As someone that does not typically get their nails done but wanted a shaping and gel manicure I definitely recommend this location! I will be coming back when I'm ready for my gel fill. The tech verified what I wanted and after I chose my color got to work quickly. They made the black color I chose truly shine! The tech was also super friendly and clear when they needed me to do something or move my hand a certain way. I even smudged the first coat the he quickly fixed it for me. At the very end I even got a little arm and hand massage! Overall this location looks very nice and is very clean. When I went Friday evening it wasn't too busy and I was seated immediately. I got the Award extreme spa pedicure today. I found them online and chose them because they had 20 years of experience and are not too far from home. I called same day and was able to get an Appointment within 45 minutes. It's a clean facility and the chairs are comfortable. I asked if we could add a brow wax and they were so nice to fit it all in and stay past closing. Ryan did my pedicure and my nails looked amazing! The massage is always my favorite and he took his time and it was very relaxing. Just what I needed. I'll be back for sure and happy to find a place as I've been too many in the area and unfortunately haven't found my go to spot. read more

Horrible salon. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come here. A waste of 65.00 dollars for ugly nails that aren't shaped correctly. They are way too wide for my fingers. She got gel polish all on my cuticles. She tried to clean up her mess but couldn't do it since she didn't know how to correctly do nails. My nails are so hideous I'm debating cutting them off. She was so rough on my cuticles and they are dry and sore. Gosh she was so silly and clueless about how to do nails it angers me. This was the biggest waste of 65.00 I have spent since I been in Arizona. She was rushing to get to the next customer. They were very accommodating of the tight scheduling needed to get all three ladies done up for the big event. They were very accommodating of my grandmother even calling her mom and assisting her with getting in and out of chairs and taking extra care that she was comfortable. This was my first visit to award nails and spa. Amy did my nails EXACTLY how I asked her to. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she had me in a chair within 10 minutes. Amy was friendly and spoke to me the entire time she did my nails. The work she did was so eye catching I received compliments on my nails minutes after leaving the salon. Also, the prices are NOT an arm and a leg, I got a full set of medium sized coffin nails with regular polish and two 3D sunflowers . The price for my set was $40 which I think is perfect for what I asked for and the time it took. I'll attach a photo to show Amy's beautiful work. And in 3weeks I'll post an updated photo to show how well they hold up. I will definitely be returning in the future. read more

If I could give them a zero star I would! I received a pedicure and now I have toe nail fungus on both of my big toes . I never get pedicures for the fear of getting an infection but my mother gifted me a pedicure for Christmas so I went against my better judgement and sure enough my toe nails are messed up now! Okay I took my daughter who is 12 here after calling first. She had got her nails done elsewhere and were not done well she was rushed because she was young. Fixed my daughters nails! Wow Award Nails did such a great job. My daughter even shortened them so she can play the guitar. They tapered and fixed the crooked one from the last salon and took there time and thinned them. We only waited 10min before she sat down. I did have to get someone's attention and told them we called. They were great! Took her right back and she wasn't treated differently because she was young! She picked army green and gold glitter on her ring finger and they turned out great and the shape was on point!!. If I can give them a ZERO star review I would!! Spent $100 for an over line gel polish and a cut on my foot. I came to this place years ago and remember I was disappointed but I like to give second chances and so I did. Biggest mistake! First of all you can tell they were rushing. Let's start with the guy that did my nails, he kept on complaining and saying how there is a lot of dry skin on my hands, and even asked me if I wash my hands or put lotion. And I said yes, of course I do but at my job, I wear a lot of gloves, so my skin gets dry a lot. Take note I love to put lotion on my hands but gloves does really make my hands dry and my gel nail polish. He over-lined it and didn't even fix it. Second, the lady that did my feet was also complaining a lot. Also, I have diabetes so my skin on my feet do get thick really quickly and she asked me why do I wait till it gets thick like that and said do you wait for 2 months? I said that I get my nails and pedicure done every 3 weeks and she said with my condition I should be getting it done every week because I did ask for the callus treatment and she kept on complaining and even cut my foot. Would never ever come back here. The reason why I came here is to give them a second chance, and because I didn't have time to go to my usual salon that I go to which is really great by the way, but I would never come back here. I would save my money. Also was not relaxing at all. T.v was hella loud. read more

I got a pedicure for $35 included callous removal, sugar scrub, wax, massage, and hot stones. I love pedicures because it's such a great time for me to relax, but this one was pretty rushed so I was disappointed in that. I got a fill and color change on my nails. I'm pretty upset with this place, I've actually been here an few times for a pedi and once with a friend. They over charge my friend like crazy! Then today I stopped in while waiting in my car for an oil change and received a pedi they did a good job but when I asked for just a file (like I always get) he states I had to cut them... then I was put under the drying and they forgot about me. They took multiple clients ahead of me and when I was approached she said she didn't know. I asked how much longer and I was told 6 more minutes. This will be the last time I came here. i got a full set and a pedicure here. i showed him the picture of the full set and he seemed fine with it. the picture had square nails and after he put them on me i asked if they could be made into coffins. he was irritated but wasn't too rude. until we get to the butterfly design on the nails and it's done by hand in the picture. i asked him about it and he didn't do the design and his response to me asking was "we're out of stickers". on the acrylic he also messed up on the some of the nails but i wasn't pressed about it. i would've rather been told if they couldn't do the design because what i got looks a lot different than the picture read more

Michael- I had a full set from him. The entire full set lifted really bad after 1.5 weeks. I went back and showed him how bad-- even my nails were damaged. He told me it was my fault that they lifted. Been getting my nails for years and years and never had a problem like that before. I scheduled an appt to get them fixed. During the fill Michael bitched the entire time about doing my nails bc i do curve shape. He told me that my nails will never be in style and he doesn't like doing them, it wasn't as he stated, "his cup of tea." He was very rude. I asked him to file a little more on one hand and at the end he told me "don't ask me stuff like that again bc it makes me not want to hold your hand." Because I had corrected something. The owner Amy backs Michael 100% and so the client is always wrong here. I wont be returning and I don't think they care either. Btw- the fill he did started lifting a week after. I have been going to this salon for over 12 years. I have never been disappointed. Amy is the heart and soul of the business and also one of the best tecs ever. Kristine is an absolute angel and has the patience of a saint. I will not go anywhere else. They give great leg messages and the best pedicures. I am a baby when it comes to waxing my chin.. but Amy does great and cools it down with lotion when she's done. All in all, they will bend over backwards to accommodate you and your wishes. I stopped in for manicure. The tech was not personable and the massage part of the service was practically non existent; estimate 1 minute. I didn't even get color put on, just clear. I go to pay and told it's $20. I was shocked. I said $20 for a manicure? She produces a price list. Where was that when I came in? I remarked, "I didn't even use a color and it's still $20? That's high." She snapped it's $20. I shouldn't be surprised. Another customer getting a fill asked her tech to put a little more on one of her index fingers because it was thinner than the other fingers. Tech said no. Customer replied, "No?" And tech answered, "Yes. No." That customer said okay with a tone like "you had your chance." I will never go back. Oh, and the tech missed a couple hang nails.
