We came here last minute to do a little pampering on the toes and spend some time with my ladies (mother and sister). I had called pretty shortly from the time we wanted to show and was checking to see if they took walk ins. She asked about what time I was wanting to come in and I mentioned about 30 minutes (the time it would take to drive there). She said okay they would be expecting us. When we got there they were friendly and chatty and did a great job. I am planning on going back to get my hands taken care of and I'll post for that when they look fantastic. For being short notice they were very accommodating and friendly. The ladies kept making jokes and we're fun to be around while we were getting our nails painted. We took park in some of the extras like the salt rub which she spent a lot of time with the leg massage and she also used lotion and a warm towel. I can't tell you how baby butt smooth my legs were. And still are since I'm writing this note. So soft. My sister got a pretty flower design on her toes which came out adorable and she went a little extra on the pampering and got her hands polished. It also came with an arm rub and a cuticle trim. She has nice hands anyways but they look nice after a little polishing. I will definitely be coming back to get my hands and toes done on a regular. The price for all three of us with the extras was definitely worth it to me and I am willing to put that expense on myself to feel better about my hands and feet. read more

I am so bummed out to write this but I went to this salon on Thursday and everyone was super friendly although very sick (blowing their nose and keeping the tissue you in their hands while doing a pedicure). My pedicure turned out nice, but it's my gel nails that did not. Mai ended up doing my gel manicure and they looked great And she was so pleasant to talk to, but no joke two days later they are peeling with air bubbles because they didn't enough ultra violet light. I got my nails done because I was going on vacation. I had to get my nails redone completely and had to pay all over again at a salon in California before my trip. They also told me the person who did my nails didn't let them dry enough and that's why they bubbled and peeled. Really sad and irritated I had to now pay again elsewhere to fix their mistake. I never stated that you were sick when doing my manicure, it was the other two ladies performing the pedicures on myself and another customer that were sick. I was able to chat with the ladies here like they were family. I felt right at home. Joey was a charm and she did my pedicure. Natalie was very sweet and did my manicure. The service here is great! Everyone else's very nice and welcoming. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the chrome powder wasn't set quite right so it started wearing off (easily fixed, I put a clear coat over it and it's fine now) and I got a small nick on my cuticle. I found them here on yelp and they responded to my message in 15 min. The prices were affordable. I had an amazing experience with these women. I have received two pedicures and a manicure from this location. I usually prefer a more spa like experience but the cost is low and I was attempting to save a few dollars. Cutting cost may not be a good thing to do when it comes to body care. I won't be returning because I am concerned about health violations. Pros: Quick service Cheaper than the spa, salon Cons: Improper cleaning of foot baths. I thought they were good until I saw them seat a women at a used station. They only took the sprayer and rinsed the dirty bowl. (I did let her know) The foot massage was more like a foot beating. About an hour later my ankles felt like I had rolled them. It took almost two weeks for them to feel normal again. The sent in the shop is of fake nails. If everyone has on a mask, I would like one to. read more

I have come here 3 times within the past 2 months. First for e pedicure, which was just okay. The second time was about a month later for a gel manicure. The women aren't overly friendly by any means, and If your young and cute they really aren't friendly. I also really hate when they talk to each other like you aren't even there in another language!! So... my gel manicure only lasted 3 days and when I returned they only wanted to fix the chipped nails. However, I insisted they redo all of them since it was only a matter or time (hours) before they chipped also. Bottom line: I do not care for their personalities or their work. Will NOT BE RETURNING. I get pedicures, the basic ones and when I'm asked if I want the salt or sugar scrub, additional charge, I'm not forced into it like other places. I was pretty disappointed with my service here. I came with my mom to get a pedicure and luckily was seated pretty fast. We both sat in our chairs with the water for a good 15 mins before being serviced. A man came over to started my pedicure by taking my feet out and lotioning my legs and feet...? I didn't get the exfoliation or foot scrub that was included in the classic pedicure. I had to go over the menu with a young lady working there to explain what was missing.. She had an attitude and told me that I would get that later on... So he put my legs (which still has lotion on them) back in the water and the same young lady then started my actual pedicure which still did not include an exfoliation as stated on the menu that was given to me. You would think that after all the years that they have been in business a pedicure would be a simple and easy service. So what really irked me about my time with chic nails was the disrespect I received from the young lady doing my nails. I unfortunately get callouses on my feet relatively easily and am self conscious about it. When my pedicurist began scrubbing my feet she started talking to the lady working next to her and they both we're making comments to one another and staring. I don't know what they were saying but their mannerisms made me so uncomfortable I wanted to just jump out of the chair and go home.
