I had a gel removal and regular mani with no polish. It was $30. The atmosphere is feminine and chic with cute quotes sprinkled throughout the salon. It's a large clean space. The staff here is friendly while staying attentive to their work. They offer a discount punch card. Make sure to get one before you leave. My nail tech started off great. She removed the gel with enough pressure so it didn't harm my natural nail. Later, a couple of walk-ins came in and boss lady assigned one to my tech. So she had to rush the end of the job. As a result, the filing isn't consistent on my hands. Thankfully, I had a no-polish manicure so mistakes were minimal. I don't blame her. I wish that she was allowed to finish her work well. Perhaps the walk-ins could have been asked to wait 10 minutes to ensure that services are completed to satisfaction. So my tip for relaxing and attentive service, avoid peak hours, which are Friday to Sunday. If you have to go on the weekends, maybe avoid being a walk-in with nail art request. read more

I went to the nail salon on a Saturday after my eyelash appointment next door. I have wanted to try this place for a while because I liked the outer establishment, so I decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be a big mistake. When I walked in, I explained what I wanted, and the staff told me it would take about 10 to 15 minutes. I decided to wait, but after five minutes, two other women walked in and were told they would only have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. However, they were taken before me. After another 15 minutes, I asked the staff what was going on. They said the women got stuck on their nail designs. I inquired why they were prioritized over me, and the staff member tried to say they had appointments. I overheard them and knew that wasn't true. Then, the manager came over and stated that only one particular lady could do my nails, even though five other staff members were just standing around, and two other people had come in without appointments. I was told it would be just another five minutes. Twenty minutes passed, and despite several staff members being available, I still hadn't received any help. Frustrated, I decided to leave after almost an hour. If you value your time, you should choose a place that treats all clients fairly. I do not recommend this salon. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience due to a serious health concern. I came in for a pedicure for my birthday and was really looking forward to it. The day after my appointment, I noticed yellow crusting and redness on my right big toe. The infection has since worsened. I am especially concerned because I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, and an infection is the last thing I need. I'm embarrassed to share the picture of my toe, because I can't put any lotion or anything on the infected toe to prevent worsening, but it has to be included. During my visit, the overall service was also disappointing. I had booked a higher-tier pedicure that included paraffin wax and was told they would try to fit in a manicure if time allowed. I made it clear that I did not need the manicure if there wasn't enough time, but I was assured after my pedicure that there was time for it to be completed. I requested a simple service. No polish, just cuticle care and shaping. The manicure was done in the pedicure chair while I was receiving the paraffin treatment since the tech forgot the paraffin treatment and I had to remind her, which made it physically uncomfortable, as I had to twist and reach across awkwardly. The service itself took about five minutes and was rushed and uneven. I would have preferred transparency if there truly wasn't enough time to complete it properly. I was charged $100 for the services, which means my 'manicure' was $25?! This felt very disproportionate to the quality of the manicure received. I still tipped $20. While I initially considered not leaving a review, the development of a significant infection following this appointment raises serious concerns about sanitation and safety. Please exercise caution before going here. Update: The business responded to my concerns and issued a partial refund. I appreciate their attempt to address the situation. read more

I was so excited in January thinking I had found my place- I've been looking for one for a while and had to widen my search - I actually drive an hour to get me nails done here. I've done this 3 times, and I'm sad to say this won't be my place after all. This is unfortunate because shape and thickness were perfect with Long. First person, Lien, had an issue with shape on one nail, but of course I thought no problem , I'm trying again. That's when I met Long. I was in love with the detail. Having done my nails for a long time, I was taken aback by the amount of primer he used- hardly any, especially closer to the nail bed. I thought that was strange then moved on. Within the first week of my first appointment with long, one of my nails had come clean off. No breaking. Just peeled right off, sure enough from the bottom of the nail bed. Then another within a day. I still went back a third time thinking it was me. This last time was February 28. Again, barely any primer. Walked out with another full set. Again, by yesterday I had 3 nails come CLEAN off - it's been one week. No breaking. Just clearly they weren't laid properly. I have been getting acrylics for 18 years - I am very aware of what breaks a nail and when they just aren't laid properly. Sad to think this is done to have people come back need repairs or a full set instead of a fill. This is very sad but unfortunately does happen. If you are wanting to treat yourself for a full set once for one special night out - this is the place for you. But if you want to find a person who will ensure you have a full set they can continue to fill and work on, that is laid properly to ensure YOUR satisfaction, maybe try another place. They even have a punch card that gets you an amount of $$ off after certain visits- I am sure you'd have that filled out sooner rather than later with how fragile these nails are- you may as well have press ons. read more

