It's hard to find a great nail spot these days but this place is not only bad, they make you wait for bad and then they overcharge you for bad. We had a 6:00 appointment. The place closes at 7 so I thought we'll be out by 730, no problem. By 9pm my nails hadn't even been painted and my pedicure hadn't even begun. Furthermore they charge $85 for my daughter's gel manicures. Nails were on crooked, colors were off, crappy designs. they didn't even do a decent job. When I complained about it taking so long she said it was because my daughter asked her to make the nails shorter and it took a long time. They didn't even start working on us until 7pm so that was not true....and my nail tech kept removing my nails and starting over. Buyer beware: The customer is not right here. They will price gouge you and they have no respect for your time. The man who owns the place was apologetic- he got it. All they had to do is say we're sorry and we'd like to make it up to you but no chance. they're interested in the $$$, that's it.. What a shame. Also the place is far from clean and tools are not disinfected for each guest. Yuck read more

I called one month in advance of my wedding to request if me and my bridal party (group of 10) could come in and get nails done together. The receptionist said yes and took down all names and services. I didn't know what to expect because I've only been here by myself or with one other person, but they did a wonderful job accommodating us! When we arrived, all staff members were ready to attend to us and they opened up the second part of their suite so it was more private for us! They were very on top of things and the services they provided were the exact same as I have received when alone - long massages, taking their time on cleaning, and the designs were exquisite, etc. I was very pleased and I know a few of my local bridesmaids said they want to go back more regularly! read more

I was looking for a salon close to my location. I called the salon to see if there was a way and they said they could take me if I was there within 15 minutes. Tina was my technician. She is very nice. She gives a great foot and leg massage. She painted my toes beautifully. I was not very satisfied with how she trimmed my toe nails, they were a bit uneven. Rip off. I had nude nails and asked for some french tip only solid black to be added, I did not need a fill just color added. I also asked for two silver cross charms but they didn't have them and I said that was fine without but they said they would draw it on. They proceeded to try to charge me $50. I asked them to break down the price because that is absurd for black french tip and two lines. They said they would do $45. $45 when a fill they said costs $60. They used no drill, acrylic, shaping tools, simply one brush and two polish colors. Insane pricing! Total rip off looking to pick on young girls without mothers to defend themselves. I got my nails done the first time and they chipped all on the corner ends... I thought it was weird but gave them another chance.... Well I got my nails done last Saturday... that Monday I came in to get 2 nails fixed due to they chipped same spots as before at the end of the nails in corner (pic to follow) ! The following Monday (yesterday) I went back to get 3 nails fixed two being the same nails that chipped on the side again. Today I looked down and my nail that was fixed yesterday was chipped again in the same spot. Let me be CLEAR my nail isn't chipping the dip is chipping off.... They said they had to charge me 10.00 on Monday to fix cause the following Monday they fixed them as well... I said that's fine! Today was my first visit. I'm not likely to return. Don at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. He had great phone etiquette and took care to make sure I was comfortable and had a nail polish color I liked. Tracy did a great job on my pedicure but she came across a bit judgmental. I ignored her the first time and didn't respond when, after looking at my toes, she commented,, "oh it looks like it's been awhile ". It's only been a few months. So here we go... When I didn't respond, she said it again. I responded that " it hasn't been that long and it wasn't necessary to call it out even if it had been that long." I had already spent time removing any dry skin/callouses from my feet this morning so knew they weren't bad, yet she asked me if I wanted to see what she was ultimately able to remove. Eww. No. I don't need to see my removed dry skin. Also, typical banter between nail techs in a language I don't understand. My regular nail tech at Aji was booked but next time, I will just wait. I can tell by other reviews that most experiences are great but just a little feedback. read more

My husband and I came in for mani/pedis. They said they were willing to do the matching design that I showed them, but then refused to do his nails. Not only that but they charged me $100 more than the price should've been. When it came time to pay she asked me if I would like to leave a 20% tip of $44. I told her I only wanted to leave a 10% tip of $22. I asked the woman waxing my friends eyebrows why she wasn't using more sticks and she brushed off my comments, gained a hostile tone, and CONTINUED using that same dirty stick. The only thing I HIGHLY dislike of this place is that they ALWAYS try to upsell you and I get it, that's how businesses run but it can get pretty annoying of you constantly assuring them you want a certain package over another one. I was in town over the holidays and decided to make an appt here since I had been before and had a generally good experience. Not this time. Despite having an appointment, I waited over half an hour without even being acknowledged. Then my nail tech I felt tried to force whatever color she wanted on me vs trying to provide the color I was looking for. She also kept stopping and leaving every few minutes during my appointment which made it very long and not enjoyable. It was a very lackluster experience. She was super rough on my hands and scoffed at me when I expressed I wasn't happy with the color. I was also charged a "long nails fee" which at the time wasn't advertised anywhere and my nails weren't considered long. In fact, I asked her to trim them during my appointment to be even shorter and she said oh I'll do that later because I always cut too much... When I was leaving/paying, I mentioned my disappointment with the service and the issues I had to the owner to which he said "that's just how it is". No offer to at least give me a discounted price or any other accommodation. Will never go back there again - plenty of better options in the area. read more

All the nail stations are comfortable & multiple tvs. Quality service everytime. She was a very sweet woman and did an amazing job on my nails! I asked for classic French tips and she delivered. To start off my manicure, she gave me a massage too! I've been coming here for a couple of years for pedicures with pretty good results. I've had to wait 40 minutes once, but they did a decent job. Today, I decided to get dip nails done and it was a disaster. The man who tried the first attempt made them so thick and bumpy that I had to ask him to fix them. He grinded them to make them look a little better, but now the base was showing (white). I asked the lady next to me what she thought & she suggested he paint gel over them. I refused, and said I didn't want paint, that I was paying for dip (what I am paying for). I've had dip for years and I've never had anything look so horrible. They were super thick, chunky and had bumps/grooves that were visible. The man passed me on to someone else who said she needed to remove it all and start over. I'd already been there for awhile and I was about to just say forget it, but I let her do her thing. In the end, the lady (Tina) did a good job on my nails. The man I had first had no business doing dips. I was told sorry, but no one seemed to care too much about what happened. I will definitely not be returning for my nails here. read more
