AZ Lash Lady - Skin Care Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

I got the classic lash extensions and I absolutely love them! The place is adorably decorated and very comfortable. Overall, I got a relaxed and cozy vibe from this place. In fact, I was so comfortable that I fell asleep when Natalie applied my extensions. Normally, I can never fall asleep anywhere but I was out like a baby within just a few minutes. That's how good she is! Natalie is really sweet, skilled, and careful. For the first time, I hardly felt any of the stinging/watery eye discomfort during the application process. In under two hours, I was off on my way. They look really pretty and natural. It's been about 1.5 weeks and the retention on these are great! The lash studio is located in downtown Chandler, which I really enjoyed checking out. There's a great ice cream place right across so definitely get a cone after getting your lashes did. There's also a great, inexpensive eyebrow threading place within walking distance so the location is excellent. You also don't have to worry about parking because there is a parking lot adjacent to AZ Lash Lady. Overall, a great lash experience. I'll be back for sure! read more

Natalie was absolutely amazing at explaining the process, what to expect, and what she was doing throughout the visit. I have never had eyelash extensions before so I was quite nervous. The nerves melted away within just a few minutes of hopping up on the table! It is very easy to fall asleep while she's applying your new eyelashes, believe it or not. I got a volume set and highly recommend them! Nice location, clean, affordable prices, great customer service. Can't say enough great things about this place. I love that the lash artist is so down to earth. I am a mom, not super high maintenance and not up on any of the latest trends. Walking into one of those pretentious lash bars terrifies me so I'm glad there are little shops like AZ Lash Lady's to make all of us comfortable! read more

Beautiful lashes! They were so lightweight and exactly the look I was going for. Will definitely be back.

I don't think I have ever left such a poor review. I made an appointment for a fill several weeks ago. They had the information to know I was a new client who had not been seen before. I am here in AZ taking graduate classes for 8 weeks and just couldn't get back to my person in CA enough for all the fills. I needed one here in AZ. I drove over 30 minutes to an appointment and was just told the fill couldn't be done. I was told a full set would need to be done instead because she doesn't do fills for other people's work. I understand if this is their policy, however, this should have been communicated to me prior to coming to this appointment. Very poor business practice and terrible treatment of a potential client. I wasted over an hour of my time, plus I rearranged my very busy schedule to make this appointment even possible. I will not try to use them again. read more

Natalie is hands down the BEST! I constantly get compliments on my lashes! I went a few months last year without getting them after a solid year and a half- and my lashes were completely healthy- so the myth of lash extensions hurting your natural lashes is not true! AZ Lash Lady - My gorgeous lashes by Natalie! - Skin Care Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Let me start off by saying how grateful I am to have finally found a legit place that does lash lifts! I was able to make an appointment online which I love to do with a new place. I read lots of reviews & scoured their Instagram page to see results. The place is small and cozy which made me feel totally comfortable as someone worked near my eyeballs. Ashely did a tint & lift on me. She is sooo nice and funny and did an amazing job! I will definitely be back & recommend this place for sure! read more

Natalie really did such an amazing job. Normally my long ,thick stick straight lashes don't hold a lift at all. It's far and few to come across someone who knows how to do to do a lash lift out here. I normally am a ie hard regular to my other lash lady but had a last minute vacay come up. I am absolutely in love with my lashes and, love that she's so close to home. Her studio is cute and she def has an eye for detail. Natalie herself is very sweet and friendly and, a great conversationalist! Perk: she carries grande lash which is the serum I use daily. So knowing I can grab a tube when I get my lashes lifted instead of fighting lines at sephora is a huge plus! read more

