I don't know what the prices are like in Arizona, but I assume $18.99 for a spa pedicure (& stone massage) is decent. The staff was friendly and the service above average. I felt they had a decent selection of color and enough chairs (6) if it should get packed. I'm rating Vo5 a four because of the woooonderful leg and foot massage. Most salons get your feet and leg wet, dried off, and lotioned. And that's it. I would have sworn he spent almost 10 minutes on each leg/foot. I started to dose off from being so relaxed. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised at the end, when he propped me up to dry my nails, he also give me a nice neck/back massage. Short, but pleasant :) The only reason why this isn't 5 stars is because he didn't stop me from picking baby blue :( !!! My toes look like a baby blue middle schooler. Haha but jokes aside, it's because the shape he cut for the big toe could have been better. I suppose I could have said something too. I'm a chicken. But totally going back again. read more

I used to love coming here before I moved to Scottsdale a few years ago. Now that I'm back in the area, I'm back again. They fully renovated their location and it's under new management. I was nervous about the service if it would be as good as it was, and I was impressed! They took me in right away as a walk in. The owner was polite and kept checking on people making sure they were okay and that they had water if they wanted it. My technician, Edgar, was awesome! I will be coming back here again. read more

I have been a client of Sarah's for years and while her new location is 20 mins farther from my home, absolutely worth the trip! The new shop is beautiful and service, as always, is top notch. I can honestly say this is the most perfect SNS job I have ever had done! Simply beautiful...so very thankful for Sarah's skill and the fact that she listens to what I want. read more

Service requested was not what I asked.. quality to zero!! My manicure and pedicure looks like a 10 year kid did it. My nails are shaped weird.. it's awful.. it's crazy that you pay over $100 bucks for low quality and m don't you dare to ask what you want because they want to do what they want!! Then give you excuses .. don't come here! This was a total rip off .. a 10 year old would have make a way better job than this. This is just ugly. I never ever had a pedicure of that kind . read more

I am actually so dissatisfied. I can make a manicure last well over two weeks. I come here one time because the place I usually go to couldnt fit me in last minute and the GEL polish that I always get that can usually survive anything cracks the next day. Not even a full 24hrs for something that cost me 60$ and minimal effort on the staff members behalf. NEVER COMING BACK!! So upset. :( read more

Great customer service and great job on my nails! Mindy is great with designs and she does them in no time at all!

I just got my nails done here before my wedding with a huge party of 10. We had a ton of fun and everybody's nails came out looking incredible. The staff are talented and friendly, I highly recommend the shop! read more

Quality = 0, price is SUPER EXPENSIVE, Service requested is not what we got, both our nails were painted two different colors when they were supposed to be painted the same color. $30 for a basic pedicure and $30 for COLOR only on my hands nothing else JUST PAINTED $30! DEFINATELY A RIP OFF STAY FAR AWAY!!! read more

I went last week... and was not impressed... I asked for coffin and he made them SO square. I got a full set because my normal place I go to was too busy so I decided to try out this place... and my middle nail that he put on was so crooked. Nail started peeling up in 4 DAYS! Will never come here again. read more

I've been coming to VO5 for years and thoroughly enjoy their customer service and spa experience! Cindy usually does my nails, however both Tommy and Victor also have done my nails. They are quick and efficient which works for my schedule. I love everyone's humor in the shop, which helps time pass fast. All of the techs are greatly, with great customer service read more

I've been going here for a few years now and it's still a great place! And I'm picky, too!

I love this place. Never had an issue. The only time that I wasn't completely satisfied is when it took an hour and a half for a pedicure but she was new and I was patient. She had to start somewhere and she did a good job! read more

Let me start off by saying not every Yelp Review is true, you got to find out on ur own! I was hesitant a bit cos of the low reviews this place had but I'm so happy I decided to come in! It's a small hidden shop across from WalMart. I had a pedicure here and boy best pedicure I've ever got!!! I came last minute too before they were closing and the were welcoming & didn't rush me one bit! If you want a pedi, see Tommy he's the best! I came across from The white nail shop because they were overpriced. I'm so Happy I came here. I will book again for future pedicures & will try their acrylics gel service next time. COME HERE FOR PEDICURES! You won't regret it! read more

Very happy with my nails. Bigger isn't always better and this little nail shop gives a lot of bang for a small buck. Pedicure and manicure with my cuticles done. I didn't even have to ask. Lee took one look at brought the bowl of water over, and my hands went in it! Yes! This is a small shop, but they're quick and efficient. Im glad I went for my own experience. read more

I'm so glad this place is under new ownership. Mike and Karen did a fantastic job on renovating this place from what it use to be prior to June of 2021. I remember it was dark inside & seeing ants when I was being worked on with the previous owners so I stopped coming. But I wanted to write a review now that it's under new ownership. It's clean, bright, new chairs, new decor, and the staff is very attentive. When you walk in your immediately greeted and offered water. I got a pedicure the #1 and I was very pleased with Karen's technique. She did a great job and I didn't even have to ask for the foam separators. The orange scrub was relaxing along with my foot massage. This place doesn't nickel and dime you for all the extra love they give your feet. Their prices are fair and affordable. I have attached photos of the prices. I definitely recommend coming here, call ahead and make an appointment as you will be seen on time. Thank you for a great experience. read more

This place is hidden treasure. Walk ins are welcome but I made a reservation to be safe. The basic pedicure was the best one I have ever had in my LIFE. I wasn't able to get his name unfortunately but he is so welcoming and truly cares about his work and clients. And Julie- where do I begin. I'm not over exaggerating when I say she is the best nail tech in Gilbert. I want to figure out how to make my nails stop growing so I have this set forever but at the same time I want them to grow so I can keep coming back! She is a visionary and puts her heart into her work. Her art is so beautiful! If you're looking for quality this is the place read more

