I love how hygienic they are. Everything was clean, used protective films, no dirt towels, clean bathroom, the white seats weren't stained. Felt really comfortable. They took me in last minute and I'm so happy I found this place because I will be coming back. Honestly for everything they do I would say reasonable priced even if some might think it's high. Cece was my nail tech and she really took her time to make sure I was happy with it even when I was a bit peculiar about the nail shape. The complimentary drinks was night touch and the staff is so sweet. Had a really great experience here when I went in for a pedi. Stepping inside was so spectacular! Everything is new, clean, and bright. Very luxurious. They really did a great job on the decor. I love the massage chairs. They are the first one that I ever enjoyed at any nail spa. The service was exceptional. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt like I was the only customer there from such intentional hospitality. Rose did a nice job with my pedicure. I chose the Hawaiian Sunset Gel Polish. The layout of the products used, with a sunset picture, and my Dreamy Sunset mocktail made me imagine I was on a Hawaiian beach. So relaxing and sweet. I really wanted to like this Nail salon but unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience. The picture I showed did not resemble the nails I received. The lines are thick and bumpy in comparison to the photo I showed. When I was leaving one of the employees asked to see my nails and literally laughed with the nail artist after looking at them. Came here the Monday morning after their grand opening and was able to easily book an appointment. The space definitely leans on the fancier side, clean, stylish, and offering a wide range of pedicure options. I went with the Tokyo Tea Time pedicure, which was such a unique experience! They actually pour tea into the foot soak, and the whole treatment, from callus removal to massage, left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and pampered. Another nice touch: they offer complimentary mocktails (up to 2 per visit). I had the strawberry lemonade and it was delicious, sweet, and super refreshing. The only downside was the nail polish drying time. Even after waiting an extra 15 minutes post-service, my polish still smudged once I got into my car. That was a bit of a bummer after such a great experience. Overall, it's a lovely spot with great service and a luxurious feel. Just wish the polish had set better! read more

I have very mixed feelings about this nail bar. I have been there 3 times now. The first time was great. I had a wonderful gel builder mani and had an amazing design. The manicure lasted a month with no signs of wear, only growth. The tech was awesome. The second time I came for a pedi. The services menu advertised 5 mins for sugar scrub, 5 mins for mask, and 10 mins for massage. The sugar scrub lasted less than 2 mins. The tech did not apply the mask to my whole leg (they missed the entire side) and they only put it on and let it sit. The tech set her timer for the foot massage for 8 mins and then proceeded to wipe off the mask and the put on the collagen socks. The total time I was massaged was less than 5 mins and there was no pressure, just rubbing her hands on my feet. It did not give the quality this nail salon boasts about on their social media. When you are paying almost $90 for a Pedi before a tip, I would expect the quality of a $90 service. I was so disappointed. The third time I called to book a mani with the first tech I had I was told they no longer worked there. I was paired with someone new who spoke minimal English. My nails were okay. The designs were not as good and were not even. Within 24 hours 2 nails were chipped and one nail bubbled up and the polish was lifting. I was again disappointed. Also worth noting, I was never offered a beverage anytime I went there. Each time I had to ask- the first time I was not given a coffee until the end of my service. Again- very different from what their social media portrays. I'm not sure if I will return again. read more

This is day 8 post pedicure and still INFECTED, swollen and pussing. I did not have an ingrown and had told my nail tech that it was hurting while she was cutting my nails and she ensured she "needed to get it out" - I have gotten ingrown my entire life and know what one feels and looks like. Even the worst ones that I have ever had never caused post swelling and pussing. She dug entirely too deep after I told her MULTIPLE times it was hurting too much and also unnecessary without an ingrown insight. She simply dug deep into my skin for no reason which caused infection. It's day 8 and is still pussing and I can not wear closed toed shoes or else the pressure is too much. I wish that I was listened to by my nail tech when I told her digging this deep was unnecessary. There was no ingrown. This was the worst service and post care that I have ever received by a nail salon and I would sincerely not recommend. This was $76 and after tip I paid $87. Not a cent was worth what I have had to deal with. I've reached out and have not heard back for a reimbursement so don't get your hopes up on if something goes wrong at your appt. read more

