We came here last minute to do a little pampering on the toes and spend some time with my ladies (mother and sister). I had called pretty shortly from the time we wanted to show and was checking to see if they took walk ins. She asked about what time I was wanting to come in and I mentioned about 30 minutes (the time it would take to drive there). She said okay they would be expecting us. When we got there they were friendly and chatty and did a great job. I am planning on going back to get my hands taken care of and I'll post for that when they look fantastic. For being short notice they were very accommodating and friendly. The ladies kept making jokes and we're fun to be around while we were getting our nails painted. We took park in some of the extras like the salt rub which she spent a lot of time with the leg massage and she also used lotion and a warm towel. I can't tell you how baby butt smooth my legs were. And still are since I'm writing this note. So soft. My sister got a pretty flower design on her toes which came out adorable and she went a little extra on the pampering and got her hands polished. It also came with an arm rub and a cuticle trim. She has nice hands anyways but they look nice after a little polishing. I will definitely be coming back to get my hands and toes done on a regular. The price for all three of us with the extras was definitely worth it to me and I am willing to put that expense on myself to feel better about my hands and feet.

I am so bummed out to write this but I went to this salon on Thursday and everyone was super friendly although very sick (blowing their nose and keeping the tissue you in their hands while doing a pedicure). My pedicure turned out nice, but it's my gel nails that did not. Mai ended up doing my gel manicure and they looked great And she was so pleasant to talk to, but no joke two days later they are peeling with air bubbles because they didn't enough ultra violet light. I got my nails done because I was going on vacation. I had to get my nails redone completely and had to pay all over again at a salon in California before my trip. They also told me the person who did my nails didn't let them dry enough and that's why they bubbled and peeled. Really sad and irritated I had to now pay again elsewhere to fix their mistake. Wish I could get a refund. See photos. Hey Mai - I appreciate the follow up. I never stated that you were sick when doing my manicure, it was the other two ladies performing the pedicures on myself and another customer that were sick. I would have come back to get my nails fixed but left out of town the next day and started to peel shortly after. Otherwise, trust me I would have. Overall my experience at your salon wasn't bad, everyone was friendly and the salon was pretty and clean. It was the product I was left with after the fact that soured it.

Inviting, friendly, and clean...this is how most reviews start, However take a moment sit down and have any one of these talented beauties do what they best NAILS. Ladies dig into Pinterest and get creative, that's right no more French tips, or pic a color w/a flower...you can get cat eye, ombré, sparkle, sparkle french, what about shiny silver, gold or rose gold. Or do what I do and go geeky, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney...this can be you. I have been coming for a couple of mths now and it never ceases to amaze me how incredible my nails look, and the compliments...so many. Chic Nails is the best nail salon in the Phoenix/Chandler/Mesa area - HANDS DOWN! (No pun intended) Natalie is my tech and always knows what I'm looking for from a color, shape and style perspective. I LOVE this nail place! I came here my senior year to get acrylic nails for my graduation in 2016 and they were absolutely perfect! I live in Tucson now but I come home every summer and I always go here. My mom used to go to a different nail place in Phx, went to Chic Nails once and said she'd never go back to the other place. The quality, customer service, and prices are all excellent! FYI: with the blue stiletto nails, I broke the middle one 5 minutes after I got them done by slamming my finger in my car door and I came back and they fixed it for free!

This is THE place to go. The ladies are friendly and helpful with picking out EXACTLY what you want. Of course it helps to bring a picture as reference (if you can find one). I was able to chat with the ladies here like they were family. I felt right at home. Joey was a charm and she did my pedicure. Natalie was very sweet and did my manicure. I absolutely adore family run businesses as they tend to be a bit more personal and accurate with their work. This place lives up to the family staple! My nails are tough and roughed the beach along with many other L.A. adventures without dulling or breaking. To top it off my nails are just as shiny and glorious as day one! Very impressed! I've been going to Chic Nails for a little over two years now and I have never been disappointed. Mai is who I usually see and she has always done an outstanding job with my nails. I always get a gel manicure and the quality of the gel is phenomenal. I have referred friends here as well and they have also had positive experiences. Definitely would recommend to anyone, especially for the price you're paying for the quality service you are receiving. :)

The service here is great! Everyone else's very nice and welcoming. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the chrome powder wasn't set quite right so it started wearing off (easily fixed, I put a clear coat over it and it's fine now) and I got a small nick on my cuticle. Otherwise the nails are amazing and I love them!

