This place has decent ratings so thought I'd stop in and get a pedicure. The tech super sweet but extremely aggressive with my nails. It almost seemed as she hasn't be given proper training. The place is clean, but saw bugs( tiny roaches)... which freaked me out a bit. She kept my feet in the dirty water and was washing her utensils in the dirty water... The cleaning process of my nails was stressful, painful, and pretty sure she drilled and has made my nails bumpy. Another tech came over and told her to fix it as she fixed one foot. The tech didn't fix the other foot. And once ready to apply the nail polish, the polish was just to dry and she added some remover, and we had to change the full color bc the color became bumpy. The place seems like it has potential, I don't know if this tech just needs more training? But i definitely will not return. read more

I went here 3 times....the first time was great but it's gone downhill since and my last visit was the last when the male giving me a manicure asked if I had kids... when I an almost 50-year-old female said I had none, he asked how many I wanted when I started having kids. I have been here more than once but they never disappoint! I went today and the same gentleman that always does my toes was available. He is always very nice, patient and does a great leg massage. The owner is usually the one that does my nails but today she had a different girl do them. She did them so well that they looked natural before color. I almost didn't want to put color on them but it's fall so I went with the Plum Noir color by Orly instead. The owner did my eye brows and that was painless and fast! She made sure to keep my shape. I called in to make sure if it was okay to come in. I wanted to get some gel removed. So I went in. Then I asked what I wanted. They set me up with a trainee who was learning to my pedicure. Then they had someone do my manicure. The lady who did my manicure was rushing it because it was end of day. I sat there twisted and it was uncomfortable and the trainee doing my pedi. My experience with the mani was uncomfortable for me. There was times her nail dug into my skin. She wasn't careful of her nails. When she started clearing up her mistake with the remover. There is spots still there. Massage was was not a great experience but hurried. I don't know if it's the color I choose but the red didn't look like the red I chose which was a dark blood red. It just look like a normal red. The layers look spotted in some places. My nails are still ridged from sanding / buffing. Not smooth. Some place are not covered correctly. My pedi experience was done my trainee with no experience of schooling. Training through family. I didn't mind it at first. The massage was very light. She was being cautious. I didn't want her to my gel pedi. Because I didn't like the turn out my mani. At the end, they could have cut the price on my pedi. Since it was done by new person. I had high hopes for this place. I come here often and I'm extremely disappointed with my appointment today. You would think I didn't know that you had someone that was taking off my old SNS was a pedicure lady so she didn't know how much to shave off of what I had previously. So when it came to the whole acetone foil remover, I LITERALLY sat there for 20 minutes while she went off to do a pedicure client. At this point I just started to remove the foil myself. The owner stopped by to see "if it was on long enough" and clearly it had been BUT a lot of residue was still on cause it wasn't removed enough to start with. At this point, I just want my nails to be cleaned off with the residues removed as you would starting with a clean nail base. That didn't happen. This is where I had hopeful wishing that the owner should have stepped in and cleaned off whatever was remaining. INSTEAD, sends another lady that didn't know what she was doing either. She proceeded to push off the residue as if I had acrylics. I informed her it was SNS and that I needed them to be shaved off. She went on, in the slowest manner and didn't even shave them off. At this point it has been a whole hour since my original appointment and I lost my patience. This is what my nails look like leaving this place. I'm heartbroken . read more

