They have all the prices laid out (no hidden charges) and have a fair repair policy. There are times I have broken my nails and they will always help me repair them at no extra charge. Last night I returned after going to another nail salon and it reminded me of why I miss going to the place. There are so many colors to choose from and they have a nice display so you can choose the perfect shade. I got a pedicure which included shaping/cuticle trim, color, sugar exfoliator, foot mask, mud mask, and a massage for cheaper than other places! My feet were super soft once I was finished. Then the nails! I normally just do a solid color but the tech seemed very comfortable with designs. At the last minute, I switched from a solid color to wanting polka dot nails. He chose the perfect light pink shade and made sure the polka dots were the exact size and pattern I wanted. I'm obsessed with my nails and I keep getting compliments on them! I was also surprised by the $2 sanitation fee. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the principle. Maintaining clean, sanitized tools and equipment should be a standard part of doing business, not an extra charge passed on to customers. To me, that's simply part of the service I'm already paying for. The quality of the pedicure was great, but the wait and additional fee left me with mixed feelings about the experience. The colors are pretty true and I really love when my nail techs I use the most Lien or JOJO will swatch colors for me and let me see them on my nail. They also will help me decide too. I never feel rushed or out of place asking for color help and to see it first. Lien gives the best manicure ever with her precision on cleaning up your nails, it's very therapeutic. She also is very efficient and shapes your nail so well. I work in the animal field and other places I would try their gel would chip off after one day of the manicure. I ride horses and work out with lifting weights and the gel manicure from Lien lasts 2-3 weeks easy! JOJO is my other go to gal as she KNOWS colors and emulates designs so so well! I showed her my goal picture and she nailed it. We were just bummed we couldn't find the right color but picked a solid alternative that made the design work. She not only is so sweet but she knows the colors and helps me maintain my manicure well at home with advice since I do a lot with my hands. I get so many compliments from others when I have JOJO do fun designs to help me step out of my comfort zone. I love the fact even with gel nails I can still have fun designs as well. I'm also appreciative of the up the front pricing which makes it easier to tip well to the nail techs. The gel manicure is well priced as well as color change. The day after my appointment, I noticed yellow crusting and redness on my right big toe. The infection has since worsened. I am especially concerned because I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, and an infection is the last thing I need. I'm embarrassed to share the picture of my toe, because I can't put any lotion or anything on the infected toe to prevent worsening, but it has to be included. During my visit, the overall service was also disappointing. I had booked a higher-tier pedicure that included paraffin wax and was told they would try to fit in a manicure if time allowed. I made it clear that I did not need the manicure if there wasn't enough time, but I was assured after my pedicure that there was time for it to be completed. I requested a simple service. No polish, just cuticle care and shaping. The manicure was done in the pedicure chair while I was receiving the paraffin treatment since the tech forgot the paraffin treatment and I had to remind her, which made it physically uncomfortable, as I had to twist and reach across awkwardly. The service itself took about five minutes and was rushed and uneven. I would have preferred transparency if there truly wasn't enough time to complete it properly. I was charged $100 for the services, which means my 'manicure' was $25?! This felt very disproportionate to the quality of the manicure received. I still tipped $20. While I initially considered not leaving a review, the development of a significant infection following this appointment raises serious concerns about sanitation and safety. Please exercise caution before going here. Update: The business responded to my concerns and issued a partial refund. I appreciate their attempt to address the situation.

I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. Enter my hero, Anna (Thuy Trinh) and her services! Texted her about coming to my home to give me a gel mani and regular pedicure. She asked where I lived and apparently she's about an hour from me however she has clients in the area and was able to squeeze me into her booked up schedule last minute just yesterday. Anna showed up promptly and throughout my entire service she also helped me with my newborn who was literally attached to me either sleeping or breastfeeding. My gel manicure turned out exactly how I wanted and the foot massage I got with my pedicure was heavenly (and soooo needed after the rough pregnancy I just had and an intense labor story). As long as I'm living in Arizona, I'll forever be a client of Anna's.
