Wonderful service! Their quality of workmanship is top notch and I am so pleased with how my nails turned out for my first visit. David really knows what he is doing, & I enjoyed chatting with him during my appointment as well. He made me feel comfortable in knowing that I would be absolutely pleased with the results - and I am! So much that I made sure to set my next appointment with him before I left. Such a cute little hidden gem--felt welcomed the moment I walked in! David greeted me warmly and asked me to pick out a color, which set the tone for a great experience. I got French tips on both my nails and toes. For my nails, I opted for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. What I love most about this place is how natural they make your nails look. The overlay is thin but sturdy, and they preserved my natural nail shape perfectly. It's rare to find that kind of attention to detail. David and Talia always provide a top-notch experience. In my line of work, I put my nails through hell - dirt, water, pruning flowers, the whole thing - and somehow Tahlia and David keep them looking perfect. Their designs are insane, and they've got me trying new fun stuff every time I sit down. They're talented, steady, and their work actually survives an active Arizona life. I don't live in Arizona, but I needed a place to make my nails. Service: The nails didn't have anything special. I will say it was average. Quality: They did my gels, and they held only 5 days. I'm not sure that it was properly done as they hild 2 weeks for me. Vibe: People was nice and ensured that I liked the nails. read more

Love Nail Pro Shop! Talia did my toes and David my nails, I got regular polish pedicure and gel manicure, paid $65 and it was good quality service and experience. They're so sweet and the place is clean, lots of color options, and David took time to explain all the different types of nail enhancements so I could plan for my baby shower nails. We have been 3 times now and I could not be happier to have found them! There are only 2 employees at the moment. David and his wife, Latia (hope I spelled that right). They are respectful of each other and their customers. There are no communication barriers on the phone or in the salon. Most of their customers are returning. So we make appointments. They will take walk ins, but they don't cut services short on who they are working with, and you will never feel rushed. But be respectful of their time too. And show up on time. I like my nails short. As a general rule. Some places have actually verbalized their disapproval and I feel like they have hurt me on purpose to show me how hard it is to work with short nails. Here, they just want to give you what you want. They will make suggestions if you want the help. They are so creative. David has done some amazing designs with my nails that I didn't even know was possible. Prices are reasonable. We had 2 pedis 1 with paraffin and both with hot stones and sugar scrubs, callous care, etc and 1 gel mani for $135. They prefer you pay with cash. It helps keep costs low, to not have the extra fees. read more

Update: I'm not sure what the owner is insinuating and it's pretty embarrassing if it's what I'm thinking. I had my nails done here on 08/07. Regardless of if he "finds me in the books" or not, I'M SURE my nails were poorly done here. If he wants geo locations and dates, I'd be happy to post them. ----------------- Disappointing. I've had great results in the past with acrylic ombré nails here but this time was shocking with how bad the gel manicure was. The gel was put on my natural nails and the application was awful. In the freshly done picture, there was a quite a bit of polish on the sides of my skin. I'm not sure if the gel polish was bad or old, or simply had not been used in awhile. It's lumpy, bumpy and uneven. I was surprised he let me leave with them like this. I would have said something if I wasn't on a time crunch for a wedding. I ended up removing the polish a week later as it was already peeling off in chunks and looked terrible. read more

Absolute 10/10!!!!! My mother has a lot of anxiety and was very nervous when she first came in but David has taken the time to walk her through every step of the process and set her mind at ease. Every time we come in, they're happy to see us and welcome us (even me, who is just here for moral support)! Every single visit has been wonderful! David is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has years of experience in his field. He does an acrylic overlay and each time the nails are stunning! nail shop very clean. had fun talking to manicurist. nails and toe nails done ok. sadly advised they only take cash so won't return. Thanks for your support, David. I did pay by credit card, and when the manicure person brought the bill to sign is when she told me that this was a cash only business and next time bring cash. My boyfriend took me here on my birthday for pedicures and they were fantastic!! Very gentle and professional, the polish I got has lasted very long, and they were very nice about my bf's terribly cared for feet (he works in boots lol). I returned recently to get acrylics done. I wanted short French tips and they made sure that the length fit what I needed for work (laboratory work at school and serving). They also recommended the Solar Pink & White powder for French tips, which is a little extra but looks SO much nicer than just painted on gel. My nails look amazing and are the healthiest they have ever been! I also learned SO much about my nails and not only how to take care of them but the importance of doing so. I went in to Nail Pro Shop literally in tears and with terribly damaged nails due to TWO other nail salons!!! Not only were they so kind to me, they walked me through how my nails became so weak and damaged and how I can help them. Want a creative job? Be a nail polish namer. Those names are weird and wild! After a great lunch with the sweetest CM around, I wanted to further pamper myself on my day off. Pedicure please! Talia was great. She was precise, the hot stone massage made me positively melt in my chair, and she recommended a better polish color for me when what I chose was too sheer. She even gave me a cute flower design! The past few places I have been too have been sloppy. Either they don't cover the whole nail with top coat or they don't wait for the design to dry and smudge it but Talia did neither. It was a super clean and perfect pedi! I'm glad I found such a nice nail salon so close to home. They have liners for the pedi tubs and the shop is really bright and clean. Come support this great nail shop! read more

My friend recommended them since she comes here a lot so I thought I'd try it out. I made an appointment for a gel manicure on a Sunday. They only have two people working there. I had a small wait when I came in even though I had an appointment. I got a gel manicure with a design. My nail tech tried really hard to match the picture of the design that I wanted. I wasn't 100% happy with it, but it still came out ok. It's been about 2 weeks now, with no chip so that's always a plus. Their prices are a little higher than I'd like to pay for a gel manicure, but everyone is very friendly. They're definitely under staffed though and need to hire more nail techs. I highly recommend making an appointment if you do come in. read more

