Did some browsing around and I was concerned that I wasn't going to find a good nail place in Ahwatukee. I finally came across this location and they took me in right away after I called. The owner and the rest of the staff were attentive, the lady that did my nails got them just how I wanted. A perfect French full set, hard to fine as simple as it sounds. Thank you guys, you're doing an amazing job. Also the pricing was fair.
Came here for the first and last time. I typically do gel manicure and pedicure and immediately changed my mind as soon as I felt the drill that takes off the gel burn my nail bed. I opted for just polish instead and the end result was sloppy and not worth the money. I came here based on the great reviews, but I had two different people working on me and both the manicure and pedicure were pretty bad. Now I'm at home trying to fix it myself.
Wow wow wow! I was in desperate need of my nails being done because I have engagement pictures tomorrow. My nails are normally pretty short and had been quite brittle from a previous dip job. I found Dip Nails and Lashes through Yelp and was able to book an appointment the day before. Ming is a super human and did such an incredible job! I didn't want my nails toooo long but wanted them to look classy and clean. I asked for dip with tips in a milky white color. He did just that! Will definitely be returning.
Came in as a walk in and they didn't hesitate to accommodate me. I needed a speedy polish change and Ming took such good care of me. I love my nails! Thank you!

An elder lady did my nails and she thinned/flattened out my nail bed, as well as made my nails paper thin and almost bendable. I specifically called ahead and asked for a nail tech that's specialty is shaping because I prefer to have a sharp square shape and that was not what I was given. Will not be coming back.
Love this place! I go every two weeks. Love the pedicure massage! All the pedicure service providers are consistently good at massage and nails. Ming does the best dip nails with designs. Check him out! I've also had finger nail service by several of the ladies and all have done a good job and are very careful to provide the design, shape, color the way you want it. New owners as of 6 months ago +/- and the new team are a vast improvement on customer service, quality and nail design. Check them out!
I have been a loyal customer of this place for a while. They unfortunately have gone very downhill in quality. It seems like they are training up a few new people who are doing dip (which is great) but not if they're going to do a poor job. When I went in, the salon was NOT busy so I'd expect the owners to train someone if they're not quite ready to be paired with customers yet. (Example: Sit next to them, coach them through the process, ensure the quality of output is up to par). I actually called out several very obvious things that were wrong with my nails like blotchy spots, different looking shapes by nail, missing top coat spots, etc... once I left and looked in direct sunlight, I noticed more flaws and had to turn around to have them fixed. I've never had a new fresh set of nails chip and break so quickly either. Paying $40 for dip + a tip to have someone train on me and do a poor job is not ok. Either offer the dip for less $ if someone is training or don't put them with customers until they're ready. I won't be back.

You will call and make an appointment thinking when you show up you will be sat down in a short period of time, well, that definitely is not the case. The first time I went I waited 1 hour for them to get started which included them having me soak my feet for that amount of time which was not pleasant whatsoever. 2. They get really really busy and it is evident they are all working as quick as possible to get you in and out leading to poor quality of work 3. During this last experience I was very displeased with how my nails looked. I respectfully let the manicurist know and she instantly got frustrated to the point where she stormed away to go grab something. I was shocked. I've never had such poor service or have someone treat me that way and for that reason I will never be returning. 4. Stick to the basic offerings. When you upgrade you're told you will get a longer massage and it just doesn't happen. Again they're in a hurry to get you in and out. Really bummed this didn't work out because I literally live right around the corner and while I understand some manicurist are better than others, what I will not accept is terrible and rude service.

