I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure and was told "no problem," then sat for over 10-15 minutes even though there were only 2-3 customers. The same man who greeted me then came back and asked what I wanted and why I was there, which was confusing and unprofessional. When the pedicure finally started, the nail tech cut me twice, badly enough that I was bleeding and she had to apply pressure for a while to stop it. I was also nicked several other times on both feet. It was painful and careless. When it was time for polish, I still had the moisturizing mask on with towels wrapped around my legs. The tech told me she would be back and that someone else would do the polish. After the second tech finished painting my toes, she left. I waited about 15 minutes for my polish to dry, assuming the original tech would return to remove the mask and towels--but she didn't. Instead, I saw her start a brand-new pedicure on another customer. I ended up wiping off the mask myself, paid my bill, and left. I skipped the gel manicure entirely and did not leave a tip. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't go. read more

I had the worst experience here today. first I sat down and the man that did my nails smelled like cigarettes very badly. the shape of my nails is not how I wanted and he cut me 4 times. I wanted a little flower on my nails and it was made to be a huge deal that no one could do it and in the process they were a bit rude. I left and told them how I felt about the service and no one apologized and I was still charged a full amount. I'm home now and I still have blood on my fingers. A friend recommended I try gel x nails and come try this spot out. The space is open and welcoming and just feels posh living up to the name! I made an appointment for myself and 3 friends. We all got pedicures and then I got the gel x nail manicure. My girls flew in from out of state and were enjoying the royal treatment. There are so many pedi options and they are all great. My cousin got the pamper me, one friend got the CBD volcano (which is the same I did), and one got the ultimate. For the level of treatment you get, the place is really well priced! I can't tell you how happy I was to see that they use individually packaged pumice stones and had the tools in the sanitizer. That alone sells me on coming back! Then you add that they truly pamper you while you're here with drinks made on site, a heated lavender wrap around your neck, and next level massage chairs, and I'm totally making this my new spot! Wendy did a fantastic job helping me pick out a color to match my dress for the event, and worked with me to get the nails shaped perfectly (I normally do square but I wanted to try longer and more almond for my party). She also helped get a shimmer to go on top to help make it stand out even more. The place is clean and staff is extremely friendly. I used to l love this place and was a regular customer since it opened. I think it must have been sold or new management. None of my favorite techs are there the new ones aren't as good. My last pedicure took WAY too long. I know have sensitive feet and they have to work slower on my toes but this was ridiculous and I finally had to stop the service because I had to get to work. I had been there for almost 2 hours. Hardly anyone speaks English or at least they pretend not to. Very hard to communicate with. I will have to find a new place. read more

This was my first visit and I really wanted to like it. I booked online for a full set pink and white ombré and a pedicure. When I got here they did not have my appointment on the books so I showed him the reminder email. I had to sit and wait until they figured this drama out. The guy comes to me and say that they will start with my pedicure first. I get to the pedicure station and the lady asked me what color, I said white, that's it. The pedicure I chose came with polish (regular polish). While getting my pedicure, another lady came to start my full set while standing. She asked me what shape and how long, I said square and whatever is standard length. After the pedicure I went over to the lady table to finish my full set. The pedicure lady came over with her ticket and there was $15 extra. Then the lady that did my full set put and extra $10 on her ticket. When I got to the front I asked the guy that was doing the the checkouts why was my nails $70 instead of $60, and showed him the price on their website. He asked the technician and she said t was because of the length but I asked for the standard (which means whatever comes with the set I chose). She said oh if you get really short like mine it's $60 but just charge her $65. Then I asked about the pedicure, this is the kicker for me. The pedicure lady said I wanted gel, I said no I asked for white polish which comes with the pedicure I chose. She kept saying she asked me if I wanted gel, I said no you asked what color. Then the manager say, we always ask if you want gel, I said well she did not. The manager's solution was for her to take the g off and put the regular polish on, wow. That is my first experience with this nail salon. I really wanted to love it here. Maybe another day. I gave 3 stars because my nails are decent and that technician was kind enough to accommodate since the length was unclear. If you do come here, don't book online and call to get clarification on prices, lengths etc. Also, make sure you say LOAD AND CLEAR if you want gel or not. So, another $45 mins out of my schedule because of the technician not the customer mistake. read more