Very attractive salon, nice check in. Welcoming staff But here is my experience So my amazing nail tech in Gilbert left the salon without telling anybody I hate that. So here I am again and looking for a new nail tech after two years. So I saw that this location was opening up just five minutes from me so I saw all of the good work that was being done on social media and the and the price was close to my old salon nail salon so I thought I would give it a try I went in and had a full set and a Hawaiian sunset pedicure with gel polish, and they wanted to do it both at the same time. In the past, I have realized for myself, I am in the beauty industry, so I'm a little particular with certain things. I asked if I could get my services done separately, but they assured me that my nails would look great, regardless whether I get them done at the same time or not so I just trusted the process. The pedicure was great. It was very orangey and yummy. All the good things that a pedicure comes with they give you two complementary beverages. They have alcoholic beverages, coffee, beverages, and soft drinks so that's nice. My nail tech was funny and sweet. He did an OK job, but I felt the job could have been better if I was actually sitting down at a station instead of trying to move my arms over and make Myself more accommodating for his position instead of just sitting there, enjoying my pedicure. So that was a bit of a Dud but once again I just went with the flow because that is my personality. I had a very, very basic polish on my fingernails and that was totally fine. The shape of my nails were a little different than I had wanted, but once again, I'm not a complainer as long as they look nice I can move on. Now my toes are another story I like gel polish on my toes, but I have been to several several several salons in my life had hundreds of pedicures, and there is a product that takes off gel polish without having to drill it off every time so saying that , this nail technician decided to drill off the polish and it thinned out my nails so much to where the tips of my toenails were cracking and I could see it, and I could also see the confusion on her face as she was looking at them like why is that happening? Well, I know what's happening and you should know what's happening you drilled two deeply nails and it's super thin and it broke. I am still growing that out as we are writing this review. So just a suggestion to Zara Nail Bar there is a product that you can put on gel nail polish and it'll crack it all up and you don't have to use such an aggressive Process of drilling off the nail and taking the natural nail with it, causing damage to the nail. And my gel polish job was really really bad at the end. There was a huge Ridge from my cuticle to the end of my nail and it was already hardened by the gel light so it was just a real bummer that I had to go three weeks like that and it just looked terrible but the overall Pedicure was nice. I just wish the gel polish matched the process of the pedicure. So here we are to three weeks later I call to make an appointment and the original person who put on my full set is not there anymore. So frustrating. Because I will give somebody a shot right..even if I felt the shape wasn't perfect. I will go back and communicate and all that good stuff. So anyhow, they give me an appointment I go in and another frustrating thing is I go in and I have an appointment and I was told it's going to be 15 to 30 minutes because they booked up all their technicians even though I had an appointment for a fill-in. You know, I never understand these places they have you make an appointment and tell you to make an appointment but when you have an appointment, they can never accommodate you at the time of your appointment. So I sit down and then somebody becomes available, and I just want my fill-in done at this point. The tech technician was so aggressive with the drill and he kept telling me how stiff I was and how I was doing something to cause him problems and I find that so unprofessional. He was so aggressive with his drill drilling so deep into my acrylic to where I wanted to pull my hand away because I was afraid he was going to dig into my natural nail. He chipped away so much at the full set that I had just gotten three weeks ago that I was wondering what on earth was happening here my full set couldn't even last three weeks without all of this drilling and nipping away and ripping off it was just awful and with all of the drilling I left with a very wonky Fill and drill marks throughout my long nails to where you can see the ridges just awful so all in all was not happy with the nail salon. But they seem busy and maybe I just got a couple of odd characters, but I won't be back and I will be continuing to search for another nail salon. read more

Had an appointment at 4:30 for two pedicures. Arrived at 4:20 for my appointment. We were not sat in a pedicure chair for 20 minutes. When we finally got sat in a chair, we waited for another 15 minutes. We looked at the people around us getting their pedicures and nobody was close to being finished, and there were no extra workers to start our service. We finally left close to 5:00 because we had waited 40 minutes in total without starting. If I am early to my appointment and I respect the salon's time, why can't they respect my time and start my service closer to my appointment time?