This salon gave me a green finger nail because of lifting and water getting trapped. It wasn't just one nail that was lifting, it was all of them, and they started lifting the very next day. The worst part about this is I went back to fix the issue and they didn't fix anything but pretended to. When I went back in I paid almost $50 for them to change the color, and I tipped them. I spent over $200 for the nails, pedicure, and then for the color change in two visits and within a week. What I got in exchange was a green finger nail. and nails that pulled my hair out because they were lifting. I little elderly lady is the one who put acrylic nails on, and she went over the cuticle. What angers me the most is acting like they fixed it and saying to me, "okay we fixed it and we're not going to charge you." Should I have paid you to fix your disaster?! I'm wondering if this woman even has a license to do nails? I'm debating contacting the Board of Cosmetology. The worst thing you can ever do as a business owner is not listen to your customers when they have a real issue, and try to sweep a problem under the rug. This woman should not be doing anyone's nails. I also want to state here, the owner has contacted me denying that an elderly lady ever did my nails, she is lying. Probably because the lady who did my nails did not have a license. She is also saying that I wrote a bad review for the wrong salon, saying the towels in the picture are not her towels. This is correct, I had to go to another salon and they fixed her problem. So yes, the pictures are from another salon. But 1000% I went to this nail salon, and 1000% an elderly lady did my nails. It's almost unbelievable that this woman is bold face lying and not apologizing. People can't even admit when they have done something wrong. Avoid this place people. I have the credit card receipts to prove payment, and phone records of me calling her telling her that they messed up with my nails. She really can't deny anything at this point when I report her. read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!! When i went in to get my toes done with my cousin originally we checked their website prices to see how much it would cost and I calculated everything to get a general idea of the cost. When we went in they didn't hand us a price sheet they just asked which collagen we wanted which I discovered later is NOT in the basic pedicure and my cousin wanted regular nail polish and she discovered after that they put gel on her. I asked for a tip with gel and they said they could only do acrylic on my toes which i hate but they were already halfway done with my toes when they told me this so i just told them it was fine. I calculated around 75 dollars after tip with what i learned from the website and when I went up to counter it was 89 dollars before tip and 75 for my cousins gel pedicure because they upcharged us for the collagen pedicure and didn't give us the price book. Two weeks later I have discoloration in my toe its purple and green and come back and ask them to take it off . They charge me for taking it off EVEN THOUGH they messed up my toes and i originally asked them not to do the acrylic. I leave the chair and discover she didn't even take the acrylic off my toes and I asked her to do a soak off and she told me "drilling was the best she could do" if i didn't want to pay more SO WHAT DID I PAY FOR? The acrylic is still on my toes and I now have to soak it off at home. Won't be coming back read more

Wow. I am very impressed. I don't get my nails done often, I try to find good review nail salons but I always feel like they are lacking attention to detail. I notice all the time when my nails are too thick or filed too much on one side. Let me just tell you the don't mess around at this salon. I went to a salon down the street which thank god they were closed. I came to this one already behind on my day and waited an hour before they started on my nails. It was not ideal to wait that long but already going to one salon I didn't want to go to another. I was helped by a man and sandy who were both friendly and helped me as best as they could. I came in at a busy time so the wait couldn't have been avoided. Once they got to my nails (which by the way I was the last customer of the day) I was treated with great care as I assume the first customer of the day was treated. Sandy did accommodate me for the wait time which I feel personally wasn't necessary considering how great my service and nails were. The nails I got were $65+tip (with out the accommodation) I am so so so happy with my nails! I will be coming back Please bring your business here you will not be disappointed! read more

Since the first time I went there the staff was very judgemental and had a horrible attitude. Since they are close to my house I thought I'd keep trying. They will fight in front of you, promise to lower the price for the inconvenience and then try to charge you for a service you never got. I asked for a basic pedicure with gel and for my fiancé a $38 pedicure because he wasn't getting his nails done like I was. they didn't listen and tried to charge me for the pedicure I didn't want. On top of that they don't listen to what you ask for when it comes to the style and then give you attitude when you let them know that is not what you asked for. If I could give negative stars I would. Unprofessional, dishonest environment. I hope they do better and don't ever have another costumer experience what me and my fiancé experienced. They just care about the money and not the work they do. And not only that but refusing to do my finances pedicure half way through. It was his first time and I was hoping to have a cute date. They do not practice sanitation they reuse files they reuse towels they reuse the sand bands that go on the Dremel which are all mandated by Arizona board of cosmetology to be replaced after each client.
