My husband and I got pedicures here. They were fantastic. They know what they're doing. My nail technician that did my pedicure knows pressure points and used the technique. It was so relaxing. She was also attentive to my comfort level. Unfortunately, we live almost 45 minutes away, but we were in the area for the day. Felt rushed. My technician said that she couldn't do a deeper french after she began the service and I had shown her the inspiration pictures prior. There was lifting not even a couple of days later. She upsold me to do liquid gel instead of acrylic, saying that it would last longer but I'm already having to go to another salon to get them fixed. $70 and tipped over 20%, which is disappointing. read more

Please do not go here. My 15 year old little sister and I went in for two pedicures and a gel manicure for my sister. I'm 30 and have been going to nail shops since I was 9. I've never had such a bad experience. We got there right at 4pm for our appointment. The nail shop was completely empty. When we walked in there were two ladies and neither said hello, first thing the lady said was pick a color. My sister sat down for a manicure and I was asked to go to the chair for a pedicure. Before that the lady asked me if I wanted to do liquid gel or something to add length to my sisters nails. She kept telling me her nails were "too short" and "too thin". The purpose of the visit was to get my sister comfortable with even going to the nail shop because she just recently stopped bitting her nails/cuticles. It's been a journey. So I was adamant about starting simple with a gel manicure and cuticle clean up. As I'm sitting in the chair soaking my feet, I'm listening and watching her do my sisters nails. She asked her twice (after I said no) if my sister wanted longer nails. She kept telling my 15 year old little sister that her nails were too thin and short. She had a passive aggressive attitude and was giggling while talking down on her.. my last straw was when she looked at her laughing and said "you need eyebrows done". By this point it had been 15 minutes of us being there and her manicure was done. The nail tech had sent my sister to wash her hands.. that's how I knew she was done. I got up and told her I would pay for the manicure and we were leaving with no additional service. I noticed after that she charged me $47 and no apology. My sister's fingers were bleeding and the polish looked like I did it herself. Please don't go here with a young girl or if you're a women that has a hard time speaking up for yourself. I wish I got the women's name but she seemed to be in charge that day. read more

I've been going to DJ Nails for over 5 years now, and although I've moved to south Gilbert, I make the 30 minute drive to see Jasmine every time I need a manicure or pedicure. She continually does a phenomenal job, and will get you laughing in the process. I highly recommend the hard gel, as it'll last me over a month with no chips or breakage. Glad I found this place not only do they give you 3 coats of the gel nail but they use these paddle metal brushes that really get rid of the calluses and dry skin. Waaaay better than those mini square buffer sponges that other stores use. They even made my husbands feet so much softer, I can't wait to sleep some good sleep now without hearing his scaly feet scratch the sheets O-O. And those massage chairs, omg, these chairs are top notch than some of the ones I sat in located in surprise Arizona. The owner and male worker are both good at speaker both languages and very welcoming and show urgency and not afraid to tell you if you can come back in 30mins-1hr so you aren't just sitting there. They earned two repeat customers today!! I can't believe I failed to mention the oil they use on your legs, I have been fighting strawberry dots on my legs since I've moved here from Bama and one visit here; got rid of those strawberry pores completely! Walk in and it reeks of sewage. Asked for the $35 deluxe pedicure because it included the Gel Finish and extras. What I got was attitude and being treated like a dog, yelled at to get out of the massage chair because I was done. I was charged $33. $5 to remove the previous polish, $18 for a basic pedi, and $10 for the gel. As if I I looked broke and my budget was $35 dollars. When In hind sight I had prepared to spend at least $60 including tip. The only saving grace was the young gentleman who finished my polish and was delightful to talk to. Had I brought cash I would have directly handed him a $100 tip just for having to put up with that place. read more

Ive never had a leg and foot massage like this!! STEVEN is the most AMAZING ever and I mean EVER! HOLY CRAP!!!... I will never get another pedicure anywhere else as long as he is working here. I never relax that's just me, but I sat down and his amazing foot massage had me melting into the chair... I've had pedicures for all my life but this is by far the most Ultimate! It wasn't great service at all. I came to get the 3d flowers off my nails and so a colored gel. Drill dust was painted over (it was blamed in the nails being "bumpy" when I did them myself so I know they weren't) she just slapped some polish in there even when I asked her to make sure they were properly coated. Then even when I expressed that I wasn't satisfied she gave me some reason why I was wrong and just filed the first layer of two and slapped some more top Coat on. To add insult to injury they charged me on my card then told me it didn't go through when I see the charge. I gave them cash. read more

Jasmine did our nails and she was amazing- skilled and fast and left us with gorgeous nails that any other place would've charged $80 for, and she did both of our sets so beautifully and in under an hour. i'm used to new acrylics aching but nothing like that happened. read more

First time going here and I won't be going back... my pedicure experience was awesome, yet once my hands were worked on the experience just gave me anxiety.. the technicians drill was on high power and while she did my thumb it got so heated, I had to speak up to let her know .. They do an amazing time every time I've gone here! They're always so considerate and consistent with their work and truly dedicated to their customer experience. When I called and asked if they would be willing to stay open even though it was nearly 7, they said they would be willing to stay open.