I was walking out of another shop when I noticed this place and it looked clean. The guy at the front desk said I would need an appointment or the soonest I could get a pedicure was in 1-hour which is totally understandable so I went to get a bite to eat a few doors down and came back even 10-minutes early. I was undecided on color but I wanted something neutral. I asked if I could get a mani and pedi but the response was "no only one". The gal who did the pedicure was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. She said she doesn't like to give pedicures when I mentioned I am very ticklish at the feet. The massage part was short and not much pressure just felt like she was patting my leg. The polish looked good when she was done and I waited almost 30-minutes to let them dry. Then the loud young guy told me they were closing so I needed to go, I asked if my toe polish was dry enough to put my shoes on because the paper flops I can't drive in. He said yes they were fine and ushered me to get up to pay. Well, I get home only to kick off my shoes and see the polish has all smudged and looks horrid! I called the next day to share what happened and was told I would need to come back that day only to get them repaired. Unfortunately my work schedule stopped me from getting back in and today I wanted to wear sandals to brunch and looked down and decided they looked too gross to do that. I think they may have used gel polish instead of the regular so now I'm stuck with this until I can get them fixed or removed. What in the world. I needed a last minute appointment for 2 people. And the staff was able to fit us in! Great! Last appointments of the day, boo! Asked to be put on a waiting list, get told no. The day of the appointment arrives. Parking is an issue. Hardly any parking up near the location. It's in the back where you want to go and be careful not to park in the reserved area. When you walk in, you are greeted, in a rushed manner sort to speak. Everything is done by iPad or tablet to check in. We were 20 minutes early for our appointment. (Thankfully they were able to fit us in) I get to my nail tech, away from my sister, who got her nails done 30 minutes AFTER I started mine. This nail tech was coming back from break. (Which is understandable) I waited, and she immediately touched her face, then my hands. I didn't see her wash her hands or anything, so she asked me what I wanted and I told her. And she just said.. "mm" and then whispered to the dude next to her. Throughout the ENTIRE session. I think she only asked me 3-4 questions throughout the visit. As she's doing my nails, I'm looking at her hands, I don't know if she had some chemical reaction from doing nails, or if she had a rash going. But it was all over her fingers and hands. I kept trying to keep my fingers from touching her hands, but she kept wiggling my fingers. That some of my nails were crooked. She was 1/2 way through the session when she told me it was $55. And my sister texted me hers were $75. I figured my nails would be around that range but it was kinda pointless she asked me if I had an issue with paying 1/2 way through the session. While I was getting my nails shaped, she grabbed my phone and moved it away and told me not to touch it. I understood but I was dealing with something and needed to use it briefly and she moved it again but in an angry manner which kinda threw me off. When she finished, she told me to wash my hands, said thank you and DIPPED. I was so confused, I stood there like an idiot looking for the area to wash my hands in. I had to ask a customer where it was. The dude who was taking care of my sister, was in a rush to finish so he could go home. He glued my sisters skin to the nail, and burned her with the machine, she started bleeding when we exited the salon. It's been a week and my nail color is FADING. There's an air bubble in my middle finger on my right hand. For a last minute nail appointment, this definitely is a no go for me. Maybe in the future? Maybe with the right nail tech and proper scheduling. For now, my 2 is staying. read more

