Very disappointing experience. The prices were extremely high and constantly changing during the service. The staff would raise and lower the price without clear explanation, which was very confusing -- especially since most of them do not speak English, making communication difficult from the start. On top of that, the final result was not what I asked for. The nails were left far too thick, and the shape was completely different from what I requested. My first visit was phenomenal, TB took great care doing a gel pedicure and I thought I found a great spot. Unfortunately, I went in today and had a very different experience. I was seated 20 minutes after my appointment time, but the tech was kind and I let her know I was looking for a basic manicure with no polish. She filed and buffed my nails, cut my cuticles, and rubbed some lotion and cuticle oil on. $28. I was expecting $15-20, but almost $30 for what was at max 15 minutes? I came to this place as it was close and had fair reviews before I left for my vacation. I received a gel pedi and gel mani but unfortunately the quality in my opinion was lacking. The shaping of my toes are kind of weird and they just did not do a good job applying the polish. The edges of the polish are not clean and it looks messy. It's only 5 days after I've had them done and two of my nails have already chipped. After the $ that I paid I would've expected better quality, considering I was the only person in that day I wish they were more attentive to detail. Also they charge for gel removal nothing convenient in this place. See how they still refuse to believe their quality of work? Took pics after I left Wednesday. Looks like a grandma or a baby painted my toes. No one looked at my toes they all ignored me multiple times in person and on the phone. The girl is pregnant I think so no she didn't bend over to ever look at toes. Learn to apologize the fact that your employees can not paint nails has nothing to do with me. You guys don't even answer the phone so trying to schedule an appt was pointless you were avoiding responsibility to begin with. If this is all "false" yelp would happily take this review down for you but this was my experience that's why it's still online. I've been to this nail salon twice before, and the most recent time I encountered several issues. Firstly, the pricing here is INCONSISTENT and seems arbitrary. When I asked about removing my previous dip nails, I was quoted $10. However, I was also told that if my previous nails had been done at their salon, it would only be $5. This seems very odd and unprofessional. It almost felt like they were making up prices on the spot, which is something I have never experienced at other salons. I specifically asked for a gel manicure, yet the nail tech kept insisting that I should get dip nails instead, probably because it's more expensive. I politely declined, explaining that I didn't like the dip nails I had last time. They responded with "Because you didn't come to me, that's why they're bad." That was very rude, and as a paying customer, I expect my preferences to be respected, not questioned or ignored. This honestly just made me extremely uncomfortable. My total bill came to $50 for the manicure, and after a 20% tip, I paid $60. This is exorbitant compared to my regular salon, which charges $26 for a gel manicure. I only ended up at this salon because I was in a rush and it was nearby, but it wasn't worth it. I'm usually NEVER one to complain or write negative reviews, but this made me so upset and uncomfortable that I felt I had to. read more

I've gone here maybe 3-4 times and the price was different every single time, they make it up as they go. My final straw was on Saturday they charged me $80 for a fill, French tip with 2 charms. (the nails i got before were a new set, french tip with hand drawn heart shaped spiderwebs for $90) The charms fell off less than 24 hours later because he was rushing! I messaged them asking for a refund, they refused, I said I could get it painted on instead but when I went in today first of all, they didn't even acknowledge me. the attitude was just rude, then she started the painting and it was ugly and sloppy so i told her to just glue the charms on, they proceed to probably talk shit. she glues them on and i thank her and was very polite and they didn't even acknowledge me as i was leaving. i'm so over this salon the attitude and insane pricing is too much for me. read more

I usually go to another nail salon in the area to get my nails removed, where they soak them off carefully and it's only $10. However, I was encouraged to try this salon. A removal is listed as $10 however they charged me $20 after painfully ripping off my gel x nails. He definitely was rushing because my nails were just flying in the air. Don't recommend getting a removal here, it hurts and they'll overcharge you. Go somewhere where they soak them off, so much better for your nails! read more

They say they take walk ins but will give you a hard time and rush you if you're a walk in. I personally went for a removal that is listed as $5 with service and $10 without. They had no care for my nails and Just ripped them off and called it a day and proceeded to charge me $20. I asked for a clear coat and when I was told to get up and wash my hands they have already moved to another client in my seat while all my stuff were still there.