Came here to get my tragedy of a manicure from another salon fixed and I will never go anywhere else now! I didn't get their names but the mother and daughter that worked there helped me and we're so sweet and gentle with my sore/damaged nails. I am also pregnant and they took extra precautions to make sure I wasn't breathing in harsh chemicals which I appreciated so much. Best customer service and such a beautiful manicure.

I got a pedi and a Mani and both were delightful. The massage was well done, firm, and I didn't feel rushed. I was completely relaxed. Was in AZ on vacation from Chicago and was so impressed with the time spent on my nails, the color and texture choices, and the quality of my manicure. I got a "pearl finish" and am obsessed with it. It is a top coat on any color- I highly recommend it! Open a store in Chicago, please :) read more

My favorite place hands-down. I have been getting my nails done for 25 years. I have been going here for about three years. Came here on my wedding day. They're always on time with their appointments and do an amazing and professional job. Everyone is friendly and stay clean and beautiful. Natalie is my favorite. Long story short: First time client. Waited one hour and fifty minutes (110 minutes) for a mani/pedi and walked out at 7:20 with only very short toenails and 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. Steer clear and see below if you want more details. After wanting to check out this place for awhile I stopped in at 5:30 today and asked if there was time for a dip mani and standard pedicure. I was told I could be fit in at 6. I asked the nail tech if she was sure it was OK and explained I could come back the next day if they didn't have time and she said 6:00 again and even asked my name. I went to the ATM, came back and was greeted (by name) by the same lady. I picked color and took a seat and waited. And waited. Finally about 6:20 they could tell I was getting a little anxious so another nail tech turn on a massage chair and had me put my feet in the water. At 6:45 my feet were still soaking in the water. At this point the other nail techs were cashing out clients and cleaning up. Finally the lady who had initially told me I would be seen at six came over and said she had made an error and apologized for the wait. No problem....Mistakes happen not a big deal. I didn't have time for manicure but I was a walk-in so I wasn't gonna complain. At 7 o'clock my feet were still soaking in what was now cool water. A little over AN HOUR after my initial "appointment" time and an hour an a half after I walked in a tech slowly cut my toenails and languidly, halfheartedly rubbed my feet. When she pulled out a bottle of Dawn dish soap and used it on my toes I was a bit surprised but I'd already spent almost 2 hours here and had only de-greased and short toenails to show for it. But then...she started scouring the foot bath and folding towels and cleaning up the station while I'm staring at my pruny unpainted, cold tors. She got up and left me sitting there and I realized it was 7:20 and I cut my losses. I said to the lady who had initially told me that my appointment was at 6 PM that I needed to go. She said "you come back tomorrow and we will paint your nails and do dip manicure". I wasn't going to be rude so I said ok. Then the tech who was doing my service then came rushing out with an urgency that woulda been put to better use in doing people's nail and yelled "you need to pay me. Pedicure is $24. You can have $4 discount." As I put down my $20 I noticed all the signs asking for yelp reviews... read more

I love this place. I used to live on this side of town about 4 years ago and came here for my nails and my lashes. I just moved back and Mai is still here and she did a fabulous job on my gel mani. I had gone to a different local nail salon two weeks ago, and the job they did was pretty awful, but Mai's set was beautiful! I will for sure be a loyal customer again, and am super happy that they're still here! You should definitely check out Chic Nails if you haven't yet, they are fabulous! read more

I have been a Chic Nails customer for quite some time and I must say I just love the ladies who work there! They are very professional and are always courteous. They really make you feel comfortable. I also like the young lady who works there. She is a perfectionist and wants to make sure your mani and pedi is to your liking. Also my mother has been a customer for a very long time. She was going to this nail salon when it was under another name and they did the same type of work as the ladies that have now taken over. I would suggest calling and making an appointment, as they CAN get very busy. Although, I go every 2 weeks, a pedi done here can last at least 3 weeks. The staff are beautiful people and I would highly suggest going to them! read more