My nail tech was kind, but the service that I got for the correction baffles me. What a waste of money coming here. The sassy dude seems to think that this is normal. Their temp fix was buffing out the top coat and putting in a 4th coat. Lol needless to say, that didn't solve the problem but worse. Not only the sassy dude belittling me by telling me that there's nothing wrong with it and that it's normal due to the color. Say what?! I'm old enough to know better. The place is clean. Very modern decor. Staff if friendly. They are missing the reason for service. Most people just want silent spoiling, not a "friend" chatting. The techs do their best, but it is a fifty-fifty on who you get. Quite a few are in training status in regard to service provided. I had a destination wedding in Arizona in October 2022 and wanted to treat my bridal party and mothers to gel manicures before my big day and I am SO HAPPY that I chose to come to Lush. I called and made a reservation for my party a few weeks ahead of time and they were able to accommodate us no problem. On the day of our appointment, my guests and I were welcomed by the friendly staff and amazed at the cleanliness, service and creativity of all of our nail techs. I gave absolute creative freedom to all of my guests to choose the designs, shapes and types of manicures they wanted and every single staff member was incredibly detailed to making all of our ideas come to life. Prices were very fair and the staff was very transparent about pricing for any add-on services we asked for (thank you for this!). We had a blast coming here and it was an amazing experience to have with my favorite ladies before my big day. Lush has always been my go to. I only get gel but have always had the color choices reflect very close to my color goal. Several nail techs always help me pick the right color when I show them the picture and even will offer their opinion on better choices to go with my skin color. The colors are pretty true and I really love when my nail techs I use the most Lien or JOJO will swatch colors for me and let me see them on my nail. They also will help me decide too. I never feel rushed or out of place asking for color help and to see it first. Lien gives the best manicure ever with her precision on cleaning up your nails, it's very therapeutic. She also is very efficient and shapes your nail so well. I work in the animal field and other places I would try their gel would chip off after one day of the manicure. I ride horses and work out with lifting weights and the gel manicure from Lien lasts 2-3 weeks easy! JOJO is my other go to gal as she KNOWS colors and emulates designs so so well! I showed her my goal picture and she nailed it. We were just bummed we couldn't find the right color but picked a solid alternative that made the design work. She not only is so sweet but she knows the colors and helps me maintain my manicure well at home with advice since I do a lot with my hands. I get so many compliments from others when I have JOJO do fun designs to help me step out of my comfort zone. I love the fact even with gel nails I can still have fun designs as well. I'm also appreciative of the up the front pricing which makes it easier to tip well to the nail techs. The gel manicure is well priced as well as color change. Lush is the only salon I recommend anyone too as others just don't match their level of service, price, and results. read more

it really hurts to write this review because i liked this place years ago and they were always a solid backup when i needed my nails done in a pinch and my normal artist at a different salon was booked. i actually have sat on this for a whole day considering to leave this or not, but im still so upset. i got a basic pedicure which was great- exactly what i wanted. very happy and tipped well, as i usually do. my nails however took almost 2 hours, and that honestly wouldn't have been an issue if they came out well. i requested a glitter dip/acrylic powder or caviar crystals, which they had none of. she suggested rhinestones which ended up being the low/quality ones vs AB crystals that actually sparkle. they're just bubble gems that would have sufficed in 2012 when a full set was $20. i asked for square shape and none of them have clean, sharp edges like they did years ago. some are almost squoval. i had dried nail glue all over my fingers and dripped down my palm, my cuticles were still a mess, and there's quite a bit of room between the start of the acrylic and my cuticle. not to mention, my pointer finger is SO crooked. when you're charging me $120 for a lousy set of nails and a basic pedicure that chipped literally one day later, i expect some pretty good nails. i always tip heavily (i own a business in the beauty service industry) and always pay in cash. either someone needs to take more pride in their work/business, or they need more training. or both. read more

I requested square nails and I noticed my thumb was not filed to a square shape and she only did 4 of 5 fingers, which I would assume is not normal. They're prices are not consistent, last time I had a more detailed set for $55 but this time I paid $70 PLUS TIP for this acrylic set and the color isn't even in some places.
