I have always had a good experience at pink polish. Especially going days where it's not super busy. I like that. It is a very chill atmosphere in there during the weekdays. If you don't like the hustle, bustle of crowds go during the weekday if you can. While it is a little expensive, my nails last at least six weeks sometimes eight and they do not lift. I come in here every other month to get a pedicure. Most of the time I have a pretty good experience. Several times I have not. I would not recommend coming here and booking an appointment with just anyone. Some of the ladies here are wonderful and some are terrible. I typically book an appointment with Lena who is fantastic. This last time I was here she was not available and the woman who did my nails cut them so short I was in pain. I walked in with long, beautiful nails, and she instantly cut them so short they look terrible. My daughter came in as well, and they forgot to put the topcoat on her toes and her dip gel nails are completely uneven. For $122 in services you would expect to leave here with perfect nails. This was my first time visiting Pink Polish and definitely not my last. I received a gel polish removal and gel pedi from nail technician Mia. Mia was very attentive and thorough during my nail appointment. She also shared with me some good nail polish color recommendations which I was really thankful for. The nail salon itself is huge and is located in a plaza with plenty of parking space. Price point was very reasonable and the place itself was very nice with over 20 nail technicians. So do expect it to get a bit noisy and book your appointment ahead of time. read more

Heads up: Avoid tech BARB- overcharges and gives a horrible pedicure: polish so thick it built up in my cuticles, was on my skin, and pinkie toes were barely painted. I was happy, ready to move on but an angry BARB kept circling the tech fixing my nails, chattering and overall making me feel very uncomfortable.The 3rd strike with BARB is when I got my bill and she charged me $52 for a $37 service. I really like how they let you pick a scrub of choice. I chose the lemongrass and I'm obsessed with the way it smells. I've been here about 3 times. Twice by myself, once with my fella. In fact I just got home from a pedi a few minutes ago. Pink Polish never fails to make my hideous hooves-for-feet looks clean, human, and beautiful. Pink Polish is very lavishly decorated inside, with much of the deocartions looking like it would be perfect for a wedding venue. There are TV's stationed here and there, all tuned to the nail salon favorite, HGTV. I'm not a huge fan of HGTV though (I know, so sue me) so I was glad that the TV's were out of my view from where I was sitting in the pedi massage chairs. I went for the Pink Polish Pedicure ($37), this includes: Soaking, cuticle care, heel scrub, sugar scrub, hot towel, 10 minute massage, lotion and polish of your choice. Sugar Scrub Choices: Lavender/Olive/Orange. Sugar scrub I chose was lemongrass. Color I chose was a beautiful dark shiny Russian blue (dark colors always look good on super pale folk). And please note that tips are no longer accepted via credit card write off. So bring cash or use the ATM on-site. Today my nail tech was Gina. Gina has glorious angellic hands. When she was rubbing my feet and calves, that 10 minute massage could have gone on for an eternity. I did not want it to end. My head felt all tingly (as if I ordered the ASMR special), and with each rub my legs resonated with the joy that comes with an abused and/or overlooked part of your body receiving long overdue attention and pressure. It was heaven. I kept incoherently mumbling to Gina "This is the best I've felt in months". I really need to get Pedi's more than 2-3 times a year. Let's see, what else..? I'd say prices are fair. It's probably best to make an appointment, as they do get rather busy (but if you go early enough or when traffic is low, walk-ins are very doable). The staff up-front is always very kind. And, on a personal note, tip your tech well. These lovely people work super hard with their hands. They expose their skin to a lot of chemicals, work with fine but sharp and semi-dangerous tools, their medium are tiny and fiddly nails, they don't comment on the most off-putting aspects of working with people's feet and, most of all, they are artists. Some people are ultra critical of their nail techs getting the slightest thing wrong. Nothing wrong with gently pointing it out to ensure you get what you wanted... but don't short them tips out of spite or something. Respect what people do and how hard they work. Even though I've heard mixed reviews about this place, I decided to give this place a try. I came in 15 minutes before closing though I had called before coming in to ask if it was okay that I come in last minute. When I got there the technician cut my nails way too short. She wasn't careful with the drill, she was obviously rushing and made me bleed a few times and then when asked me to TRIM my nails she cut them too short, and I asked her to add acrylic to it because she cut them way too short. She took it