Got a pedicure this time and water was cold, chair didn't recline or massage for more than 30 seconds, top coat was applied haphazardly (aka all over my skin) and my pedicure lasted 20 minutes max. As someone who got both mani and pedis here regularly, I have already changed to a new salon for manis and will now be doing the same for pedis. Very disappointed.
