The nail technicians here are nice and friendly. They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! They had already caught my eye during my own search--their polished website stood out (not many nail salons have one), and their luxurious list of pedicure options impressed me. The bonus? I live just 10 minutes away. They fit me in, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., the salon was bustling, with multiple technicians working on clients. I had a short wait, which was no big deal considering I booked last minute--I was grateful they squeezed me in. The facility is spotless, with flowers and a chic pink theme. The atmosphere had a nice balance: lively chatter without being overwhelming, friendly staff, and happy clients. I was treated by Tam, who is now officially my go-to technician.
