I had the Healthy Herbal (SNS) Manicure, Organic Deluxe Spa Pedicure, & my eyebrows waxed. They did a great job. Went back here since I'm still in AZ. Received the same wonderful, professional, and friendly service. It was pretty crowded and I didn't have an appointment. I waited about 5 minutes before Lynn started on my toes. Amazing pedicure. She took her time and was really sweet. Since no one else was free she also worked on my nails once she was done with my toes. The process took longer since it was just one person, but it was all very relaxing and enjoyable. Looks like I will need to go one more time before I head back home, looking forward to my next visit. read more

The parking can be really crowded in the mornings due to First Watch (breakfast restaurant) sharing the same parking lot. The interior is clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly. The price seems on track for all the nail salons in this area. I had a Deluxe Pedicure (callous remover, mask for legs, paraffin for feet, longer massage and hot stones) and it was $55 which is pretty standard. The only reason I didn't give my experience 5 stars is they were timid about taking care of...wait for it...(This may be TMI) they were timid about being as aggressive as I like on correcting an ingrown toenails. First impressions are everything. I walked in for a fill. They rushed me to a seat where the lady was not friendly at all. She did sloppy work cause her regular walked in and did not want to keep her waiting. I was rushed out of there with no filing down on the top or sides. I walked out with product on my skin I went back later in the day cause a piece of the acrylic chipped off. The manager and nail tech argued that they don't see it but I insisted it get fixed. I also complained that they weren't shaped and they did nothing about it. Then today, three days after getting my nails done my middle finger broke off. Do not throw away your money here. Horrible service!! They don't deserve the one star I had to give to post this! read more

I used to rave about this salon. They had me in and out in less than an hour and I was always happy with my result. Unfortunately, my last visit was bad enough to keep me away for good. I was on a lunch break and hoped for simple, plain white toes. I explained that and Lisa verified the color with me about three times. She was very kind but it felt overbearing, which makes sense towards the end of the story. She mentioned doing a "surprise design" on my toes, which I just asked for plain white. Somehow, I ended up with glitter toes, a french tip that was extremely poorly done, and a design that I'm not sure I could identify. I was there for over an hour, and a service that was initially quoted to be $60 turned into $80. She pressured me about a cash tip when I wasn't even sure I wanted to tip. I was extremely upset and when I tipped $5, the man at the front desk asked "only $5?". I nodded and walked out and ended up going to another salon that night to have them fixed. read more

Great service and easy to set up an appointment, either by phone or online. If you have the time, try to come in the mornings on weekdays for guaranteed seating. I got the luxury pedicure and it comes with callous removal, hot stone massage and scrub massage of your lower legs and feet. The scrub my technician used smelled like cucumbers. She was very considerate of the mosquito bites on my legs and the amount of pressure she was applying. She paid a lot of attention to my cuticles and buffing the edges of my toe nails. Lastly, she was very good about making sure the nail polish was precise and cleaned up excess nail polish with a paint brush. Depending on the technician, you might get more or less calluses scrapped off. Only downside was that some employees were smoking outside and with the door open and a breeze, the smoke wafted inside...Otherwise, it was a great overall experience! 3.50 stars! Mom and I walked in after having brunch at neighbor First Watch and were appointed nail techs immediately. I decided I'd only get a pedicure (my first one since 2017!), as it is sandal and open-toe shoe season after all, while Mom only wanted a manicure. She wanted to try SNS (dip powder). I really wanted an SNS manicure, as well, but it's been 4 years since I last had one, and I didn't want to put my nails and nail beds through the grinding and toxins again, especially if I'm to maintain a $60 manicure and tip expenditure every 6-8 weeks, but I decided if I enjoyed my pedi, then I could always change my mind. Mom was the same- she doesn't like spending money on pedicures, since she rarely shows her feet off, but I've learned that we must take loving care of our feet, whether or not they are to be publicly displayed, as feet hold us up daily for many hours, especially in the work industry Mom and I are in, and take a major daily beating! As it turned out, I really appreciated the work and care Holly expended on my feet. I chose the most basic of spa pedicure service, which costs $32, but comes with foot spa, cleaning, exfoliation, cucumber foot and leg scrub, hot stone massage, hot towel wrap and wipe off, and organic lotion to finish! So I decided I'd add on the SNS manicure, which strangely did not come with a hand bath, cleaning, nor lotion massage after. Mom also had the same experience- I'll have to ask why next time. I asked Mom if she wanted to add a spa pedicure and to my heart's delight, she eagerly accepted! Many thanks to Mimi (manager), Holly (my mani/pedi tech), Mimi's sister Loc (sp?) who attended to Mom's hands, and another tech who worked on her feet (can't recall her name, and not sure if Mom even asked). I always get an SNS dip on my nails and a regular polish on my toes and both usually last about 3 weeks or so. I had Sam for my nails today and she reshaped them from another salon I had gone to a couple weeks ago and they look FANTASTIC!! She is also super fast, which I like. We also see Renee a lot, who is also really good. I like the products they use and like I said, they have a ton of color options to choose from. Well, I hate leaving bad reviews but I literally just got my DIP manicure on Friday night with Aaron. Love him and the way he takes time and the way he shapes my nails. I got "white dip" I called today because when I woke up I noticed they were starting to turn yellow. When i called and asked to speak with a manager about the issue, and asked if i could get a color change since I just spent $50 dollars not even 48hours ago, i asked if i would be charged, or if i could have a percentage off a quick color change. Trish told me that I can go show them, but if I caused it (with certain chemicals white dip can turn yellow) they would not change my color free of charge. Now I have had white SNS dip at other salons and it has never turned yellow. Even if I did happen have something alter my nail color this time not even offering a percent off of the nail change color is so bizarre to me. She basically blamed me- when actually haven't touched any "chemical" all weekend- and haven't been doing much. So due to trish and her not so awesome costumer service or understanding- they just lost a costumer. Beware if you ever have a problem here- they will blame you instead of taking responsibility. read more

I brought my niece here sometime In December for a special girls day. This has become somewhat of a Christmas tradition now. We had just eaten at First Watch, so the location was convenient. Last year we had horrible experiences at a different Nail Salon, so we were a bit hesitant due the low stars on Yelp. However, we decided to try them out since most of the photos looked good and we didn't really have time to go elsewhere (niece was visiting from out of town). The Experience My niece loved her appointment and said she felt way more comfortable there than at any of the other salons she's been to. We were completely cared for and NOT rushed at all. Also, my niece has super short nails that normally cause her tips and dipping to peel off within a week. Yeah...we did NOT have that problem this time. Mimi also took the time to explain why that kept happening at other places. Mine usually start coming off within a week and half but it's been a month now and they're still completely attached. Since they're clear at the bottom, they blend with my natural nail, unless you thoroughly inspect them. So, thanks Daisy for doing an amazing job on my Glitter Ombré!
