Anyways flash forward the next day(today) and I couldn't open my eyes. There was green/yellow pus (bacterial infection) and my eyes are so red. I texted her the issue, let her know I was seeing a doctor, sent her a picture of my nasty eyes, and then kindly asked for a refund. (I mean who pays for a service and then ends up at a doctor and doesn't request a refund?!) well she replied with she would like a doctors note in order to be refunded. Um? HELLO? Did you not see my eyes?!? I thought it was extremely unprofessional. I wasn't there to fight or argue- I had an eye infection from your services. Long story short I went to the doctor. I haven't been able to see out of my right eye. I'm on antibiotics for the next 7 days and the owner, like a child at school, got her doctor note and refunded me. The doctor stated it was not an irritation but in fact, a bacterial infection from uncleanliness. Gross.

Mia was on time and all of her supplies prepared. I got a deluxe custom facial from her and an eyebrow lamination. She did a skin analysis and used the questions I answered about my skin to determine which facial treatments to give me. I was nervous about the eyebrow lamination because those are easy to mess up, they can either look really good or turn out bad and not last. When I say my brows are PERFECTION, I mean it. No one has done my brows better!! She cleaned them up tweezed around them, did the lamination (the chemicals also didn't even smell that bad which is surprising because they usually do) and then proceeded to map my eyebrows out to shape them! I have gotten my eyebrows laminated many times before and no one paid as much attention to detail or spent time shaping them as much as she did. I am writing a week and a half afterwards and my eyebrows a still look so amazing and the lamination has held perfectly! I can't go to anyone else now! For the facial, I have drier skin and some breakouts and Mia did a lemon honey facial where she cleansed my face, did a chemical exfoliation which burned a bit (as it's supposed to) used her awesome steamer to steam my face which felt amazing and really opened my pores. Then she put a soothing honey mask on and Mia says that her masks and products are all natural and don't contain all those extra chemicals and ingredients other products do. A lot of her products she uses are for sale. She then used her hot and cold face roller technology that felt very nice and cooling. I was surprised she had such fancy equipment. My skin truly felt pampered and so so fresh and clean! My skin was soft afterwards and I felt like I was glowing. I got compliments on my skin and eyebrows afterwards as well. Mia did such a great job, I will definitely come back for those same treatments and also the other variety of services she offers!
