It's easy to see why so many of their customers are repeat clients. I'm one of them, and I even bring my niece and sister-in-law with me sometimes! I also appreciate that they clean their tools every time, which gives me added peace of mind. This seems like a very quick pedicure to me, most places I go to it's almost a full hour for the service. The cost was $61 (after tax) for a roughly 30 minute service. In addition, one day after the fact, my big toe has a section where the gel somehow came off. This hasn't happened to me before at other nail salons. I unfortunately don't live close to this salon to return for it to be redone. Otherwise it was a clean and quaint salon.

The younger professionals at the spa could be more attentive and welcoming. I had a hard time choosing a color and asked for some guidance, but wasn't really given any help. The overall interaction felt rushed and not very personable, even though I was one of the only clients there. I also noticed that the workstations were quite dusty, and I left with nail dust all over my black outfit. At the end of my appointment, only one of my hands was brushed off and given cuticle oil, while the other was left dusty and dry before I was sent on my way. The quality of the nails themselves is excellent, which is why I've continued coming back over the years. I just hope the customer experience becomes more consistent with the quality of the work, especially at this price point.

They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it! I live just 10 minutes away. They fit me in, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., the salon was bustling, with multiple technicians working on clients. The atmosphere had a nice balance: lively chatter without being overwhelming, friendly staff, and happy clients. I was treated by Tam, who is now officially my go-to technician.
