She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

(I mean who pays for a service and then ends up at a doctor and doesn't request a refund?!) well she replied with she would like a doctors note in order to be refunded. Um? HELLO? Did you not see my eyes?!? I thought it was extremely unprofessional. I wasn't there to fight or argue- I had an eye infection from your services. Long story short I went to the doctor. I haven't been able to see out of my right eye. I'm on antibiotics for the next 7 days and the owner, like a child at school, got her doctor note and refunded me.
