I wanted to get a pedicure, so we went to see Chloe and Mia for Mani/Pedi. I was going to take us someplace else, but my friend said Chloe is her nail lady. After it was all said and done I see why Chloe is the "go-to". Chloe has some really good designing skills. On top of that my friend hadn't gotten a mani in almost 8 weeks and her nails were holding strong, none broken!! Now that's quality nails!! The pedi chair was higher off the ground, so you really get to feel like a King/Queen. I really liked that Mia scrubbed my feet with the grater thing. The other places never do it. My pedicure was very relaxing, I really enjoyed the leg and foot massage Mia gave me! The massage chair wasn't half bad either! At the end I decided to get a clear coat on my toes! These ladies were very kind, and Chloe can definitely hold a conversation. My pedicure finished before my friend's Mani, I just relaxed in the chair and admired the awesome looking room! When the Mani was done, I was blown away with the design and effort put into her nails! Top notch nail artist!! The price for us both was very reasonable, actually cheaper than the place I was going to bring us! Definitely will consider coming back when I'm due for another Pedicure! I really wanted to like this salon, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. They even required me to put my credit card on file in case I didn't show up, which would be fine if the quality matched the policy but it definitely didn't. I had an appointment and still waited about 30 minutes before being taken back. Mia did my nails, and while she was nice, the builder gel set came out super thick and uneven. Definitely not worth the $90 price tag. After my fiancé encouraged me to call and ask for a fix, the salon was very sweet about it and told me to come back, which I appreciated. But when I returned, I waited another 30 minutes before being seen, and the atmosphere was just uncomfortable and silent. Chloe seemed to know what she was doing, but unfortunately, Mia didn't seem as experienced. Within two days, my nails started lifting, and I ended up taking them off myself. I basically spent $90 for a set I couldn't even keep on. For a salon that requires a card on file and charges premium prices, the quality and service just didn't match. read more

I saw Mia and booked an appointment that should have been $70 per their online booking. At the end of the appointment when it was time to pay I was informed $100. At no time during the appointment was I informed of additional charges. One of the added charges was for removing my existing gel polish which is typically inclusive of the $70 fee for builder In a bottle fill. Additionally I was disappointed because there are spots of missing gel polish along edges of every single nail. For this same service I usually pay $55 with my regular nail tech. Mia is sweet, but the cost of the service is not justified by the work. read more

Not my favorite experience. Coco's application and designs are really pretty, but he shredded my cuticles and I left with four bleeding fingers and all other cuticles nearly bleeding or sore. I never received any apology or acknowledgment. Also, he left a lot of acrylic under my nails and basically glued my skin to my nail. Ultimately I won't go back, mostly because of the above and because they don't do the service I actually wanted, which was acrylic on my natural nail. I was told that they don't do acrylic without plastic tips, which left me with a much longer nail than I wanted. read more

I found her through Instagram and booked my first appt in October & nailed the vision I had for my Halloween nails and came back for the holidays. She is so good you have to make sure to book in advance & a one man shop. What I love most about Chloe is that she takes her time and the quality of her work shows In how long the polish last. Went a month before I even got another mani and that was due to my nails growing, there wasn't a single chip or crack in my nails. These are my real nails and I get the gelx treatment. Hmm where to begin. Chloe is AMAZING! I've been getting my nails done for years ... and have gone to so many different people and had to keep looking for a new nail artist because either their technique or the way they shaped my nails did not match what I wanted. Even after showing pictures. Chloe made my nails EXACTLY the way I wanted and even had the halo chrome! I know people like reading the reviews and stuff but I'll just let the pictures speak for them self. Tho the pictures don't do the nails any justice. Soooooo much more beautiful in real life. Based on the pictures I was so excited to try Chloe. I would not recommend her based on my experience. I received 3 bleeding cuts no apologies. The first thing she did was accost me for having used lotion on a day I was getting my nails done. Great start. Terrible nails clunky cheap looking and pointed upward totally hideous. When I complained of course it was my fault for not communicating better is what she said, which is why I never complain. Cold, argumentative is her in a nutshell. After complaining she was going to take them off and not charge me and I asked her to redo them. She filed them and repainted but never addressed the issue of them not laying flat on my fingers. Pedicure lady was just eh and there is chunk of something hard in my toe nail polish. Honestly over 20 years of nail visits this was the worst experience I've had. I'm really disappointed. read more

While Chloe may have some talent, she lacks basic customer service skills & personality. Rather than go into all of the ugly details of my interactions with her, this is what you can expect to experience if you choose to come here: A rude, unprofessional & argumentative attitude from her, fast & ultimately sloppy service, limited choice of nail polish colors & a f#€% you pay me mentality. She even treated her assistant Armani poorly right in front of customers. I came here based on previous reviews & because I was looking for a new nail artist. Jaqueline does natural nails which is exactly what i wanted and needed the other stuff is too damaging for my little nails. She painted them and i loved it so much i didnt have her do a design. I'm going to start with the good. Chloe is an amazing nail tech and her work shows, dont get me wrong. But coming from someone who's been working in the beauty industry for years, I have never met someone who was so straight forward and aggressive. The first complaint I have, is she was 15 minutes late to my appointment. No biggie, except I had made an appointment earlier that day. Second complaint, she didn't introduce me to herself or seemed very polite at all. She dosent have much of a customer service attitude, more like "give me money and go" kinda thing. Third complaint is she was very aggressive with my nails and also warned her that my nails and frail and sensitive. While I was getting my gel put on, my fingers BURNED...to the point I was going to cry. I'm left with very sensitive and throbbing fingers. Fourth complaint is very small, but still rude ; I asked her where the bathroom was and she just pointed in a general direction and said "in the back." It took 5 minutes of me walking around the whole building trying to figure out where it was. Again, I'm not saying her work is bad. My nails turned out just the way I wanted them.... but her attitude and customer service is horrible. It was pretty much just me sitting at the table with no conversation, no interest in talking to me, and a "give me money and get out" attitude. I'm sorry, but I will defitnatly not be coming here again. read more
