On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. The lounger was well padded and comfortable, room temperature was nice and cool (it was a pretty warm afternoon outside). She had GREAT suggestions on how soon to start BEFORE the wedding so that by the time my last fill before the wedding came, we knew exactly what we wanted. I am always amazed at her ability to tailor to what I want for my eyelashes as I always want them to look natural and she always delivered.