upon herself to add tips and then not be transparent about how much the total cost is going to be not only for that but for the chrome as well they charged extra without being transparent and then had me sit there scrambling for change as I tried to pay them instead of dismissing at least one of the extra charges I was UNAWARE OF. It was her mistake for cutting them TOO SHORT!! I went in there with a set amount of money thinking that that was what I was going to spend, but because they were not transparent about how much everything was going to cost I wasn't able to take care of it as quickly as I wanted to, and they watched me struggle, and then sat there, trying to argue with me being unprofessional when I told him that the technician made a mistake and cutting my nails too short and that I shouldn't have to be paying extra for that. Oh and by the way I noticed the technician putting her cuticle trimmers right back into her case without using any sanitizer or anything to clean them with just the wet rag she wiped my feet with and I saw pieces of my dead skin still on them as they bounced back into the case (I can't even imagine what that box just smell like) so I can assume she does that after EVERY person she has, and the technicians name is Amy, and this place is unsanitary. It's no wonder why my girlfriends said they had ATHLETES FOOT after going there!!! I won't be going here again, but hey, if you like hidden fees argumentative workers and athletes foot then this is definitely the right place for you!! They didn't even put lotion on my feet or give me a massage as per what I was paying for PER THE DESCRIPTION, they completely ripped me off!! !!!!WARNING, THEY DON'T VETT THEIR TECHS!!!!! I've debated on whether or not I wanted to write this review but I feel like others need to know. For context, I've been going to Pink for 10 years. I had a full set done a week prior to my appt. somewhere else but I didn't like the design so I decided to go to Pink for a new color. I'd always had great experiences with everyone there so I didn't request anyone specific. My appointment was at 4pm 03.16.23. I ended up with a male tech. I typically don't like men doing my nails for personal reasons, but I didn't think much of it. What then proceeded to happen was borderline assault. He looked at my nails and asked if I wanted a new full set. I know techs don't like to work on other people's work so we proceeded. Usually, techs soak the nails in acetone before they start to remove them which is why I thought it was strange when he started clipping my nails with nails clippers without soaking. If you've ever had acrylics strait up clipped, you know how painful it is. Pain shot through my finger with each clip. I bit down and bared it. I thought maybe he'd soak them next. After he clipped my right hand be began tearing at my nail beds with cuticle clippers. He was EXTREMELY aggressive with them and making me nervous. Finally, he stabbed me in the thumb and it bled. I pulled my hand away and told him, "You are being too aggressive with those, you need to soak my nails first. You're hurting me and making me nervous." To which he responded, annoyed of me, "We don't have time to soak them, I'll be more gentle." At this point he had ripped off the acrylic on my thumb nail and was trying to get the remaining bits with the cuticle clippers. He was pushing down so hard I was scared he was going to go through my nail bed. My anxiety flared. After removing the acrylic on my right thumb, he then switched to my other hand and proceeded to clip my nails again. Pain shot down my left hand. I yanked my hand away and said "OUCH, you are hurting me. You need to soak them first!" His response was the same, "I don't have time." I started tearing up because I was beginning to feel scared. He clipped one more nail, pain shot through me, I pulled my hands away and said, "You know what, I don't feel safe. I'm leaving." He responded with a glare, threw his clippers down and sighed. I walked to the front desk and told the manager, "That man in there was way too rough with my nails, I'm leaving." He offered to give me someone else but I was so uncomfortable I said no, and left. I should have explained the severity of the situation to the manager but my instincts kept telling me to get out of there. I went to a nearby salon. I walked in a little distraught, not sure what to make of the experience. The nail tech at the new salon sat patiently and listened to everything. Two of the customers overheard and proceeded to tell their horror stories about Pink! The new tech validated my experience. I told her exactly what happened while she SOAKED MY NAILS. I wasn't sure if my nails were sensitive after years of acrylics and thought maybe I was the problem. She told me getting my nails done should never be a painful experience. She could tell from the remaining nails that my previous full set was new and the way he was removing them would be very painful. She said he was trying to cut corners at the expense of my nails and I didn't need a new full set. He was trying to get more money out of me. He should have never tried