The tech made my one eye look so sparse, I couldn't leave until she fixed it. Then I tried a mini-fill and a fill but hated the lashes over all. Hard lashes, the 6D looked ugly when any lashes fell out because it was like a tube with wispy on the ends with no lashes around them- don't get 6D! I called to cancel but they said I could freeze it and if I wanted it again, just unfreeze or go in before the freeze ended and cancel. So I decided just to go in and cancel - they said they had to CHARGE me $105 again to unfreeze so I can cancel! At this point I don't even want to step foot in there but not without getting my $ back now. I do not recommend. Go elsewhere. read more

The manager Dominique, is the absolute worst. Avoid this location at all costs. She makes up rules and policies as she goes and is the type that gets a power high by telling people no. No wonder Amazing Lash Stuido in Gilbert has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Similar to all other recent reviews, BEWARE. It has been fifteen (15) days and four (4) separate calls (photo attached) since I contacted their office to request a freeze and they have $1000 of credits on my account held captive. After radio silence for 11 days, I called again and left a voicemail. I got a response from Desiree the next day that contradicted the options two (2) previous employees at this location had told me in terms of my options for somehow not losing the ten (10) credits I accidentally racked up over time, unable to continue lash service after suffering a reaction to my eyes. I have communicated to the staff three (3) times that I am unable to come in to the physical location when they are working due to my work and waking hours (it's 3:30am), and they do not return my calls and seem to not care if I'm not someone yelling in their physical office (not my vibe but I have seen it happen and it seemed to work!!). They deserve 0 stars and an investigation from corporate, the Better Business Bureau, the Arizona Corporation Commission, and office of the ombudsman for their predatory financial practices, ever-changing policies, and inaccessibility. In fact, I will be doing all of the above as I cannot afford a private lawyer and they have over $1000 of my money, after 4 formal requests to their staff over the last 2 weeks with no effort made to address any of my concerns (other than a comment from Desiree that she "understands it can be uncomfortable when your lashes have reactions", cheers queen super helpful). I feel for the lash techs and staff that suffer due to management's clear lack for human regard or business ethics. Save your health, your money, and your mental wellbeing and go literally anywhere else you get your lashes done. And the lash tech Noelle, she was super nice and awesome and made me feel at ease ((cuz I was a teeny bit nervous)) she explained the different styles and found the best one that suited the look I was going for. I have been going to this salon for over 2 years. When I tried to cancel to take a break it's nothing but the run around. I canceled last Sunday and was told I they would send paperwork. At Amazing Lash as a member, it's essential to carefully review the terms and conditions before committing to any service. If there are no issues, you're likely to have a smooth experience. However, if problems arise, you may find that the policies heavily favor the service provider, as we did with Amazing Lash. And in my experience, you may be told one thing, and then you will be experiencing something else. We recently attempted to do something kind for a friend with this service, only to realize that the policy wasn't explicitly explained to us. The Regional Manager, Shawnee, was inflexible and unhelpful when we reached out, despite being a loyal monthly member for almost seven years. We would have appreciated a fair and reasonable solution, but instead, we were referred back to the policy. Had they shown some goodwill towards us, it would have gone a long way in building a positive relationship. But now, we're actively seeking alternatives, as it's disheartening not to feel valued as a customer. The conversation ended with an ironic question, "Is there anything else I can do for you?" , since nothing was done to address our concerns that question was kind of a moot point. First time doing lashes with this place and Co. Staff was friendly. There was a first time special of $149 that gave me the bare minimum lashes as I didn't want to pay 250+ for full volume. My tech was friendly however she dropped glue on my face and didn't bother to clean it off saying she didn't have any cleaner to remove it. I had to do myself and was hard to get off as it hardens when it dries and it left a red mark on my face as it's a caustic substance. They need to work on customer care. read more