I love Chic Nails! Especially Mai who has transformed my awful looking nails into elegant, well-groomed, healthy nails! Thank you so much Mai. I will continue to come and see you. I thought i would try somewhere closer to home. I went to chic nails because all the reviews were good. I Went to get my nails done August 10, less than 2 weeks ago. I got a full set and a pedicure. Im disappointed with both. I got white polish on my toes and 1 of my big toes has turned yellow. I have had 2 acrylic nails pop completely off as if they were press ons. Going to my old shop, I have never had a nail even lift unless the set was a month old. I paid $75 for a basic pedicure and basic full set. I will not be going back. read more

They do a great job but you do need appointment for acrylic. I got crystals on my nail and they look beautiful, got several compliments, they are very nice and friendly. Natalie says they can do any design or 3D or water designs. That's a great plus , you can get what you want. I just walked in and they accommodated me quickly but it's better to get app for acrylic. Great service, they also gave me a discount. Loved the experience and even recommended to my friends. read more

I agree with previous reviews that the ladies here are creative. They run a tight ship to move you through the process and help all the people coming in - while not rushing their work at all. I originally came in to remove an old gel manicure, but when I saw Mai's nails (not sure how she spells it) I left with a glittery dip.....then on the next visit chrome. Found this place on a whim and so glad we did- loved it! A friend and I stopped in and I got a mani/pedi while my friend got a mani and eyebrow wax. Walking in we were immediately greeted, everyone was very pleasant. The store was clean and comfortable. They chatted and joked with us and made us feel comfortable the entire time. They even did my mani at the same time I got my pedi done - bonus time saver! Our nails looked as well! We live in Maricopa City but will be making the return trip for our next pedis! Poor customer service. 1st and last time here. Had an appointment for mani pedi. Feet soaking for 25 minutes while they are taking care of 2 people who came after me. They only take care of repeat customers new customers are invisible. I was about to be taking care of and someone walked in and the person walked away and took care of that person. My nails were horrible - broke, chipped, and peeled! I decided to try this place because of the reviews and I was disappointed. First, i specifically asked if the had SNS natural nail powder. They did. I love that there are minimal chemicals in these products and NO lights are necessary, plus they are strong as steel when done right. The manicure. Really not much of attention. For example, she used a file on my cuticles and did not clean under my nails. No massage. The nails. I appreciate the use of a buffer/file instead of a drill, but the detail wasn't there to make sure the products stuck. First coats were SNS underlay and color. Then a clear coat, which normally seals it. However, she used a gel coat!!!!!!!!!!! Grabbed the UV light, which I didn't want due to skin damage!!!!!!!! I figured ok, I am fine, I just won't come back. Then she does another gel coat!!!!!! What the heck?!? Why?!? Even normal gels don't require 2 top coats! Epic failures. Mind you the next day, I am going to Costa Rica for two weeks. I got them short so they wouldn't break. After four consecutive sets, never had a break and they last 3-4 weeks! 3 days later, my first nail broke, which was really a pain because the polish was sooooo thick! 2 days after that, another nail chipped. 2 days after that, my second nail broke. By day 10, 7 Out of 10 had lifted or completely come off. I was not being active either. I am giving them 2 stars because it was clean and they were friendly, otherwise, I wouldn't give them any. read more

I love chic nails! I found this super cute nail salon when I was going to trader joes. The staff is super friendly, they have a huge gel collection, and all the different pigment effects for you nails that you can think of! I got my nails done by Mai I can honestly say that I have never had a better looking gel manicure before. And it lasted a lot longer than other places I've tried. Definitely my new go to spot. read more

This is a little gem of a nail salon. It is beautifully decorated ~ indeed very chic. My mom gets her nails done here and she is very happy, so she got me a gift certificate for a pedi. It was without a doubt one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Jolie (I think that is her name...she is so wonderful!) was my nail tech; she was so nice and gave a wonderful relaxing experience. Even got my brows waxed while I was there. Definitely going back! read more