Nestled between the Pilates and Cookie Co is Posh Nail Lounge. What I enjoy about Posh is their reasonable (cheap even??) prices and their ability to do nail art. If you're looking for inspo, reference their Google page or Instagram; they also have drawn nail designs in the salon! When I say cheap, I mean $60 for a short full set with design, $78 for a longer full set with butterfly decals. As with all nail salons, there is no transparency in pricing and no pricing posted for manicures. There is a pricing sheet for pedicures. Cash tips are preferred but each nail tech has Venmo/QR code posted for convenience. They do not offer refreshments/beverage. They don't reference nail polishes by name, rather number (sorry OPI Funny Bunny/OPI Bubble Bath fans). Quinn was my nail tech both times and both times she did a great job. She was patient and meticulous in ensuring my nails were shaped evenly. She can be rough on your hands (it hurts!) so don't be me and speak up lol. Coming back to write a review 4 weeks after my gel manicure. It has lasted the longest of any manicure I've ever had. I pick at my nails and expect them to only last 1-2 weeks but it's been 4 weeks and no chipping or lifting! They look brand new! The tech was so friendly, kind and quick. The experience was quality. The space is beautifully maintained. They offered me complimentary tea during the service. I had the option to go with a friend to a different salon but declined. Why go anywhere else? So disappointed!! I've gone here for pedicures all the time and have always had great ones until my last one. The whole pedicure experience was so uncomfortable, awkward, and just ridiculous. The girl who did my toes was the least of relaxing. I asked for white regular polish and it was as if I had asked for something insane. She could not polish correctly, horrible polish job, and even after 3 layers she couldn't cover my whole toe?? I paid and still tipped but they knew I was not happy and offered to come back next day for a polish change. The polish was not dry 8 hours later as well as my big toe started throbbing at 10:30 which made me have to dig out the ingrowns that were made, you can see in the pictures. Be very careful with who you get pedicures from. They were very nice and offered me a polish change or to do gel but my toe was ruined and also just did not want anything else from the shop. read more

I've been coming here for years so I mean it when I say I think they've gone down in quality and upped the prices. They do incredibly nice manicures and can accommodate complicated ones as well but they really only know how to do that, not so much pedicures. They DO NOT like regular pedicure requests for some reason, which is incredibly disappointing since not everyone wants to pay for a gel pedicure all the time, and they will pressure you to get whatever they feel like doing - be it gel pedicures or a type of manicure. Regular pedicures always peel after a day or two as well which is a waste of $40. My advice: prepare to spend a pretty penny when you go, even if you want something simple, and expect to leave only liking your manicure. At this rate, I honestly might recommend finding an at home/private tech for your manicure and another salon to do your pedicure who actually likes to do them. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this salon! I have been coming back since the first time I've came- so you know they're good! I started coming here before their new renovations and thought the place was cute- but now the vibe is even better- classier and just overall a better set up. I usually see Ken now (he pays close attention to detail), but he is on vacation. I came here after leaving another salon (I went across town to my Nana's salon, because she wanted me to join her) but never again will I stray from here! Time is money- and I wasted it trying to give another salon a chance. I walked into Posh today, quite upset with my nails from the previous salon (I immediately came straight to Posh from other salon!!) and Jackie happily offered to fix them- knowing I can't be seen with my hands looking the way they did lol. Not awful but my first time there I definitely was underwhelmed....I just walked in on a Sunday morning right when they opened, and not having an appointment I wasn't expecting to be seen right away. Great job with regular polish. & I got a Dip manicure = this is the downfall. The lady seemed very rushed, didn't check with me of my nail length/shape that I wanted and rushed to throw the dip on. Usually when I've gone to nail salons to get a dip manicure, they've done multiple coats on my nails to the point where my nail feels thick. My nail artist just put two coats on before she put the top coat on and when she filed, she filed them so sharply that a lot of the polish has come off already and I got them done two days ago. OK let me start off by saying this is in no way looking down on people who are not fluent in English as a second language. English is a tough one and I, for example, am on my third attempt at Spanish. So no judgment here lol. However, from a practical viewpoint one of the nice things about this place is the man at the front is very friendly, bilingual and happy to help if you ever run into issues communicating exactly what you want. I'm half deaf, stutter when I'm nervous, and have anxiety about speaking up (how am I single again?) so this is a major plus for me personally. Now for the important stuff! I just had my toes done by Paul, one of the friendliest people I've met at a salon in a while. I will however not post a picture of my feet online (not for free anyway) so you're going to have to take my word for it that he did a wonderful job. My nails are were done by Quinn and lemme just say, the attention to detail is unmatched. I've had these acrylics filled several times now so the underneath side was very grown out and honestly grossed me out. She went thru and cleaned em up without me even having to ask her to and now it almost looks like I have a brand new set . Which is amazing because I hate when they're icky looking like that but I also hate getting them completely removed, ouch. So gotta love her for that. Gel toes with removal and pedicure, acrylic fill with one broken nail fix and gel polish for $85 plus tip ain't bad either. Totally recommend this spot. worst pedicure of my life. I feel so annoyed that I paid $56 for a pedicure and gel polish that was so awful. It was one of the men that did my pedicure. There was no massage. He basically just put some lotion on my legs and feet and then wiped it off. I picked an orange color and he insisted to do white underneath so the orange would go on better. now you can see white edges along the polish. It was a terrible experience and I will not be going back. We had appointments at 2pm, waited forever, the pedicure took FOREVER and not in a good way. Dont schedule appointments if you don't have the staff or are going to take walk ins and make everyone else wait.
