Where do u start: I called and scheduled an appointment at 6:15 for a dip set and pedicure, which I asked for pricing info - which included soaking off the old dip. I arrive early and check in, writing exactly what I schedule my appointment for and proceeded to sit. I was told that they would be starting with me pedicure, which was common, to allow the dip to soak off. But I noticed that they didn't set my up to have my old dip soaked off - FIRST RED FLAG. The started the pedicure, which was the basic version, and the tech stopped twice to wax customers. By 6:40 my pedicure was completed. I sat and sat as they walked passed me, preparing to close by sweeping and vacuuming. At 7, when they closed, 2 of the techs decided to leave with several customers still waiting to be serviced. I finally asked the tech who did my pedi when I would be assisted. I finally was sat with a nail tech, after 7. She struggled to file my nails Down, injuring me. So badly the owner had to show her how to grind down and even had to tell her to turn the grinder down, it was set too high. After trial and error and the owner coming over to fix the shape, the original tech begins to apply gel! After several back and forth with the owner who advised she couldn't keep up with everyone's appointment, advised that they could soak it off and do what I scheduled my appointment for, at this time it was going on 8PM. read more

When I let whoever was in charge no they did not say anything about maybe not paying the 100 dollars they said I owed for only two pedis an mani (on pedi didn't even have polish) when before they never gave me a set price an ripped me off my one day to relax become hellish no one got back to me an I had to still pay no discount no sorry no nothing. Even tho they got a bad review 2 months ago I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Good to say that will never happen again. An all this two days later my gel is already ripping off. Than she says "you want something for free" hun I never expect free anything 1 because I work for what I have an get 2 why would I go into a business expecting free stuff???? That doesn't sound right. This is my favorite nail salon! I have traveled far and wide all over Mesa for years looking for the best nail salon. I usually get acrylics with gel polish. I love the gel options. The owner is extremely talented and very nice. This place always has the best chicks flicks playing on there big screen TVs. It is usually busy because the service is so great! If I could do 0 stars I would. Traumatizing experience and complete waste of my time the both times I've went there. Customer service was trashhh and the nails came out tacky everytime. The owner began to argue with me the last time I attended this salon, when I was disappointed with how my nails were turning out. The Employees didn't know what they were doing so the manager was running around fixing their mistakes, often leaving me to wait for her to come back and continue working w me. Many of them don't have experience which you can tell. When I asked about it I was told they don't know what they're doing because A it was a male or B they don't understand English. No accountability in the establishment, they'll just smile and try to ignore the problem. Very very very time consuming for the simplest service. YOURE HONESTLY SAFER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE, TRUST. It is not worth your money!!! Mei did my manicure and it turned out just how I wanted them! Very sweet lady. Hana did my pedicure and let me tell you..... she has some magical hands. I was literally dozing off as she massaged my feet. I read the reviews and that's why I came here... but I regret it. I paid 130$ for a full set of acrylics and acrylics on my toes.now I have to spend another 130 or so to get them redone somewhere else. I had to constantly repeat myself and this lady stilllll didn't listen. My toes were so cut up they were bleeding . My finger nail acrylics were put on so far down it's been not even a week and It looks like I need a fill in. When the lady had messed up on my toes I corrected her nicely and she started talking under her breath about me to her coworker. There was a man working and he straight up disrespectfully told this lady she had big feet. And it made her kind of sink in her chair. i was here maybe 2 weeks ago i called just because i wanted to try some where new biggest mistake anyways. i called asked if they did acrylic toes they said they did i arrived and was there for literally 2.5 hours i was with a older lady who could barely speak english which i didn't mind but i wish the other so called techs would help her translate what i was saying the owner ended up trying to fix what was going on she herself finished my toes but they were horrible the acrylic was under my actual nail making my nails appear super thick they all didn't know what they were doing on top of that i was charged $80+ i still paid but believe i'm disputing my charge and now i'm back at my original nail spot giving my people a hard time with my toes please go to Valley Nails it's a little further out but the people and their work is amazing. read more
