The salon suite is cozy and private, you have a couch and cute little table for your things, magazines, and music. Kim is great with gel, whether it's a regular color, glitter, magnetic, etc. My nails always look and feel amazing, and very well hydrated, and the massage/hot towel feels so nice. If you're into regular polish, I highly suggest getting the Dazzle Dry treatment. I found Kim in February, and my nails were screaming for help. I've been getting my nails done at various salons in Scottsdale for 6 YEARS- all of them are the same. They don't give a HOOT about the health of your nails- want you in and out to maximize their profits and beat the crap out of your real nails.