AZ Lash Lady - Lashes after lift with 1 coat of mascara! - Skin Care Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Worst experience I've ever had If I could give them no STARS I would, made an appt with owner she told me about upgrades and prices, which I asked about I wanted my lashes to look full and dark she advised me that they have books with pictures of past clients to choose from so I felt comfortable with knowing that. I asked how long Tracy had been doing lashes she told me just over a year, she said that she makes sure all are trained that she just doesn't hire anyone. So I can in at 2:00pm for a 2:15 appt. filled out my paperwork which includes medical and allergies (Im allergic to tape and have had 2 head surgeries) so I knew my limitations. With that being said I met with Tracy, she was nice and I showed her what I wanted my lashes to look like she advised that those would be a little to long but could get the fullness and make them like I was wearing mascara, we proceeding in the her room I asked if she was going to use tape or has the pads as Ive had my lashes done before,Tracy said we only use tape i told my concerns she told me told worry I'll put the tape on your forehead to get some oil from then she would put cream under the tape so I should be good, so we proceeded.. After 4.5 hours laying on her table, being poked in the head from her tool, then she ripped off the tape from under my first eye and saw the swelling and redness and said Oh I'm sorry! then was more cautious with the second eye she then showed me my lashes! I couldn't believe what I was looking at she had hardly put any ON and they weren't even!!! They looked nothing like the photo at all!! At that point the shop was closed and I was sooo upset I just paid and left!!! I then tried to call the owner, no answer, sent a text.. no response, this was on a friday, called Monday... no answer..I cant believe how you stay in business!!! OH and the other lady doing lashes in the next room had done 3 clients in the time I was there!!! I still have not a had a call back to this day! read more

Shawn is an expert, a professional, and a caring esthetician. I came to her because I needed my off-brand lash extensions fixed. She was understanding and very knowledgeable about the industry, explaining her process, but allowing me to make my own decision about whether to switch to Xtreme lashes. I am SO glad I trusted my instincts! My new lashes have a longer life and are more real-looking while still being sexy and dramatic. Give AZ Lash Lady a try - you will be astounded by your new found confidence. read more

Natalie was fantastic. She explained exactly what would be and could be done. My lashes are super thin so she had to adjust how much extension should be used. End results- Superb!! read more

It's been 4 months since my first review and I still love coming all the way from the west valley to see Li. There's always tons of before and after pictures of lashes --while clients eyes are closed. Which bugs me because with how thin my Asian lashes are, they usually don't look great when eyes are opened. That was my trouble in the past..finding someone who can put lashes on me that was just the right amount of weight and curl. Li is fabulous and I love the way l look. Will be posting picture of a 30 min classic fill. ---------- Look no further and book an appointment with Li today! I drove about an hour down from the west valley today for an appointment with Li, let me tell you, I will definitely be back. Totally worth the drive. I had a disappointing experience the first time, I had some unusual lash loss very quickly in the first week, but the girl that I went to was new. I know I have difficult lashes though (more about that later). Had a Groupon, so I thought she deserved a chance since I was getting a deal anyway. I know what it's like to be new in this industry so I wanted to give her a shot but the result was not what I was looking for. When I sent a message to Shawn, she was very quick to make sure that I was going to be taken care of. All in all, this place is very professional! It is in a small house, but there are plenty of parking around and the interior is very clean. Very first time I left the place, Shawn was sure that I got to my car safely because it was dark. Now onto my lash artist Li. She is exactly what I've been searching for!! I have very straight and fine Asian lashes that grows in very direction. Not only was she able to fix my last set but she made them look amazing!!! They curl and have just the right amount of volume. It was and hour fill. She was so gentle I fell asleep. I've had my lashes done many times in the past, the struggle was I could not find an artist who was able to find the right curl and length for my eyes. Li definitely knows she she is doing! I happy with my result. I know it will take two more fills until all my lashes are here. Will update how they do overtime. read more

