I've been coming here since February 2021. Nellie is an amazing nail technician. She is thorough and knowledgeable and always does an excellent job on my nails. I refuse to go anywhere else. My sets/fills last 4+ weeks. No breaking, chipping, or lifting. She is, in My opinion the best and I've been getting acrylics for 13 years. Tim is my favorite technician for pedicures. He is extremely thorough and takes his time. The shop is clean and well kept up also.
The pictures on here aren't accurate because there was a change of ownership. Been coming to see Lee. She does an amazing job! She is very detailed and dedicated. Every time I leave I end up LOVING my nails. She will tell me if something I ask for will not look good or clean. I honestly love all the staff, they all are well vetted for the job. I've been coming to this location for a while now and never feel like my nails were done poorly. If something doesn't look good while we are doing it, I'll let them know and they will fix it! I recommend this place 10/10 and know im going to be well taken care of.
As a guy, I don't need anything too fancy when it comes to my nails, but this place really spoiled me. The prices are super affordable (really like they have combo packages) and everyone is super friendly and helpful. I felt extremely pampered and relaxed when they were done. My nails look very clean and well kept and I can't believe how soft my feet/heels are from the pedicure! They also have a punch card system where you get $10 discount and 10% off after completing 10 visits, $22 reward by service for completing a 4 x 10 day visits. Will certainly be coming back!
I brought my friend here for her Birthday. This is where she likes to come and get pedicures. So it was my first time here. It was a charming salon and everyone that worked here was really sweet. There was good energy in the nail salon itself. They had a really great selection of colors and products. As from what I could see it was very clean. Both of our pedicures were very nice. We got the high end ones with the extra massage. The price was totally reasonable. Our whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. I am a fan for sure and I'm looking forward to going back again with Barbara.
I really like this salon. They are quick and do great work! The new owner is so sweet and talented. I have been going here on and off for many years (6ish) and have never been disappointed although I understand why some other people have left bad reviews based on pictures. Give them a chance, especially with the new owners. It's a great place.
Worst pedi ive ever gotten. They didn't offer a pricing chart or let me know callus remover was extra when he asked if i wanted it. Literally drilled off 3 nails of gel polish. Come to my surprise when paying, it was an extra $7 for callus and $5 to remove the gel polish I would understand if they used a new drill but they didn't. Polish was AWFUL. Most you can tell have been sitting for probably years. And walked out with bubbles and crusty dry toes. Dont recommend this place for a pedi or better yet, don't get Tim. Gave one star for my 5min massage. Not worth the price.
I don't usually get my nails done in acrylics because of my line of work but I was going on a week long vacation and decided to get them done since it was a special occasion. Nellie was so nice and professional and quick and efficient. Highly recommend this place. I go here all the time for Pedis and the staff is just great and so is the pricing.
This was first time at this salon and it was WONDERFUL! I typically get my nails and toes done at the another nail salon in the same parking lot, but a coworker suggested this place because they have great pedicures. My husband and I went in on a Sunday and they had plenty of space and could both of us in right away. They offered bottled water and the owners took the time to chat with us and get to know us. My pedicure was very affordable, especially compared to others salons in the area and the polish is still on my toes 3 weeks later. I just made another appointment to go back. read more

The owners did my pedi and they were so amazing! They took their time and instead of talking amongst each other like most salons I go to, they talked to me and wanted to know about me. Very personable and very affordable! I will definitely be coming back! read more

Lovely experience. Got a full set (pink and white ombré) and a gel pedicure. The prices seemed lower than most places, it was a very relaxing time and my nails came out SO cute!! The acrylic is a bit thicker than I'm used to, but not a huge deal. Also got my eyebrows waxed. I normally have irritation afterward but not this time! She was very gentle. Overall a great experience. read more

I've been going to see Mai at XO Nails since 2007. She and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and patient with all of their customers. XO Nails is a clean and affordable option if your looking to have your nails or waxing done quickly AND properly, which is why I continue to make the drive from Scottsdale to Mesa twice a month. I have yet to find a place anywhere else that can offer exactly what I want with a staff as friendly as XO! Try them out! You won't be disappointed! read more

I tried this place a week ago, as I needed a gel manicure. I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails...but they did an AWESOME job! This is the first time a salon actually painted my entire nail. When getting a gel mani previously most places do not paint right up to the skin. Leaving each side where you can see the nail. I was very impressed and was very pleased that my nails turned out PERFECT. So today I went back and got a pedicure. Omg this was one of the best pedicures I have had! It was just a regular pedi for $27 including callus removal and the massage was for a good 20 minutes! She took the time to clean up around my toes after painting them and they turned out great! I love my nails and toes, I will definitely be going back! read more

First time customer. Was taken care of right away but the man that was available didn't cut my nails or trim or push back my cuticles.... I sat down and he just started gluing them to my nail. I asked for K028 it was a lite blue gold color which I loved because it was a mermaid color. And it was literally just gold with a slight blue sparkle I GUESS FALSE advertising But I still paid and tipped read more

Nice people, but my manicure and pedicure was awful. $70 later my feet still look crusty, nails weren't trimmed correctly, my foot polish look a mess. My gel polish is too thick n the nail edges have no polish on them. I let the tech know n said she would cover it. Never did. read more

After having my nails for 24hrs I'm starting to notice how crooked and misshapen they are. I've never payed over $15 for a fill and they charged me $21......that's usually the price of a full set. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. It's going to take a lot of time and money to get my nails to look okay again. I forgot to add that they wouldn't give me a refund unless I took down this review. Great business read more
