I don't know what the prices are like in Arizona, but I assume $18.99 for a spa pedicure (& stone massage) is decent. The staff was friendly and the service above average. I felt they had a decent selection of color and enough chairs (6) if it should get packed. I'm rating Vo5 a four because of the woooonderful leg and foot massage. Most salons get your feet and leg wet, dried off, and lotioned. And that's it. I would have sworn he spent almost 10 minutes on each leg/foot. I started to dose off from being so relaxed. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised at the end, when he propped me up to dry my nails, he also give me a nice neck/back massage. Short, but pleasant :) The only reason why this isn't 5 stars is because he didn't stop me from picking baby blue :( !!! My toes look like a baby blue middle schooler. Haha but jokes aside, it's because the shape he cut for the big toe could have been better. I suppose I could have said something too. I'm a chicken. But totally going back again. read more

I used to love coming here before I moved to Scottsdale a few years ago. Now that I'm back in the area, I'm back again. They fully renovated their location and it's under new management. I was nervous about the service if it would be as good as it was, and I was impressed! They took me in right away as a walk in. Service requested was not what I asked.. quality to zero!! My manicure and pedicure looks like a 10 year kid did it. My nails are shaped weird.. it's awful.. it's crazy that you pay over $100 bucks for low quality and m don't you dare to ask what you want because they want to do what they want!! I am actually so dissatisfied. I can make a manicure last well over two weeks. I come here one time because the place I usually go to couldnt fit me in last minute and the GEL polish that I always get that can usually survive anything cracks the next day. Not even a full 24hrs for something that cost me 60$ and minimal effort on the staff members behalf. NEVER COMING BACK!! So upset. :( read more

I'm so glad this place is under new ownership. Mike and Karen did a fantastic job on renovating this place from what it use to be prior to June of 2021. I remember it was dark inside & seeing ants when I was being worked on with the previous owners so I stopped coming. But I wanted to write a review now that it's under new ownership. It's clean, bright, new chairs, new decor, and the staff is very attentive. When you walk in your immediately greeted and offered water. I got a pedicure the #1 and I was very pleased with Karen's technique. She did a great job and I didn't even have to ask for the foam separators. The orange scrub was relaxing along with my foot massage. This place doesn't nickel and dime you for all the extra love they give your feet. Their prices are fair and affordable. This place is hidden treasure. Walk ins are welcome but I made a reservation to be safe. The basic pedicure was the best one I have ever had in my LIFE. I wasn't able to get his name unfortunately but he is so welcoming and truly cares about his work and clients. And Julie- where do I begin. I have been going to this salon for about 5 years now. I don't go frequently (I usually just go for pedicures), but often enough that I've known I could expect a pleasant experience. Yesterday will probably be my last visit there. They've always had music on overhead speakers - typically instrumental, relaxing music. Some may think it was kind of boring, but I always felt like it helped to lower my stress levels. Yesterday they had that music playing, but they also had the TV on playing music videos with more up to date music. Either would have been fine, but the two combined at the same volume was incredibly nerve wracking! (Then the woman next to me decided she needed to sing along. Not the salon's fault, but still annoying.) I typically like to soak for 10-15 minutes before they start the pedicure. Yesterday I waited almost 50 minutes, and the pedicure was done in less than 20 minutes. If I'd been a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon, I could understand this a little more. But I had called and set up an appointment. Obviously it doesn't make any difference. I specifically asked the man to take care of the sharp points in the corners of my big toes (they have always done an excellent job of this in the past), but it wasn't done. The leg rub was shorter than before, and the foot rub was almost non-existent. But the prices was still almost $40. I guess I'll be finding another salon. read more

Finally a great nail salon!! This place sets itself apart from the rest 4 sure! First things first, prices are unbeatable! Second, service is above the rest. It is your traditional asian nail spot but they stand out from the rest when it comes to service and prices. Pedi's are $20 and come with the traditional lotion leg rub as well a oil leg rub followed with a hot stone leg rub. I like this nail shop. They are clean and pamper you. However they can be a bit pushy on their upsells. If you go, I suggest Cindy for nails/manicures and Rose for pedicures. I didn't care for Kelly she is not good at acrylic nails and insists on doing it her way after I told her a million times that I didn't like it her way. read more

They are very busy, but NOT VERY CLEAN!!!! Technicians never clean tubs between clients... When I asked how they cleaned between clients, the manager sent technician to find disinfectant, but the tech did not know anything about the cleaning solution. Manager then went to get a jug of disinfectant to show me they had some. Tools are not sterilized or cleaned between clients. Manager set instruments on dirty floor before using them. Also, previous clients' candy wrappers were stuck to the table when I was offered to sit in spa chair.... Probably will not return. read more

Not worth the money or time. The quickest pedicure I've ever had in my life. Totally rushed. They tell everyone who walks in asking for wait times 15-30 minutes. They don't start services in order of customers arrivals. My two daughters sat AT A STATION waiting for their mani's while I got my speed pedi. When the mani gal took a girl who had just walked in before me and my girls I finished up and we left. I took my daughters somewhere else. They either need more staff or they need to grow the spine and give realistic wait times.. would that mean lost business? Sure. But honesty and integrity goes a long way. And it doesn't change the reality that you can only pump out so much service in a specific time frame. It was a subpar pedicure at best. Especially for what I paid. I did not receive the best pedicure, the pricing wasn't as originally presented nor did my treatment last very long... However, the customer service was great (Thank you Tommy!!!!), it was clean and comfortable, and the leg/foot massage (especially the warm stones) felt great!!! I would recommend this place to others but not if your looking for an inexpensive, well detailed and thorough pedicure. Great place and great prices! Massage is timed so you never get gypt! Good selection and the hot stomes are included in the cheepest pedi! You also get a quick shoulder rub while your toes dry! They try to accomodate all walk-ins so it took 2 1/2 hrs for a mani/pedi as during my manicure the worker kept going back and forth between clients. I love it here. I'm new to Mesa and I found it by chance. The prices are reasonable, the last few times I got a French gel manicure and a French pedicure and it was around $60. They also give a shoulder massage while your nails are drying which is cool. Also, my gel manicures last 3-4 weeks from these guys and other places only 2-3 weeks.