This was by far the BEST mani pedi experience I've ever had! The salon is a calm, relaxing environment that's set up and decorated well, plus clean and comfortable. It's staffed well with attentive, caring employees. I had Sam for my pedicure and manicure. He was so sweet, friendly, and thoughtful, and he did an amazing job! I do natural nails with paint, no acrylic. This time I decided to go for gel because the guy at the front really took the time to explain how much longer it will last. I got the French manicure on my toes and hands. I'm over-the-moon thrilled with how it turned out! I feel like I was pampered from start to finish, and it was a much-needed self-care retreat. I will be back and will be requesting Sam every time! read more

Jack did so great doing my pedicure and my acrylic nails! This is my first time noticing there's a nail salon by my son's jiujitsu place. It was friendly and peaceful. Jack did so good cleaning my feet and my nails. He made sure that I washed my hands before the final paint on my acrylic gel so no dust. As my other nail artist doesn't do that. I don't usually go to nail salon as I don't like how other nail artist do my nails/pedicure, like I am a low maintenance but now I'm liking it again. I'm coming back again! Also you can get points for coming back and I love how they have check in using your phone for reminder and the information of what you want done. read more

Came here for the new management this week. Was super impressed with the manicure I received. I had one finger color pop off and they fixed it immediately. Great service, excellent manicure. Will be back. 10/10 recommend for manicures. read more

SO MANY FIRSTs!! Been coming here since I moved to Ahwatukee foothills and today discovered they do much more than just nails! While sitting in the pedicure chair, I commented that I should wax my arms, and low and behold!.. Sophie said she had the hot wax ready! Whoop whoop ! I left with GORGEOUS OMBRÉ nails in blue and white and and a matching white pedicure (fire!) and fresh clean arms, all ready for Summertime! Thank you Sophie and BeBe!! I get my nails done at this location every two weeks ! They never disappoint sometimes I let them pick a design and am amazed every time by their talent! If I bring in a design.. they nail it too definitely 10/10 !! read more

Decided to Teri this mail place that's around the corner from my house. I love a good dip mani and they are hard to come by close proximity to my house. My nail tech Nicole was very friendly and I enjoyed getting to know her. They offer a complimentary beverage as well which I thought was very nice. My daughter got a full set acrylics and they went ALL out with the designs. They are reasonably priced but not a cheap-o place so move along if that's what you are looking for. They do excellent work here! read more

Bebe did my nails. She was super nice. Salon very clean. I will be back for sure. I was even more at ease at my salon choice when a past customer came in to make another appointment and said only Bebe could do them cause no has ever done them that good anywhere she had been before. Update Went in for a pedi. OMG!!!! Tony was amazing!!!!!! If you like deep tissue massage this is your guy!!! Total heaven!!! read more

I was a consistent (every 10-14 days) customer for months and started noticing I was never prioritized. If someone walked in the door she would pause me even if other staff was available. Even the quality was waning. My nails would chip after only a few days. She'd try to convince me something was cute KNOWING it looked bad. My last visit was the nail in the coffin. I was early for my appointment, went to use the bathroom and returned (still early) and she had started someone else's nails and FINISHED them while I waited. She gave me the color book then did someone's eyebrows. I was visibly pissed and even her hubby noticed and tried to help. If I didn't have plans I'd have left unfinished. read more

I came back for another manicure, this time I decided to try gel. I am not sure if the manicurist was in a rush, but I am not super stoked on the quality of my nails. There are little bubbles/bumps on most of them, and after the woman finished, she left the salon with her bags and keys (I assume she was leaving). This was on Memorial Day, but I did call ahead and make an appointment so I assumed they had adequate time. As I was checking out, I noticed my nails needed to be filed down again, because there were little snags on the corners. Thankfully one of the other staff happily filed them down. Just a little disappointed I suppose, after having such an amazing first impression. read more

Story time! Bebe and her amazing nail techs have been doing my nails for 5+ years. They recently opened up this nail bar and I am so glad fate would have it that I found them again. I started having my nails 'dipped' and it's been so healthy for them. Just look at the growth! Oh and of course the beautiful design just in time for Easter The salon itself is very clean and covid protocols are in place with social distancing, masks, and plexiglass. Super pleased with my ombre dip manicure! Mine was done by Sophie and she was super gentle yet fast. The location is convenient and it's right next to Safeway in case you need something from the groceries. They also offer waxing services. Will definitely be coming back. read more
