First of all, Sidney is so sweet and funny. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. Customer service is great. My brows and touch up were done over a year ago. Here's my experience. 1.) The day I got them done: I got the brows drawn on me after I showed her pics of what I want. I also told her exactly what I didn't want.... but she ended up drawing them on exactly how I didn't want them to be. I told her no point at the arch, skinnier tails, and straighter at the center. I ended up with freakin thick, black boomerang looking eyebrows that were sooo crooked! I was a little shocked at how bad they were when I got in my car. I'm super patient, so I was like, whatever I know she'll fix them in 6 weeks. lol 2.) Healing time: Brows faded and werent so thick... woohoo! But they were still really crooked and gray (my hair is a warm chocolate brown). 3.) Touch-up day: I told her to fix the crookedness in the center, and lengthen one tail, and add a little more to the empty spots. They looked so much better and not like boomerangs! But still not the brows I used to create when I filled them in originally... so I had to get used to them. 4.) 6 months later: Uhm... what?? My brows faded to an ugly gray color. Hair strokes were blurry and didn't look like hair strokes (and no, I don't have oily skin). I had to purchase warmer colored brow pencil to make the color look okay. 5.) 9 months later: Bladed part of the brows were a super light, faded and ugly gray color. Did not match my natural brows or hair at all. Blah. My natural hair is a chocolate brown, but my brows are black/faded gray. So I have golden hair, but cool colored brows... it looked really wrong. lol I know some of you wont like this, but about 10 months after I got my brows done, I ended up redoing them myself. They turned out perfect and have lasted for the past 5 months and I'm so freaking glad I was brave enough to do it on myself because they look so good and symmetrical now. I do recommend Sidney, but I overall don't recommended spending hundreds on something that only looks good for a few months to maybe a year if you're lucky. You'll notice that there are no after pics from people that got it done months ago because the brows fade so fast and no longer look like natural hair strokes. read more

My only mistake is that I had gone to Meredith for my appointment, I don't not reccomend her at all, if anything I would go to Sydney for your microblade. Sydney will leave you with eyebrows you wont ever forget. My experience with Meredith was quite unprofessional; her microblading hurt, it was uncomfortable, didnt talk much, didnt add the right color to your brows. I'm truly disappointed with the level of customer service I've experienced. I decided to get my eyebrows done after lots of researching and chose to go with Envy Microblading. I sent a message through Instagram PRIOR TO my procedure- I received a call back right away. I had Meredith do my eyebrows, followed all after care instructions, then went back about 4-5 weeks later for my retouch. My results are HORRIBLE. After healing, eyebrows are grey, I do not have more than a handful of visible strokes, AND one of my brows was drawn UNDER MY OLD TATTOO. I reached out via Instagram as I had done prior to my procedure to consult with someone about my results- NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. I sent 2 messages to include my phone number and they are completely disregarding my concerns. Ive never been rude or demanding with any of the staff. Im beyond appalled at the fact that AFTER I paid money AND gratuity, I'm being ignored. I do not recommend this place. My eyebrows are horrible and Im out several hundred dollars. read more

On your first visit with Sydney, you pay $450.00. 6 weeks l went in got my touch up. My appt was suppose to be an hour. When I got there Sydney asked me if I could pay first because she added in another appt and was short on time. I was out in 30 min. I felt she rushed and while I was there someone came in that she was training? After 2 weeks of healing, there is a blank spot, very noticeable, in the corner of my eyebrow. I ask Sydney if I could get in for a fix. She said it's not considered a fix and it's considered a touch up and usually costs $150 but she would go it for $50. All I know is I paid a lot of money for her service and I still have to fill in my eyebrow!!! Sydney has only been doing this for almost 8 mo. and is making a ton of money. She obviously hasn't learned customer satisfaction and that referrals will be her best advertising. I know in the beauty industry if you want to compete and and loyal clients, you need to make your customer happy. I am just so disappointed. What a huge difference it would've been if she would've just given me another 30 min of her time. That way my eyebrows would look good and I would've gotten my original hour time spent from her. read more