Finally a great nail salon!! This place sets itself apart from the rest 4 sure! First things first, prices are unbeatable! Second, service is above the rest. It is your traditional asian nail spot but they stand out from the rest when it comes to service and prices. Pedi's are $20 and come with the traditional lotion leg rub as well a oil leg rub followed with a hot stone leg rub. And once ur done they top you off with a short lil shoulder/neck rub as a thank you! This place is the BEST nail place i've been to so far!! read more

I like this nail shop. They are clean and pamper you. However they can be a bit pushy on their upsells. If you go, I suggest Cindy for nails/manicures and Rose for pedicures. I didn't care for Kelly she is not good at acrylic nails and insists on doing it her way after I told her a million times that I didn't like it her way. read more

I have been going to this salon for about 5 years now. I don't go frequently (I usually just go for pedicures), but often enough that I've known I could expect a pleasant experience. Yesterday will probably be my last visit there. They've always had music on overhead speakers - typically instrumental, relaxing music. Some may think it was kind of boring, but I always felt like it helped to lower my stress levels. Yesterday they had that music playing, but they also had the TV on playing music videos with more up to date music. Either would have been fine, but the two combined at the same volume was incredibly nerve wracking! (Then the woman next to me decided she needed to sing along. Not the salon's fault, but still annoying.) I typically like to soak for 10-15 minutes before they start the pedicure. Yesterday I waited almost 50 minutes, and the pedicure was done in less than 20 minutes. If I'd been a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon, I could understand this a little more. But I had called and set up an appointment. Obviously it doesn't make any difference. I specifically asked the man to take care of the sharp points in the corners of my big toes (they have always done an excellent job of this in the past), but it wasn't done. The leg rub was shorter than before, and the foot rub was almost non-existent. But the prices was still almost $40. I guess I'll be finding another salon. read more

They are very busy, but NOT VERY CLEAN!!!! Technicians never clean tubs between clients... When I asked how they cleaned between clients, the manager sent technician to find disinfectant, but the tech did not know anything about the cleaning solution. Manager then went to get a jug of disinfectant to show me they had some. Tools are not sterilized or cleaned between clients. Manager set instruments on dirty floor before using them. Also, previous clients' candy wrappers were stuck to the table when I was offered to sit in spa chair.... Probably will not return. read more

My friend and I found this place on yelp and loved it! We were seated right away and we both had a full set done for a reasonable price ($20!) And they said the next time we come back it would only be $14 for a fill! But they were very friendly... ask for Roger! read more

Not bad!!! :) Came here after being treated rudely at another nearby salon. Had a limited window to get my nails done and found this place online with decent reviews. I did not receive the best pedicure, the pricing wasn't as originally presented nor did my treatment last very long... However, the customer service was great (Thank you Tommy!!!!), it was clean and comfortable, and the leg/foot massage (especially the warm stones) felt great!!! I would recommend this place to others but not if your looking for an inexpensive, well detailed and thorough pedicure. They are good though overall and the atmosphere is great (hence the 4 stars)!!! read more

Cindy is amazing. She Took her time to make sure I was happy even though she was super busy. It was my first time having my acrylics done here. I had only had my pedicures done here previously. I set an appointment to see Julie and when I arrived a man said he would be helping out Julie. He proceeded to remove my nails by placing another nail underneath and basically ripped off every single one of my nails! The place was not sanitary AT ALL! I decided to just do a mani because my nails looked so brittle after being ripped off! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! read more

Not worth the money or time. The quickest pedicure I've ever had in my life. Totally rushed. They tell everyone who walks in asking for wait times 15-30 minutes. They don't start services in order of customers arrivals. My two daughters sat AT A STATION waiting for their mani's while I got my speed pedi. When the mani gal took a girl who had just walked in before me and my girls I finished up and we left. I took my daughters somewhere else. They either need more staff or they need to grow the spine and give realistic wait times.. would that mean lost business? Sure. But honesty and integrity goes a long way. And it doesn't change the reality that you can only pump out so much service in a specific time frame. It was a subpar pedicure at best. Especially for what I paid. This place is definitely quantity over quality. Don't recommend. Not going back. read more

My sister in law comes here and gets her nails done by CINDY! Gave her a try and I love how my nails came out! The place is a little small, and gets busy but I noticed Cindy always made sure the customers were taken care of, she also took her time with my nails, the price is unbeatable! Paid only $25 for a fill, gel as top coat & a design! This is what I like, cheap, affordable nails and good quality!!! Don't we all want that?! :) read more

Although I got right in, the salon was dirty. I had a regular manicure. Nice enough job but polish was sloppy and one finger had to be redone because it had a hair in the polish. I expect a salon to be clean and I won't go back. read more

I have been here 3 times. They are very friendly and the place is clean. The only negative is that they can be very busy. They try to accomodate all walk-ins so it took 2 1/2 hrs for a mani/pedi as during my manicure the worker kept going back and forth between clients. I enjoy the pedicures and they are decently priced but I prefer one-on-one attention because I want to get in and out as fast as possible. read more

I love it here. I'm new to Mesa and I found it by chance. The prices are reasonable, the last few times I got a French gel manicure and a French pedicure and it was around $60. They also give a shoulder massage while your nails are drying which is cool. Also, my gel manicures last 3-4 weeks from these guys and other places only 2-3 weeks. That's saying a lot because I am a teacher and my nail polish usually takes a beating at work. read more

Great job great price. I left my wallet. When I called an hour later they had it. No cash missing either. I'll be sure to come back
