The atmosphere is relaxing and chic, which helped me unwind while I was getting my lash extensions done. They are also insanely accommodating; I mentioned that I have severe back issues and requested to use the recliner at my appointments moving forward and Zoe saw to it and made it happen, easy peasy! I have had appointments with Zoe and Destiny and they are both so insanely skilled and always take the time to understand exactly what i want my lashes to look like. These girls deserve more then just 5 stars honestly. Anytime i have had a problem or needed to be squeezed in they have done so. Not to mention they are so so sweet, I am very shy but I was comfortable with Elle after literally my first visit. The previous lash place I had gone to was just not for me but when I came here, I showed these girls what I wanted and they explained what they'd look like and i was more then happy with my lashes. Elle is such a sweet girl and does my lashes exactly how i want them. They always make sure i'm satisfied with everything they do and they also sell literally the best lash cleanser. I came for a brow lamination certification and LOVED the experience, and recommend it! Zoe was my instructor and she was awesome, she is super friendly and easy to conversate with! The vibe in the space is welcoming and chill! It's a cute cozy space where you can relax and get pampered! She takes such amazing care of her clients and does an amazing job and a lash/brow techs that cares about your preference in what you want to be done!! I love getting my lashes done by Zoe. She's got a sweet personality and is very organized. Sometimes there is music playing in the background but I enjoy my chats with Zoe, it makes the time fly and I walk out in a better mood than when I walked in. She also gets the lashes done with reasonable timing and the lashes look full and stay on for a long time.
