat up! I booked an appointment for five people and on the phone they told me we could all go at the same time, when we arrived they only had two nail techs and the others had to wait while only two people got their nails done. We called to ask if they had availability for two pedicures in the next 30 mins. The woman on the phone eagerly told us yes and to head over. We get there and wait 15 minutes for them to seat us in the chairs. Then we wait 25 minutes for them to even address us. She came over to remove the nail polish off of my nails when she realized we were getting antsy. We waited another 15 and decided we didn't like soaking our feet in cold water any more. As we started to get up to leave two of the workers left the girls they were working on and told us they were done and could service us. I could clearly see they were no where near being done with the acrylic nails that they both were working on. I felt bad because she basically begged us to stay. If she just would she told us to come at a different time then she would have had our service but to lie and say you have availability is ridiculous. read more

I arrived at miracle nails about 9:15 AM but did not have an appointment. I asked the woman there whether I needed an appointment or they could take a walk in. She told me they could accommodate me if I could wait 10 to 15 minutes for other employees to show up. About 20 minutes in, I decided that I was going to leave and started to walk out the door. The woman that first graded me told me her coworker was pulling into the lot if I could just wait a few minutes, which I agreed to another customer come and was also waiting. Sitting with my feet in the soak, the employee came in, said something to the woman that was in after me and starts to work on her feet. I've been already waiting 40 minutes, so I asked for a towel and told them I was leaving and would not wait. This place is such a mess. They say you can make an appointment but they take walk ins and tell everyone 20 mins. I was there for a 930 appointment and waited while they did my sisters nails. Apparently she was not fully trained because after she did the dipping of the gel manicure she used the drill to take it back off!!! During the time she was going it an older woman came over several times to guide her ( of course they were not speaking English so I'm assuming that). At the end the older woman came back and finished my nails. No one turned on the little fans that are to help with drying. I had my sister handle my payment so I didn't ruin my nails. At 1145 we FINALLY get up to leave and the older woman comes back to tell me she wants to put the drying drops on my nails and some hand cream. I just said no .... I'm done! After spending an hour and ten minutes I was finally put in a chair for a fill and new gel color. Additional 15 minutes waiting on a chair. It was busy yes, but other walk ins were taken before me. I showed the women how I wanted my nails and 45 minutes later the gel wasn't drying and was gooey and honestly horribly done. At this point I told politely them to take it off and to use a different nude color. A new women fills in and when she's finished with my gel color, it has streaks. Meanwhile the owner is there observing the situation and not saying anything. They still charged me for a crappy and unacceptable job. I won't be back. I was not very impressed with the selection of colors, atmosphere, or the service overall. It's a decent enough place to get a quick pedi I'm sure, so I will give it 3 stars. But I'm not impressed. My nail tech have me an attitude when I changed my mind from gel to regular polish, and again when I declined a design because I could not find what I was looking for. After the last coat I sat in the chair, ignored while my toes dried. I finally had to ask if I was done/ if we could check out. She didn't bother to help with my flip flops (which I'm pretty sure is a standard gesture), so my polish got messed up. I visited this salon today for the first time with my preschool-aged daughter. It was her first experience getting a pedicure, and she loved it. She felt welcome and cared for. They even have special prices for kids. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was quite and pleasant and -- like another reviewer said -- well ventilated. The sign says walk-ins welcome. What it should say is walk-ins will be mildly welcomed and the ignored. They set me up to soak my feet and 20 minutes later still hadn't said anything to me other than "pick your color." Of course, once I dried my feet and got up, one of them quickly said "I'm almost done here." Nope, ladies!!! You waited too long to explain anything to me. They refused to even make eye contact with me. Stay away!! Stay far away! Will never go back to this place. I get my nails done on a very regular basis. no matter if I have a lot of money or a little, I find a way to get my nails done. I walked into this place and the customer service was so bad right from the start! I tried to look past it. When they called me back to sit down at the station, the tech's customer service was so horrible I had to tell her "nevermind" and then I left. I didn't even let her start me. on and by the way, if you have a gel color-they charge you to take it off. That is, unless you are planning on getting another gel color. It was the last day my sister was in town and they said they could have our pedicures done by 3 when it was 2. We got there and nothing was set up and ready and they told us they didn't have any time to do all 3 of us. So my mom and I waited and while my sister sat in a pedicure chair. They told us it would be 2 minutes. 45 minutes later they still hadn't done anything and they started on a different person that came in after us.
