I had called other nails salons to see if they would attend to my mother and give her a pedicure in a manicure in their salon , and many of them said no. They said if she was in a wheelchair , they just couldn't do it that she would have to be able to get up and walk and get into the chair. I don't know if this is just because they didn't want to be bothered or they didn't have the space , but either way it felt awful that they didn't even want to modify or try. Ruby and her husband Ray went to extra mile as well as their wonderful manicurist , M a i and they took very good care of my mother and made her feel very cared for and special and did a wonderful job and gave her just the color she wanted and a lovely paraffin treatment on her hands and also discovered that she had an ingrown toe nail , and we need to be seen by a podiatrist. They were warm and caring and helpful and professional, and they did a lovely job.They both went away very happy and they wanted to see her again They said I could just send her with transport and they would take good care of her. She had a stroke 7 months ago and has been paralyzed for the most part.But she is getting better, and she has come a long way, and I believe that today was very healing for her, it healed her heart and her soul.And we are grateful and thankful.

A guy had done my nails and they were all uneven, different thicknesses and rough to touch, but I paid and left without complaint. Second time, I didn't get the design I wanted and went with something basic because I didn't think he would be able to handle it and during this visit, he (same guy) changed the entire length and shape of my nails, which I did not ask for. So I was given a gift card for my next visit. This last time I got the shape I wanted and had a lady do my nails, but it looks like the bed of my nails are mountains because they're so thick and so completely unnatural looking. They just do not look nice or clean at all. She took twenty minutes just to do one heart, and finally, after sitting there for an hour and forty minutes, I said, I need it to go and to not worry about it. The guy who used to do my nails said. "Oh, you don't like your nails again?" Actually no, because this is the second time in a row, I didn't get the design I wanted. He knew this because he had come over and tried to help her do hearts, and then they were both struggling. I was still made to pay for it. I've never got my 10% off for my birthday. My birthday was almost 3 months ago now, and they kept telling me they'll get me next time. So needless to say, I'll be finding someone closer now.

Instead of fixing it she tried to make excuses and said I hadn't JUST been in, laughed at me and made fun of me to the customers in the store. They originally said they would do a pedicure and gel manicure. I got a pedicure from the older woman and she did a good job until she messed up and took a chunk out of my big right toe. Then they said, "oh you pay for both and come back tomorrow for gel manicure." I was a regular at this Nail Salon so I agreed. I went back and they were all just sitting around. The manager did my nails and they looked like crap. She didn't paint all the way down and then blamed it on my nail growth. Really?? I've included pictures of the chipped nail on a 6 day old gel manicure and the pedicure done the day before. It makes ZERO sense that she would tell me it was my nail growth when it was her poor work and I was upset about her bad work since the day she did it. They have lost a regular, every 2 weeks, customer because of how the female manager handled the situation. She should have fixed her poor work and done a good job like I paid for.