I will 10/10 continue to go to this salon. They really only accept appointments because there are only 2 techs, so make sure you call in advance. David talked me through my whole appointment, provided recommendations on my style and color, and was all around good company during my visit. Searching for a perfect nail salon can be a pain! I was looking on Yelp for one with good reviews and came across Nail Pro Shop. So I requested an appointment and immediately got a response from David. My appointment was set, and in I went! The salon is very clean, they play great music, and it's decorated nicely. Let's get to the reason y'all came here. David started with my pedicure, that poor man. My toes were something out of a horror movie. He pushed through though! :) It was nice and relaxing, he makes great conversation, and did a wonderful job! Next we move on to the full set I was getting put on. David explained every step to me, and told me he loves making acrylics look natural and sleek. Not once did he hurt me, like most salons have done in the past. I spent about 2 hours in here and it was worth it! My nails have stayed on super tight, the polish still looks flawless, and for once in my 27 years I have found my forever go-to nail salon! I highly recommend making an appointment as it is just David and his lovely wife working there and they tend to be busy! Walk-ins are hard to come by from what I noticed while I was there. So go now and get you a new mani/pedi! You won't be disappointed. read more

It's affordable, my nails come out perfect every time, and I'm not just saying that I'm extremely picky. Thalia is so great at what she does! Customer service, cleanliness, attention to detail - all top notch! My gel manicure always looks great and it lasts longer than other average salons. Tip: Book a Sunday appointment if you can only come weekends because Saturdays are very busy. During the week they are closed Tuesdays. read more

I very rarely ever write reviews, but this place deserves all the recognition. Their attention to detail is immaculate and take care to explain what they're doing and why it's important. I also have arthritis, so I am always nervous getting my nails done, but they were so so gentle that I didn't even have to mention it! Extremely considerate and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Absolutely in love with this salon. I went in with a broken dip manicure from a different salon had left my nail beds destroyed. The staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I left with an absolutely gorgeous gel manicure. I just can't get enough of the work David did. The owner and his wife are knowledgeable and they will do what is best for your nails and explain why they do they what do. They have a great, clean salon with an abundance of colors to choose from. I groom dogs for a living and they have held up BOTH times I've visited. No chips, no cracks..NOTHING! I'm going on almost 3 weeks and they look phenomenal. Honestly, there are nail salons on every corner.. but the difference here is the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism! The owner of the Shop will give you ideas if you're indecisive of choosing a color or design - I've let him pick many times and it WOWS me every time! I wish I had photos from every time I've gone. I LOVE this place I took my daughter here and I got cat eye design and Oh My Gosh it's so cool they use magnet's to move the nail polish! My daughter got bright orange gel nails and she loves tThe people there are so nice they make conservations unlike other nail places. I have never gotten a design on my finger for about 20 years and I got a couple today. It's a quiet and relaxing nail salon. I recommend it for anyone who wants to get there nails done. read more

While sitting in the chair I opted for the first upgrade from the basic service, the Deluxe Pedicure for $50. It was quite nice and very relaxing. I almost could have dozed off for a few. The treatment was precise and gentle where required, firm but not rough or aggressive with salt scrub, massaging, or hot rock application. Definitely deserving of more than the suggested 20% tip that pops up on the screen when checking out. And my nails look perfect. Of course the color selection was my touch so of course I love that. Felt good getting a little pampering. I was long overdue. There was little to no conversation, but I was preoccupied with catching up on social media so I wasn't bothered by this. Finally, a nice little Bonus. Was gifted some Bare Soak silky butter lotion 100ml since this was my first time here.

I have product build up under my nails that has been cured and not cleaned up leaving my skin a little raw. The lady doing my mom's nails had obviously never done cat eye before cause she had to ask for help which usually is no issue but when your half way through the process just to have to restart everything is a bit crazy to me and on top of that she was taking personal calls and stopping her work to listen in on gossip or talk on her phone, when we finished and went to pay it was $226. They mentioned it was an additional $15 for the gel on top of the $30 basic pedicure service. I asked for a lighter chrome nail (reference photo attached). My friend asked for a sparkly pink. Throughout our service, I noticed how our techs had different ways of servicing us. My friend's tech seemed to be a little more detailed and meticulous with her service. My tech seemed to rush through her process. She appeared annoyed when I asked for a specific chrome color on top of the gel. Two people mentioned how it was gonna be additional $15 just for the chrome. I told them the price was okay but they kept asking me for reassurance. Then they proceeded to mention how my toes were too short for the powder. But again, I was still charged the whole additional $15 for the chrome powder anyways. I showed my tech my reference photo at least 3 times throughout my service. To make sure our visions were aligned. When she finally put the chrome powder on my toes, she applied it with her bare fingers. Which I felt was unsanitary and left my toes streaky. After the powder was applied, I assume she was going to wipe/rinse off the powder. But she only used her finger and a brush to do so. The photo of my results was after I got my own wipes to clean them up. When I tried to clean my cuticle, the gel ended up peeling. I've left photos of both my reference photo and results. Overall I paid a total of $60 for my gel pedicure + chrome powder, and another $45 for my friend's gel pedicure. I really tried to be optimistic during my service. However, I did leave disappointed. I've been to this place before and never had an experience like this one.