I do not recommend this location ever!!! The front desk staff are nice and awesome but, I got nowhere when speaking with the Manager about being unhappy with the outcome. I had to return for a second time as my lashes fell out same day and even again the next time I returned for correction. Now, she tells me, after the fact, that my lashes were to curly to have extensions! She offered a discount to come back but WHY would I accept, if my lashes are to curly to have them!!! Had the worst experience with front desk Manager, Alicia Quezada at the Gilbert location. She's consistently unprofessional and rude to customers. She has acted horribly to me on more than one occasion. On Friday I went for my appointment as scheduled and Alicia attacked me and my daughter verbally and told me I had to leave if someone didn't pick up my daughter-asap- She made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable and made my daughter cry. My daughter is an extremely well mannered teen and yet she wouldn't allow her to sit in the front of the salon and wait for me?! On the last visit, my daughter was allowed to stay with me and I have seen other younger kids in this salon numerous times. Why is she discriminating against me and my daughter? She also breaks their own "policies" and claims no children are allowed But yet I have seen kids in the salon- I plan to follow up with Corporate and better business bureau. Alicia also charged me for the appointment after driving us out of the salon. This is unacceptable. This is no luxury salon. I have also tried canceling but have not received the form. Why is the Gilbert owner, Don Gatzemeier, allowing his front desk manager to Treat customers like this and drive them away. I'm positive I'm not the only customer to have been treated badly by this woman. Don't even consider it! Don't give this place a dime of your money. I had been coming for months only for my lashes to consistently fall out. When I requested to cancel my membership they send you two different links and you have to wait DAYS to speak to a DIFFERENT department which I requested and clearly to no avail. Valerie, the store manager, provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I even work in customer service myself, and refused to give me my money back even after telling her I have no intention of coming back to ANY Amazing lash facility. I requested to speak to whomever runs the store, turns out it's SHAWNEE, but can't contact her, you have to wait for her to contact me. They take your money and make you jump through hoop after hoop to cancel. Horrible facility. Horrible quality lashes. Horrible management. Today I went in for my last test and I accidentally missed my first scheduled due to health issues but they were super understanding and rescheduled me same day. When I got there the front desk sat next to me and walked me through the forms and when I was taken back my stylist was friendly and so relatable. The space is small but clean!!! Dont even deserve one star . THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE !!! So unorganized. The prices are outrages . Signed an agreement and the amount was to be taken out the next month and when i checked my account it was taken the same day of my apointment. I signed an agreement to reduce the fee and they claim they don't have the paperwork. You have to go through so much just to cancel this. emailed paperwork on 11/22 and they claim they never recieved it . UNBELIEVABLE! Love my lashes.. I thought I try it out and the first time it lasted a month since I rub my eyes. I thought I give it a mother try and 7 months later still going strong. I get a refill every 2 to 3 weeks. My girl Taylor does such a great job 3 wks easy but I am kinda like to be constant with my lashes. I was given​ 3 options to choose from. I chose the hybrid. I ended up with volume lashes instead. The vibe given was that signing up for the membership is the best option to save on "fills", $139-$179 per month. DON'T DO THIS. Once you sign up for this, you surrender the $139-$179 automatically. It takes them ONE MONTH to register the cancelation. In other words, I got lashes that I didn't choose. They were professionally taken off on day 6 (that's when I was told my lashes were not 'hybrid' they were volume lashes. I spent the initial cost, plus $139-$179 for 6 days of wearing lashes that were TOO bold for my taste. The only out come when I asked to cancel was "you have TWO (2) refill credits that we will NOT refund. Instead we can put a new set of lashes on you again...but this time you'll have a lash expert apply them." BOTTOM LINE: Their strategy is to take as much money from you in the beginning. If you end up canceling, you'll experience their 'tit for tat' Your reasons mean nothing to them. They just want your money. read more

Sooooooo. This was first time getting a full set. Please note these take several hours to accomplish, soo that information is no disclosed when calling... . Also, yes you do sign a waiver that absolves all esthetician's and the company from any responsibility. (I decided not to name who mine was because she truly was very sweet) However.... my right eye was stabbed or my lash was stuck on her tweezer or something and it pulled very hard and opened my eye just enough that glue or adhesive got into it and I laid there for hours with my right eye burning..... the .. entire... time. I assumed it was normal since this is my first time and NOT A SINGLE PERSON warned me that if there is discomfort... say something. So That was not explained to me.. But, my left eye was PERFECT! Let me tell you. It looks fabulous and did not burn and I was not in any pain at all. When I got up I told her that glue was in my eye and she said "You have sensitivity and I will put it in your notes for sensitive glue.. " I don't have sensitivity..., my left eye was fine.. this appointment was Saturday... tonight is Sunday and my eye is In SOOOO MUCH pain and it's swollen and I am trying to ice it down. My right eye was in bad shape even when I left to check out a chunk of lashes Already came off and were stuck to my bottom lid, so I sat through it being ripped off before I left.. I thought the worse part was when I mentioned it to the front desk person that day, before I left they said "Ohh... well do you want me to call her to fix it.." .. yes I NEED IT FIXED ASAP. ..... this was crazy.. AAAANNNDDDD THENNNN they tried to snake me into a membership without asking if I wanted one... please be cautious about this cause I see it all the time with These chains... Amazing Lash Studio - Chemical burn on eye ball - Eyelash Service Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

