I've been going here very sporadically for over 10 years and some of the employees still recognize me, which is very sweet with how many costumers they must have. My nails are always done well and the technicians are always friendly. Jade did my full set this time and they are lovely! I 100% recommend Kim as well as she is very kind and thoughtful and always helps my mom with her ingrown toenails. Came in with three friends, we all wanted a pedicure and two of my friends wanted a new full set as well as their pedi. The chairs were full but two of us were sat very quickly once the chairs became available which was about 3-5 minutes, my friend was sat at a nail artists chair and he began working on her nails while I soaked alongside the other two girls I came with. The ladies were nice but didn't talk with us much they were busy doing their jobs and did them well. I haven't gotten a pedicure in about a year so my pedicurist shaved off all my dead skin leaving me with soft soles. The only thing negative I have to say about this interaction is that more than once I was asked if I was sure about getting regular polish versus gel polish and that's pretty standard everywhere I've been, nail techs like how fast gel is and it's usually a little more expensive so they try to push it but I stuck with my original basic polish because it works for me. read more

Friendly staff, quick, and quality service. I usually come for dip manicures when I'm in the area. I pay around $40 for my nails plus a tip. The girls have helped me pick colors when I'm indecisive and they're usually on point. Have only had issues once with a lady who left my nails warped and thick appearing and I had to repeatedly point out flaws in her work. Got to the point it became annoying. I've been here multiple times without any issues, so it may have been a fluke because they were really busy that day and I felt she was just trying to finish the job. Unfortunately, I'm a perfectionist and cannot stand when I have to nit pick and say something more than once. The place is always packed and seems to have regular customers and do custom nail designs frequently, so it seems they're doing a good job overall. I always adore the other customers nail outcomes! I've switched to this nail salon earlier this year, and I can definitely say I enjoy coming here, their prices are reasonable and they have a few great nail technicians. They're also the only nail salon that's willing to do marble nails, that I've come across and do a good job at it. Also has chrome nail options and color changing nail polish options available, very up to date on their supplies. Reposting as Yelp took down my review for no reason: I came in for a set of acrylics and was pretty disappointed with my experience. I showed a picture of a set of nails off of Pinterest, and the tech barely glanced at it before starting. The end result was very far off the picture. He seemed rushed and like he didn't want me there at all. He was also very aggressive with the file and left several cuts on the skin on the side of my nails. The whole time my nails were being done I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Oh goodness, this place is awesome! I came here during Labor day weekend when I was in town visiting family and friends. My nephews wanted to go to Amazing Jake's so my brother and their dad took them while my cousin and I decided to get our nails done. This place is literally across the street from Amazing Jake's so it was perfect. We walked in and were greeted right away. We had a 15-30 minute wait, which was fine. The lady that did my cousin's nails was very helpful since my cousin was ready to pop (she had her baby two days later). She helped her get out of her seat, helped her walk to the restroom and even got on her knees to do my cousin's toes! I got the mani/pedi combo deal for i think $30 for 45 minutes. I got pink tips and white lines both my nails and toes. When the lady told me my total was $45, I was surprised, I thought it would be more. I have not been as consistent for sure especially with this COVID-19, never have I ever complained about the lack of cleanliness but lately it's just not except able. I sat at the chair with Lynn. She always says hi but never a smile. That's coo. She did not bother to remove the polish because "it's fine it's clear polish" mind you I'm there for a short full set nothing special no gel just clear polish. She did not remove the cuticle, used old files and dirty drill bits, did not ask me to wash hands even tho they're "COVID-19 verified" whatever that means. Befor my nails were dry I was left there to figure out if/when my nails would be done. Got up washed my hands went to the counter and waited to be charged, never been charged more than 25. For a full set with clear coat of regular polish.NEVER. Then came Jerry-45. I asked him to break down the pricing he continued with an offended face and tone to his voice and justified with "special powder, and no lift polish and don't forget 5$ extra for shaping. He knew he was full of doo doo. I said that fine. Paid and vouch to never go back. 4 days later and thumb nail just fell off this morning. Hints the review. Super annoying. Jerry and Lynn pls do better. This is not except able you shall lead by example. Also you should really stop reviewing your own place it not a good look. read more

I asked 3 times to please clean up my cuticles. That it was my number 1 reason for coming in. They hardly touched it. I came home and reluctantly did it myself after paying $90 at the nail place. Not only that but, she painted on my skin and didn't clean it up. My nails were glued to my skin, my nails had bubbles, chunks, and sharp, bumpy areas.They looked horrible! I've been coming here for the last three years and the service is great. I even walked in once really late and they still took care of me! They call me by my name and always want to ask how I'm doing. I didn't visit for at least 3-4 months and when I came back they asked, "Where have you been?!" They always have a line before they open and are kind enough to even get started on some clients beforehand. That is above and beyond service! Absolutely the worst nail salon in Gilbert now! Under new management/ownership and you can clearly see the multiple issues that have been reported. My sisters and I have gone to this salon for the last 5 years and within the last year have seen it drastically decline with the new ownership. New owners have no control over the employees who constantly talk trash about other customers they experienced during their work week, they talk amongst themselves in their own language which leaves you feeling uncomfortable (two employees were literally taking to each other across so the salon), appointments are always delayed by at least 10 minutes or more, the prices have drastically increased, and there is zero sense of appreciation for customers or their buesiness. Stay away if you want a relaxing and positive experience that makes you feel like your business and time is worth it! read more

I didn't argue about because I was being nice. He didn't clean my nail polish off on the side, my lines are all crooked , he didn't file them evenly. I wanted dip nails with a tip and he said no, my natural nails are long enough but they look like plain nail polish with gloss and paid $64 for. Anyone but him. I went here today for a full set with Lynn. She had me wash my hands prior to service, sanitized the work area, glass in front of our faces, gloves on, and mask on at all times. They took all the precautions for COVID. She did an amazing job on my nails and constantly stopped to ask if I liked the shape and color. I used to come to this salon with my cousins back in Junior High. My friend suggested it for a pedicure. I arrived Tuesday promptly at 3 pm and I was half heartedly greeted by a woman who was studying for what seemed to be an EKG test. I asked if they had room for two pedicures and she told me to pick out a color. My friend had not yet arrived so I knew I had a few minutes to pick. The woman seemed annoyed and told me to pick one out and asked when my friend was coming. It was then that my friend came in, so I told her to hurry and pick a color. It wasn't busy, there were more people working than customers so I knew we were ok. The woman who was doing my pedicure quickly clipped my toenails and cut some of my skin. She didn't ask me how the water felt, if I needed water, or assitance adjusting the chair. It was fine, but i'm used to more warmness. She kept slapping my leg when she wanted me to move it in or out of the water. Tapping would have been fine, but she was quite literally slapping my leg and yanking on it. Afterward, she did a fine job. Didn't really cut my nails well so I had to file them more when I got home. The bottom of my feet were still dry with extra skin even though she "scrubbed" my foot and did the parafin wax. After we were done she quickly got me out of the chair. I assumed it was to get the next person in but she didn't fill our seats anytime while we were there. Not used to such a rush.
