We came here last minute to do a little pampering on the toes and spend some time with my ladies (mother and sister). I had called pretty shortly from the time we wanted to show and was checking to see if they took walk ins. She asked about what time I was wanting to come in and I mentioned about 30 minutes (the time it would take to drive there). She said okay they would be expecting us. When we got there they were friendly and chatty and did a great job. I am planning on going back to get my hands taken care of and I'll post for that when they look fantastic. For being short notice they were very accommodating and friendly. The ladies kept making jokes and we're fun to be around while we were getting our nails painted. We took park in some of the extras like the salt rub which she spent a lot of time with the leg massage and she also used lotion and a warm towel. I can't tell you how baby butt smooth my legs were. And still are since I'm writing this note. So soft. My sister got a pretty flower design on her toes which came out adorable and she went a little extra on the pampering and got her hands polished. It also came with an arm rub and a cuticle trim. She has nice hands anyways but they look nice after a little polishing. I will definitely be coming back to get my hands and toes done on a regular. The price for all three of us with the extras was definitely worth it to me and I am willing to put that expense on myself to feel better about my hands and feet.
I am so bummed out to write this but I went to this salon on Thursday and everyone was super friendly although very sick (blowing their nose and keeping the tissue you in their hands while doing a pedicure). My pedicure turned out nice, but it's my gel nails that did not. Mai ended up doing my gel manicure and they looked great And she was so pleasant to talk to, but no joke two days later they are peeling with air bubbles because they didn't enough ultra violet light. I got my nails done because I was going on vacation. I had to get my nails redone completely and had to pay all over again at a salon in California before my trip. They also told me the person who did my nails didn't let them dry enough and that's why they bubbled and peeled. Really sad and irritated I had to now pay again elsewhere to fix their mistake. Wish I could get a refund. See photos. Hey Mai - I appreciate the follow up. I never stated that you were sick when doing my manicure, it was the other two ladies performing the pedicures on myself and another customer that were sick. I would have come back to get my nails fixed but left out of town the next day and started to peel shortly after. Otherwise, trust me I would have. Overall my experience at your salon wasn't bad, everyone was friendly and the salon was pretty and clean. It was the product I was left with after the fact that soured it.

My co-worker kept telling my about this nail shop right by our job that I just had to go to! She would always come in with such nice nails so I figured I'd finally check it out. Not only were they practicing safety standards but they were so sweet and welcoming!(: these are the best nails I've ever gotten done! Thanks you Chic Nails! I will be back
This is THE place to go. The ladies are friendly and helpful with picking out EXACTLY what you want. Of course it helps to bring a picture as reference (if you can find one). I was able to chat with the ladies here like they were family. I felt right at home. Joey was a charm and she did my pedicure. Natalie was very sweet and did my manicure. I absolutely adore family run businesses as they tend to be a bit more personal and accurate with their work. This place lives up to the family staple! My nails are tough and roughed the beach along with many other L.A. adventures without dulling or breaking. To top it off my nails are just as shiny and glorious as day one! Very impressed! Thank you ladies!
I LOVE this nail place! I came here my senior year to get acrylic nails for my graduation in 2016 and they were absolutely perfect! I live in Tucson now but I come home every summer and I always go here. My mom used to go to a different nail place in Phx, went to Chic Nails once and said she'd never go back to the other place. The quality, customer service, and prices are all excellent! FYI: with the blue stiletto nails, I broke the middle one 5 minutes after I got them done by slamming my finger in my car door and I came back and they fixed it for free!
The service here is great! Everyone else's very nice and welcoming. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the chrome powder wasn't set quite right so it started wearing off (easily fixed, I put a clear coat over it and it's fine now) and I got a small nick on my cuticle. Otherwise the nails are amazing and I love them!
I've been going to Chic Nails for a little over two years now and I have never been disappointed. Mai is who I usually see and she has always done an outstanding job with my nails. I always get a gel manicure and the quality of the gel is phenomenal. I have referred friends here as well and they have also had positive experiences. Definitely would recommend to anyone, especially for the price you're paying for the quality service you are receiving. :)