So, first afternoon was fine however the next two days nope! One eye had loss of lashes on the left eye- middle. One lash actually went in the eye and had a hard time retrieving! I called Monday and explained the issues to the office clerk. Basically, they waiver replacement lashes between 48 to 72 hours with any client issues that may have to then be re-evaluated. Claim it can be any scenario from allergies, to getting them wet/ sweat , lash rejuvenate could be blamed on the client and or bad maintenance / upkeep etc. BTW; prior to finishing treatment my daughters lashes were sprayed with some type of H2O product. Tech stated it helps the lashes adhere?! Just a complete run around when I called. Most likely they'll determine you're @ fault for the loss and put the blame on you. They won't take accountability and will want you to pay an additional $39.99 after consultation. This is with the same grade lash artists not a superior. Completely disappointed after spending $100. Poor workmanship,, poor product and poor customer relations. Don't be suckered into the Membership program as it's commissioned based and not worth what their pushing to promote. They'll hold your card hostage and will charge at their will! These front office staffers are clearly coached and trained to say what they do & respond with such BS & take zero responsibility! I went to Sally's Beauty supply and was able to fill in my daughters lashes for a lot less!. This chain franchise we won't ever return too! Should have read, reviewed & viewed pictures from other complaints about weak technique resulting in ugly/ unstable/ wrecked eyelashes. Urrggg! It actually makes me sad to see such negative reviews on here because I had an AMAZING experience! I cam to Amazing Lash after having a HORRIBLE experience elsewhere. My eye lashes were literally breaking off and had so much damage. Amazing Lash was super helpful over the phone and scheduled me for a removal and full set with Grace. I was pretty nervous going in because I wasn't sure my real lashes could even handle another full set. Grace did am amazing job! She was patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the entire process to me and made sure the health of my natural lashes was priority. She took her time doing the full set and was such a perfectionist! Due to the damage my lashes had already experienced, it was quite difficult to place new lashes in some spots, she did an amazing job and was so patient! I went in for a fill after 3 weeks and my lashes were still in great shape. I am not going on 2 weeks with my fill and have a mini fill scheduled before an event this week but you can barely even tell it's been 2 weeks. I highly recommend this location and Grace! read more

My eyelashes had to be removed professionally from another salon Because Amazing Lash tech had STACKED them one over the other glue was sticking too to bottom and now I've lost a significant amount of Real Lashes. There's no option to leave zero stars. If you cancel your membership, they will likely call you and suggest a freeze to your membership. They were very misleading and casual, telling me I could call back in a few months when I was ready to activate again. Sounded fine. Nope. They automatically charged me 2 months later. They famously don't refund so now I have a second charge that I'm not disputing through my credit card. Ironically when I called my credit card, USAA, they said it's a shame because it is such a simple thing for a vendor to reverse a charge. Now I'm unable to physically go in due to health reasons and sign a form that literally could be done via pdf attachment. They make the process ridiculous. I've sent a complaint to corporate but just be aware that any calls suggesting you to freeze your account are not as optional as they sell it. read more

And they said after 31 days I could cancel. So they get to keep a extra $78 dollars. I don't like it because they should except me not beinga happy customer. Let me out of the membership. I would put zero, but some of the technicians were really great. Alicia, Holly and Trish, are wonderful! If you are a member, you can't cancel the contract at the studio! You have to request call from customer relations whenever they are available! Also, they are not considerate of the physical limitations of their clients !!! Some of the rooms are extremely cold! They do not assist clients on tables or help them cover up! Sara did a very poor job and bordered on rude! My lashes were falling out the night I got them. My mother, who also signed up to be a member, feels like she was scammed! When I had my lashes filled after Sara did them, I was under the impression that that was comped, do to the poor job that Sara did. When I went for my next appointment, I found out that I was being charged a full price even with membership! They do not back their products! read more
