I highly recommend this nail salon! I visit this nail salon often for pedicures and manicures. The ambiance is great with TVs, decor, and great ceiling lighting. The nail polish is very high quality and so are their tools. The service for both pedicures and manicures are always top notch. For the pedicure you get your feet scrubbed, toenails cleaned up, and leg massage with hot towel and orange. The manicure is great from the nail cleanup to the amazing nail painting. I booked a dip manicure with tips and a deluxe pedicure with Angela, and she chatted with me like we were old friends instead of a brand new client. I'll definitely be going back, Angela is a gem, I'm super rough with my hands and despite coming up on three weeks I haven't had any lifting, breaks, or chips. I opted for just polish instead and the end result was sloppy and not worth the money. An elder lady did my nails and she thinned/flattened out my nail bed, as well as made my nails paper thin and almost bendable. I have been a loyal customer of this place for a while. They unfortunately have gone very downhill in quality. It seems like they are training up a few new people who are doing dip (which is great) but not if they're going to do a poor job. When I went in, the salon was NOT busy so I'd expect the owners to train someone if they're not quite ready to be paired with customers yet. (Example: Sit next to them, coach them through the process, ensure the quality of output is up to par). I actually called out several very obvious things that were wrong with my nails like blotchy spots, different looking shapes by nail, missing top coat spots, etc... once I left and looked in direct sunlight, I noticed more flaws and had to turn around to have them fixed. I've never had a new fresh set of nails chip and break so quickly either. Paying $40 for dip + a tip to have someone train on me and do a poor job is not ok. Either offer the dip for less $ if someone is training or don't put them with customers until they're ready. I won't be back. read more

Incredibly disappointed. I've been here 3 times now and the service continues to get worse and I will never come back again. 1. Know they do not respect appointment times. You will call and make an appointment thinking when you show up you will be sat down in a short period of time, well, that definitely is not the case. The first time I went I waited 1 hour for them to get started which included them having me soak my feet for that amount of time which was not pleasant whatsoever. 2. They get really really busy and it is evident they are all working as quick as possible to get you in and out leading to poor quality of work 3. During this last experience I was very displeased with how my nails looked. I respectfully let the manicurist know and she instantly got frustrated to the point where she stormed away to go grab something. I was shocked. I've never had such poor service or have someone treat me that way and for that reason I will never be returning. 4. Stick to the basic offerings. When you upgrade you're told you will get a longer massage and it just doesn't happen. Again they're in a hurry to get you in and out. Really bummed this didn't work out because I literally live right around the corner and while I understand some manicurist are better than others, what I will not accept is terrible and rude service. read more

I came back for another manicure, this time I decided to try gel. I am not sure if the manicurist was in a rush, but I am not super stoked on the quality of my nails. There are little bubbles/bumps on most of them, and after the woman finished, she left the salon with her bags and keys (I assume she was leaving). This was on Memorial Day, but I did call ahead and make an appointment so I assumed they had adequate time. As I was checking out, I noticed my nails needed to be filed down again, because there were little snags on the corners. Thankfully one of the other staff happily filed them down. Story time! Bebe and her amazing nail techs have been doing my nails for 5+ years. They recently opened up this nail bar and I am so glad fate would have it that I found them again. I started having my nails 'dipped' and it's been so healthy for them. Just look at the growth!