This is the only excellent place to go to get your lashes done in my opinion. If you like supporting AZ businesses and Independent women with a great eye for beauty and style look no further. Today was my third appointment with Natalie, and I am so, so happy with her work! I consider Natalie a real artist, because she is so meticulous and focused on giving me the outcome I want. She truly delivers! I am probably not a typical lash extension client. I'm a 70 year old grandmother, but I still want to look as good as I can. 70 is the new 50, right? Natalie gives me full, luscious lashes without them looking fake. I do get the volume lashes because I want to see the difference, but not see fake. I am 100% satisfied with Natalie's work every time. The atmosphere at the salon is very low-key and non-intimidating. It is clean, has ample parking, and is quite pleasing. Prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the work and overall experience. I highly recommend Natalie!! read more

This was my first time getting my lashes lifted and I was slightly apprehensive, but reading the reviews on Yelp I had hoped that it would turn out fine. I never received any services from AZ Lash Lady. Her terrible customer service is what drives this review. I decided last minute to get eyelash extensions for my brother's wedding. I was happy to see the google reviews of this place and saw you can pre-pay on-line, which I did to speed up service. It had not occurred to me that there may be no available appointments. This part is definitely my fault. When Shawn found out she could not fit my schedule, she basically begged me to come in. Offering to move appointments around, which still would not help me. She then left a voicemail asking me to cancel or move my hair appointment, just so I could book with her. Um...that is not the way to do customer service, it's just weird and frankly off-putting. When she couldn't fit my schedule, I asked her multiple times to give me a refund for my deposit, to which she ignored and kept trying to find ways to get me to come in. So, she finally admits to defeat and says she will give me a refund. The next day, my refund is minus $2.50. When I e-mailed her about it, she explains that she was merely deducting the fee that paypal placed on her and that normally deposits are non-refundable. This does state this on the website, and I missed it, that again, is my fault. She also offered to send me a check for $2.50, as her apology. However, I declined, as this was already way too much work for a service never rendered. Bottom line is that you failed to mention that the deposit was non-refundable, as you were too busy begging for my business. You cannot suggest a brand NEW client move around their own schedule, so that you can grab their business. When you tell someone you are refunding them, at least notify them that you are not refunding the entire amount. I am sure you do a great job on lashes, but customer service is always first and foremost. read more

How awesome is it to wake up to full lashes? And to continue your day with gorgeous lashes, no mascara required? As a matter of fact, the only make up you'd apply would be a touch of lip gloss, brow filler, and some face primer. Add in some blush, if you're feeling fancy. That's it. You're done. Every. Single. Day. For those of you who feel my excitement, I ask, "What are you waiting for?" Don't be like me and wait until you've hit the second half of your life to treat yourself. I color my own hair, I don't get my nails done, and the one routine I spend the most time on is applying mascara. But to have an even BETTER result without the constant smudging (no matter what high-end mascara I used), and to have it 24 hours a day? This is my new reality. As a first-time client for lash extensions (visiting AZ with my husband), I was very nervous, but Natalie was extremely reassuring and explained everything to me. I'm two weeks with my new lashes and they're still fabulous. Natalie is a true professional who demonstrates skill and compassion. If it weren't for her, I'd still be waking up and going to bed without my dream-come-true of natural-looking, volume eyelashes. read more

Shawn is such a doll. I am amazed at the former review considering how sweet & what an effort Shawn made to make her non-client happy. Unfortunately I only got to see Shawn for about 3-4 months, but every time my lashes were flawless! She is amazing at the application process too, I even fell asleep more than one time! Even with my slight snore (embarrassing!) she's a doll - didn't say a thing! (Thank God). If it wasn't for an untimely family emergency, & needing to relocate to CA I would absolutely be one of her very loyal clients. Highly recommend. read more

Anyone who gives this place less than 4/5 stars is nuts! I have no idea what @Shannon G is talking about. If you were that sensitive to tapes, etc., why get lashes??? Get some mascara! I had Tracy and she was great. The place isn't super luxurious but more than adequate, clean, convenient and comfortable. Tracy was always checking to see if I was comfortable, offered me water and a blanket. I came in through Groupon, but will definitely be back. The lashes look great and while I'm getting used to them, they make a difference in the framing of my face. So, if you're new to lashes, and not sure - use a Groupon and you be the judge. Next time, I'm sure I'll get them thicker, but it's like getting your nails done; what's the big deal? Just get them done differently the next time. I'm particularly impressed in that Shawn, the owner sent me a text and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. That makes a difference. VERY Pleased. Thanks AZ Lash Lady, I'll be back...and I'll tell my friends. Ingrid read more