to rip them off the way he did with them being so new. That's why I was in pain. He was completely in the wrong and I was right to leave. I also found out that Pink Polish no longer vetts their techs. They just hire anyone. It's gone down hill. I should have never felt unsafe. Ouch means OUCH. No means NO. My nail tech should have listed the first time. Period. That tech should not be trusted with anyone's hands. I hope you take this seriously Pink Polish. I'm leaving this review to protect others. This is what my honeys hands and toes look like after a manicure and pedicure. I need even bleeding. And when we brought it up to management, they only gave us $20 off his service when it should have been for free because we did not get what we asked for. On top of it it was our first time there. We didn't know how the chairs worked. Our water was lukewarm for a pedicure and they were unfriendly from the start. I do not recommend anyone go to this nail shop because they treat some customers better than others. I went to this salon because it was close to home, but the customer service was terrible. It started out well, but then the nail tech advised me that her next customer had arrived so she could not give me the design I wanted because it would take "too long" and she didn't have time. I told her that I also had an appointment and every customer should get the same service. Then she started to rush and make several mistakes on my nails. My french tip was uneven and parts smeared. I was extremely happy with my experience here. I came in with some poorly done hard gel on several of my nails, and my nail tech got right to work repairing and rebuilding. My manicure is awesome, and my nails feel really healthy. She worked quickly, was very friendly and accommodated my feedback about nail shape and length. I called the nail salon and was given a same-day appointment. They took COVID protections seriously by wearing masks, having individual caddies for supplies and having screens in between the customer and tech. I recently came here and left with the worst manicure I've ever gotten from Tina the nail tech. I asked for a simple short light pink set. As she began she kept asking me over and over again if I wanted to get sparkles after I repeatedly said no. She seemed mad I didn't want to get sparkles. She then proceeded to give put in no effort towards shaping my nails and I left the nail salon with nails that looked like they were 3 weeks grown out with very dull thick edges. Paid $50 for this pathetic set. I went to a different nail salon the next day to get it fixed and they laughed at the quality. Stay away from Tina. read more

I didn't have an appointment and did a walk in on a Friday morning. They were pretty busy for 10am. I love the decor and ambience in this place. So sheik! I had Andy doing my pedicure which he did a great job! He's very professional, friendly and gentle with my toes (I'm sensitive and he did great)! I also got my eyebrows waxed which they did a good job on. I would definitely recommend this place. There's another Pink Nail Salon but I really scored on this one. I keep giving this place another shot and i don't know why i do. I spend money lining up child care so i can go pamper myself for two hours and every time i leave there in tears wishing i didn't waste the time or money. I grew my nails out to have long nail beds and squared off edges instead of short stumpy round nails. I said this to the nail tech and even showed a picture and she still cut them all the way down past the tissue line and rounded the edges. To top of off i have g polish and top coat baked onto my skin so i get to sit and pick it all off now. Not sure why she left it like that either. The salon is very nice and the workers are nice. However it is very overpriced for the quality of work. I got french tip there and they all turned out different.. it was concerning. The acrylic application is good. But when they drilled my nails I got some nicks on my cuticles/fingers and it was minor bleeding. Today I had the most unpleasant visit, the girl I was getting my nails done was being aggressive and hard. I had told the nail tech Tammy that she was being rough and nothing changed after it , she would pull my arms having me stretch my arms all the way to the opposite ends of the counter. Then she would pull each finger and twist my finger to file them " wasn't my 1st time getting my nails done so I know how it should feel and how to set my hands " . When she would clean the sides of my nails she would use her own nails and dig deep in them i even told her that it hurt , she didn't change. Each nail is a differ length not one looks like same. They tried paying me $75 for glitter nail polish not even the gems I asked for in this picture and a poor job with everything else so I had asked if he could just paint all my nails white because I didn't like how they turned out so he got frustrated and didn't care about making my nails look nice any more he was really aggressive when he was filing my nails and repainting them it seemed like he was mad because I didn't want to pay $75 for a poor job.