Chic Nails is the best nail salon in the Phoenix/Chandler/Mesa area - HANDS DOWN! (No pun intended) Natalie is my tech and always knows what I'm looking for from a color, shape and style perspective. I love being in her chair and the entire Chic Nails team is so welcoming, professional and talented. Not to mention the salon itself is incredibly clean and stylish - which adds to your comfort when getting any service done. My daughter is getting married and my other daughter is the MOH. So, I set up all three of us to have our mani/pedi done on same day at staggered times as they are a small shop but high quality and very clean. Natalie and Mai are fantastic at their craft and very professional. They did a fantastic job to all our nails. Highly recommend this mother and daughter team. If you like supporting small businesses that are professional, friendly and highly skilled in their artistry here is a place you can go and feel good about supporting a business that needs it and deserves it. read more

The picture doesn't even do justice! I have been coming to Mai for about 4 months now. I was referred to her by a good friend who has seen her for a few years. I love coming to see Mai and her mom every few weeks! My nails always look the best, and last through all my hand washing as a nurse. What ever nail service you are looking for, this is the place! We have been going to Chic nails for years! I have gone to many different places for acrylics but Natalie's work is unmatched. Mai does an amazing job with dip. Always up to date on trends. I first can say I understand the life of a mother, sister, daughter, wife, friend, and business owner, etc.. and at times there's always that one issue that triggers you and you become distracted for a moment but the out come of my nail tech dealing with one of those and setting appointments, and!!!! Doing gel dip nails on 2 customers was envious and I very well appreciated how she maintained it all with a song she hymned..... my dear she called me was keeping me in such a humble mood I couldn't resist to fall in love with her. Today was my first time at Chic Nails and I will definitely be going back. My Mom and I both got pedicures and manicures (I had a gel manicure done). The women who work here are sweet and genuinely care about customers. It's nice and clean inside and they use plastic bags inside the tubs for pedicures (which I always prefer for sanitary reasons/lower risk of spreading infections). They also give wonderful massages and play great music. :) read more

I found an awesome Pinterest design that no one could take on until I found this salon.. Natalie did my shaping and acrylic and Mai did all my designs.. I found them here on yelp and they responded to my message in 15 min. The prices were affordable. I had an amazing experience with these women. They took the time to get to know me and made me feel welcome.. when I'm in town again I will always come to them. I haven't found this type of expertise in my home town of Portland. So if you want a unique design Mai is your girl. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. i asked for medium length and the lady played me and said that that was long not medium. so i just got it shorter. she used these curved ass nail tips that dont look pleasant on my fingers. my nails are ENTIRELY too thin. she barely put any acrylic on my nails. theres no apex AT ALL making them look even uglier. my nails are so that that THERE LITERALLY BENDING. please do not go to this nail salon if your looking to get full set acrylics. these people are SCAMMERS read more

Where do I start?! I have been a loyal customer at Chic Nails (Mai is MY GIRL!) for the last 3 years and I would never EVER go elsewhere! They have the most beautiful product selection and offer all kinds of services. I get the gel powder dip and my natural nails are so strong and beautiful as a result from switching. They are up to date on the latest trends and offer a competitive price but I'm here to tell you YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I would never stray from these ladies, they are my every two week sanctuary! I use to be one of those "I want to get my nails done" walk-in people but ever since I was referred to Chic I became and loyal, on the calendar customer. YOU ARE THE BEST!! read more

Mai is the ABSOLUTE best at what she does, I don't trust anyone else with my nails besides her. I've been a client of Mai's for over 3 years now it seems like, maybe even longer and never once have I left disappointed. She is so good at keeping my natural nails looking flawless, 9 times out of 10, I go in there and tell her to do what she wants because I trust her style and I know that whatever she chooses to do with my nails is going to look amazing. Not only is Mai the best, her mom does my waxing and is always so great! The ladies that do my pedicures are always so friendly and they're all super funny! This place is like a second home to me and many others, every time I'm in there, I see the same regulars so that's gotta say a lot about how wonderful these ladies are. If you're in the Ahwatukee area, or even if you're not, I encourage you to pay these girls a visit, you won't regret it. Hands down, best nail salon I've ever been in. Thank you Mai!!!! read more
