This was my first pedicure since February due to the pandemic. My daughter and I treated ourselves to an afternoon at Dip Nail Bar. Henry and Bebee were super nice and professional. The remodel of the salon is amazing! They have clear 'sneeze guards' in place for manicure tables, new chairs (which work fantastic) and a bright, clean design for the salon. My Stepdaughter and I had extra time to kill today, so I called to see if they could get us in (dip for me and pedi for her). They were able to get us an appointment 45 mins later. The salon was clean and they started our service quickly after arriving. I enjoyed sitting in the pedicure chair with a massage to have the dip soak off and visit with my stepdaughter. Sophie did my ombré dip manicure and it turned out amazing! She was extremely friendly and efficient during the process. I tried this establishment a second time -- mistake. I agree with the other 1 star reviews, and won't be back. When I asked for the white tips on my gel French manicure to be thin (example pic on the left), the owner was accommodating at first, but she didn't make it thin at all (pic on the right is finished product). We went back and forth, but when I repeatedly stated (had to do this 4 times) for her to please make the tips thinner, she became very rude and told me it wouldn't look good. I politely responded that next time I would show a photo, and she said that it wouldn't matter because nails in the photos don't look like my nails. Ultimately, I am the paying customer and I don't really care if they think what I want looks good or not. I didn't ask for an opinion. The salon tries to give you the big upsell. I was asked twice if I wanted a dip manicure, then a few minutes later if I wanted my eyebrows done, then a few minutes later if I wanted a pedicure, etc. I politely declined everything, and then her attitude started. It's a used car sales atmosphere. When done, I went across the street to Desert Foothills Nails & Spa and showed them a picture I pulled up on Google of a thin white tip French manicure, and I asked if they could do the thin tip. They said, "of course, we do that all the time!" I showed them the white tips on my nails and they said, "oooh, we'd only do about 1/2 that." Exactly. Getting a manicure is a treat for me, and this literally ruined my afternoon. read more

I noticed a new nail salon that popped up where I live and I heard that they were doing a 40% off for their grand opening, so I scheduled an appointment over the phone. As soon as I arrived they had me seated and looking at all the color options that they offer, which is a good selection. The staff is super friendly and I don't know what the other reviews are talking about with upselling because there was none of that, they just wanted to make sure you were highly satisfied with their work. While getting my nails done they offered me complimentary water or soda. I am very happy with my full set, I had Nicole and she was amazing and super friendly/talkative. The woman took her time and did a really good job but I'm giving them 4 stars because I think the acrylics could have been done better. A few of them turned out crooked and when I asked the girl to fix them she told me they weren't actually crooked and I was just looking at them the wrong way. I really like the owner and used to love coming here. I moved farther away and hadn't been back in awhile. I went about a week ago with my daughter and noticed there were new employees. I figured it would still be the same great service and outcome but it was not. My daughter's nails were messed up within a day. That usually happens because she's young so I wasn't too worried. But then my nails started chipping within a week. I got a powder set and they usually last a lot longer than that. I still let it go but now my gel pedicure is already coming off and that has never happened to me since getting gel. I pay extra for the gel so that it will last longer than normal polish. It shouldn't just be falling off within a week. We also weren't offered water which is a pet peeve of mine. Will not be returning. read more

Made an appointment for two pedicures at 2:00pm, so we would NOT have to wait. With a special needs 5 month old baby at home time is a luxury we do not have. We waited 20 minutes, explained the situation. Even so we had a rushed pedicure lasting only 23 minutes. This was to be a relaxing treat for a very over stressed working Health Care Professional and a Mother of 3, under 4 years of age. If your personal situation has time to waste waiting for over bookings, this is a very nice salon. Unfortunately our time is a commodity we cannot waste. me and my friend went in today with a picture of the nails we wanted. We planned on getting regular nail polish on a full acrylic set. unfortunately they put dip on the acrylic set as we both don't like dip. they didnt ask if we wanted polish or dip. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and pointed to the color I wanted and she didn't do the color I asked. my nails aren't the same length and the two colors I got or not the same so it makes the nails look off. I spent $90 and was completely unsatisfied. will not be returning. the lady doing my nails was rude and kept blaming me for things I clearly wasn't doing. I love how Henry did my nails. They are literally perfect! I wish he was at a better salon! When I went to check out I was told that next time I have to have cash and how tip has to always be cash as well. This woman even glared at me! I went with a friend and got LESS than she did and was charged $98 for a plain dip nails and gel pedicure. Which both combined should be 78-80! Either this place has an employee who steals or someone picks random prices! This is really unacceptable. I might call my card company over this. I've now been three times and I'd recommend this shop to all. The owner, Henry and his wife are master nail technicians and the rest of the staff are as well!! But my oldest sister moved out there a long time ago and this past week, another sister of mine & myself drove out there to spend some time with her. Oddly, my most recent pedicure didn't hold up as well as I would have liked so I was forced to find somewhere to get a new one. This place does not have very many reviews BUT when I do go back I 100% will stop by and get another pedicure from this place. This place HANDS DOWN gave me the best pedicure I've ever gotten. I had a wonderful experience here. It's a new'ish place (4 months) and it's beautiful. Very modern and all new, comfy chairs. I upgraded my pedi and truly felt relaxed during the entirety of it. Wonderful massage, paraffin treatment, and hot rocks. Henry did my gel mani at the same time and did an amazing job. He also told me in the future, to let him know if I wanted to relax/read and have the mani separately, to let him know. I appreciated that and next time I may just do that. Great selection of colors. Bebe and her husband are awesome, hard-working business owners who go above and beyond to make their clients happy. The salon is super clean, thy have a ton of color selection and their pedicures are the best I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years. I had my previous nail girl for over 5 years who just became a stay at home mom and I was stressed about finding the same quality as nail salons in the valley are a dime a dozen.