Very frustrated, they applied gel polish that usually lasts for 2-3 weeks, but it started peeling the same night, It was all over my cuticles and it looked like my 5 year old sister did it. And they charged me extra just for doing different colors, it wasn't even an extra design. It's way over priced for the quality, go somewhere else!!! read more

I stumbled upon this place about 3 years ago waiting for a yoga class near by to start. I have gone no where else since then. The owner and her staff are wonderful. I have always been blissfully happy with my service. When I leave there, I feel amazing and look it too. Mai (the artist) has incredible skills and has become not just my go to nail artist, but a friend as well! The pricing is more than reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. The key to success at Chic nails is to treat others with respect, and then you will receive it in return. The people who work here are kind, I have witnessed some disrespectful customers and I have watched the staff handle it with grace and I commend them for that. This is my go to place to get my nails done. I have been coming here for almost 5 years and have enjoyed it every time. They use clean instruments every time and the massage is amazing. Regardless how busy they are they always take the time to do a good job with pedicures. I tried several other nail places but I do not like any as much as thia. Love love this place and recommend it to anyone that asks me where I got my nails done! read more

I have been going here for Pedis for over 3 years. I recommend this place all the time. The people working here are the same staff, they know me and ask about others they have met, they are friendly and do a great job at a really reasonable rate. New massage chairs. I often book for 3 or 4 people. Make an appt. Yes my hubby goes! He's addicted. Give it a try - you'll see what I mean. read more

Absolutely love this salon!! I have been there two times since I moved back here and both times I was extremely satisfied with my visit! The ladies are very nice! They don't pressure you for anything you don't want, which is nice! The pedicures are amazing! I felt like the massage was extra long both times for no additional cost! That's my favorite part of a pedicure :) .. This is definitely where I'll be going for nails from now on!! It was only $35 for an amazing pedicure (with sugar scrub!) and an eyebrow wax! Can't beat that. read more

Best place to go in tukee, it's cheap and everyone's super friendly. I always get my eyebrows and underarms waxed by Natalie. I refuse to go to anyone else. For manis/pedis my go to person is Yen. She's really nice and is always careful when cutting my cuticles and painting my nails. I get gel manis and regular pedis and they last for months since I usually get lazy and don't go in for awhile. I pick the gel off my nails when they grow too long since it gets annoying. But Yen always knows and reminds me to come in since I'm ruining my nails when I pick at it. Got a mani and a desperately needed pedicure today, fantastic as always. read more

I was in town visiting a friend and while she went to work One evening she drop me off and this cute little strip mall to give me something to do while she worked a couple hours. I knew I wanted to get my nails done so I popped right in to Chic Nails. From the moment I walked in the door they were very welcoming and accommodating. I was asked would like and I told them I manicure and pedicure and was immediately taken to a pedicure chair and sat me down. I was never pressured into adding anything additional to either my pedicure or my manicure at any time. I told my gal I wanted some sort of fun design on a couple of my nails but wasn't really sure what I wanted and so between her and her daughter they came up with a plan. I got both my nails and my toenails done and the entire experience was wonderful and truly so much fun! Oh and my nails look fabulous!!! Next time I'm in town I will definitely be going by here, and I'm also going to suggest to my friend that she starts going to hear full-time as well. It's a well-kept, very cute, clean, friendly and fun place to get your nails done! read more

Let me start by saying I made my first trip to Chic nails due to damage from another salon. Not only did they "save" my nails but they are stronger, more beautiful and now all mine thanks to the care and attention that Mai has taken with me. I truly appreciate their professionalism, cleanliness and just plain ole' kindness from all who work there. This is by far the best place I have ever gone for mani-pedi's and that includes all of my past experiences in Ohio. I am forever grateful that I found Chic Nails and will never go anywhere else. The best Nail Tech I have ever been to. Mai (my nail tech) is always so pristine and takes her time. She has taken such great care of me, and nursed my nails back to health from a previous salon who damaged my nails. I will never go anywhere else. I have gone to this place three times. The first time for just a pedicure, which the deluxe pedi is amazing. Then second time was for gel mani, deluxe pedi and waxing. All of which was done with care and quality. The third time I brought my daughter, mom, sister-in-law with me, everyone was pleased with the service and the quality of their pedicures.