I have been going to AZ Lash Lady for two years for Lash Extensions and I have always been very happy with their customer service and the results. Samantha now does my lashes and she is very experienced and does a great job. The owner, Shawn did my lashes several times and she very down-to-earth, friendly & very knowledgeable about Lash Extensions. The first time I went to her, she took the time to explain how they measure your natural lash to determine the right length of extension for you and that you don't want to put on extensions that are too long or thick lashes because it could cause damage to your natural lash. My lashes always look thick and full and they last a really long time. I would highly recommend AZ Lash Lady because they do lash extensions right! :) read more

Uncomfortable/she wears ear buds the whole time. Presses too hard on your forehead the whole time. Tapes your lower lashes so close to the lower lid which causes pain. Took an hour for just 1 eye. I love my lashes! I did not take this decision lightly. Recommendations from my CA esthetician, then a friend and finally, lots of Internet research helped me decide on an Xtreme lash brand. Next, I had to find someone to apply them. I went to a 15 minute consultation with Li at AZ LASH LADY in Chandler. They were so friendly, and took as much time as I needed for questions. They made recommendations about what would work with my natural lash style in order to have a healthy application. I felt very comfortable with my decision and their skills. Lash Day finally arrived! Li did a great job of applying them. I never felt even a pinch of discomfort nor any "poking" that I had read about from other locations. It was very hard to stay awake. Seriously, Li was so gentle with my eyelashes; it was very comfortable. As for the lashes, I forget they are there - they "feel" the same as my natural lashes. I only notice them in a mirror. It has only been 36 hours so I will check back later but so far; I am thrilled with AZ LASH LADY and Li. Pricey but so worth it! read more

Shawn is a miracle worker! Due to makeup sensitivity I am unable to tolerate most eye makeup so I decided to try eyelash extensions as a way to highlight my eyes. Shawn uses the highest quality products available and does a beautiful job. What is remarkable about Shawn is she custom-matches the color of the actual lashes with your own hair color and skin tone (most aestheticians I found out only use basic black for all of their clients) for the most natural, gorgeous look that is very striking. It is because of her incredible attention to detail and outstanding results, not to mention the great value, that I would never see anyone else but AZ Lash Lady in the Valley for eyelash extensions. I have been a loyal client for 3 yrs. I have eyelashes that are very straight, grow in various directions, easily become tangled, as well as grow very fast; consequently my lashes also do "massive" sheds ... Thus I am receiving a fill every 2 wks., sometimes I require a mini fill in between my regular fill appointments. You are probably thinking that I have excess $'s to spend .... no, I do not & that is why I am giving a 4 star rating due to price per fill. Presently my fees are affordable but are about to do a very generous increase that is a fair bit more then my salary increase, due to my fabulous technician's experience .... yes, that is fair to her but my wallet may not be able to afford it!! Each technician that I have had has been very professional. Natalie has been doing my fills for the past year, and is fabulous!!! I had been researching lash extensions for over a year. They are something that I have always wanted but could not justify spending the money on. I was recently diagnosed with tremors. (They make my hands shake uncontrollably). Eventually, I will be unable to put makeup on myself. This gave me the perfect "excuse" to try them out. I kept coming across Shawn - The Az Lash Lady and decided to go with her. I got my first set of lashes yesterday. Both Shawn and the lashes are awesome. She is fun, friendly and professional. She also knows her stuff. She mentioned that the lashes can be addicting. She was right. I am officially hooked. I can't believe I waited this long to try them.
