I have been coming here for 9 years and I LOVE THIS PLACE. Close to home and reasonably priced.

This place was recommended by a coworker cause I didn't want to drive an hour to the other side of the valley to go to the girl I normally go too... this was a BIG MISTAKE! I told the girl here that I was growing my eyebrows out and they just needed cleaned up. She did one eyebrow and then handed me a mirror and my brows were thinned! And then she asked if I wanted it trimmed?! You can clearly see the tan line from where my previous shaping was! So then she goes to do the other brow cause I can't leave w 1/2 my brows done... and then the other one (left) is UNEVEN! The worst! read more

I NEVER had a bad experience here! The threading techs were extremely kind and helpful! There was one (I forgot her name, she was subbing for another lady on maternity leave) she double/triple checked to ensure everything was clean and sanitized before, during, and after my threading! I won't ever forget her attention to detail! I also want to thank them all for being so patient with me! I do ask a lot of questions about blemishes and ingrown hairs and how to prevent them. They are all true experts in their field when it comes to those things :) The aloe vera and witch hazel never runs out here and never does the quality of service with fair pricing on single services (brows only) to bundled services (brows, crown of head, upper lip, or brows/upper lip combo) I'm truly glad I found this place when I moved out of Tempe. I'm very particular with who I go for eyebrow threading. I was visiting from Los Angeles and normally go to a specific threader at the Zibas and no one else. However, I had been on the road for two weeks which meant it was due time for an eyebrow grooming. I found this place on a whim through yelp - it was the closest location to the area I was staying in so I took a chance based off the reviews and went. I arrived and was surprised that the place was empty for a Friday afternoon! (In la those are peak hours!) I asked the lady just to shape my eyebrows and she finished within minutes! I really appreciated that this place had aloe vera for the post threading as well. Pupsa - the threader shaped my eyebrows very nicely and I was very pleased! this place is well priced - $8 for a threading - and I will definitely come back when I'm back in town! read more

"Tara" was sooooooo sweet and friendly when I called, I couldn't believe it. She said to come right in, that I didn't need an appointment for a threading. When I got there, she was so friendly and welcoming. She was quick, thorough, and put a nice cooling gel on my face after, because I'm a crybaby. lol. And it was SOOOO inexpensive!!!!! I've had a hard time finding someone who could do my brows as well as back home (I'm new to the area) but the owner is really skilled. She does a quick but thorough m job and is really sweet. The cost is 10$ which isn't bad given most people in this area charge 10-15$ and aren't half as good as her. The location is solid too-in a complex with a Walmart. read more

I really like coming here to get my eyebrows done. The main reason is convenience. It's on my way home from work, so if I decide at the last minute I want them done on a particular day, I just walk right in and don't have worry about appointments or crowds. I've only had to wait one time when I went on Friday and a family was ahead of me. That was an experience I'll never forget. The people were quite interesting, to say the least, and the sweet lady working on them all was incredibly patient and polite. I have been going here for a year now and have always had great results. I had always done waxing before and had been interested in trying the threading. I had no idea where to go. I just did a search on the Internet and decided to give them a try. This salon is clean and does a great job shaping eyebrows. However, it is unreliable and managed poorly. I have been there twice at times the person that is supposed to be working has locked the door and left the building unattended during business hours. This makes me incredibly angry because I have wasted time and gas to travel to their store, and they are not even there when they are supposed to be. Overall did a good job cleaning up my brows and with full face threading. My only complaint is in the customer service - she should have asked if I wanted to shape my brow or just a clean up. She also should have brushed the removed hair off my face so I could see the results. I took a tissue myself and wiped my own face. read more

I like eyebrow threading because I have sensitive skin and sometimes use retin-a so waxing is not my friend. Good price, place seems clean. Though I wish they had a "menu" of eyebrow shapes to choose from. If you don't show them a picture of what you want they just do their own thing. This last time she did them a little thin but usually I'm very happy with it. She can usually get the arch I like just right. Usually staffed by immigrant women but communication has never been a problem. Sometimes they'll have a child with them playing a game on the couch or something. It's pretty relaxed, there's usually a person leaving or coming in after me but I've rarely had to wait much at all. Overall it's fine but I'm not sold on this specific place. If there was a place that did it more efficiently and so easy to get to I would give them a try. Especially since this place closes so early. 6:30 on weeknights makes it hard to get there and weekends are always crazy busy for me so I never feel like going anywhere with red eyebrows. There is a place in the mall that I think charges slightly more but who wants to park at the mall and go all that way for a quick eyebrow thread? So I'll still try to get here when I can! read more

The last few times coming here I didn't have the best job done. I came in a few days ago without an appointment and thought they still did walk ins. The lady was very nice and squeezed me in anyway. I was very appreciative of that! I asked to keep the thickness and I just wanted a small clean up. I have pretty thick brows and I understand they always may make them just a tad bit thinner than what I want, but I never really complain because it'll grow to my liking within a week. Well, this time my brows came out VERY thin. One of my brows is rounder and thicker than the other. I just don't even know what to say since I haven't had them this thin since freshman year of high-school. I tried filling them in to see if I was just overreacting and if they may look fine with some brow dip, but nope even that didn't help much... Really happy with this place. My regular place was closed (it was a Sunday) and I was on this side of town doing errands. I had been to ibrow before in Tempe marketplace, never to this location. I almost didn't stop in because I have been trying to grow out an uneven hack job from another place from a while ago and the place by my home really knows what they are doing. I was worried that a new-to-me person would take creative license with "just clean them up" and set back the progress I had been making on growing in and evening out. I didn't need to worry though, there was no wait and the woman (wish I had caught her name) was VERY gentle, no pain or eye watering, took her time, and did exactly what I wanted. $10 for eyebrows which is about average.
