I just had a fill she cut my finger its brutally infected!!!! The acrylic color doesn't match!!! Very lumpy!! After she filed my nails she didn't buff and my thumb nail is lifted and partially filled they raised there prices by 18$ more i seen Danelle and I'm pissed off this is my 3rd shitty experience I'm done,,,,the nail tech named Alexis said she quit because there to dirty and not cleaning the supplies she warned me about getting infection!!!! This is one of those.. you get what you pay for type things. When I go to nail salons, I expect the work to be better than what I can do by myself at home. I was helped by one of the older ladies.. As you can see in the photo, she didn't put top coat on the full nail and it is very noticable. I had to ask her to fix a number of things... from nail polish being attached to my skin, correct nail filing because one of them was crooked. During the pedicure, I was burned twice with the hot coal. I felt she was careless in regards to my nails & skin. However, Danielle was taking care of another customer and it seems she takes her time and makes sure everything is good with the customer. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience. Towards the end, when she was putting my shoes in a bag (it was a rainy day and I was not going to wear sandals), and she mumbled a remark about me to the mom. These are the best nails I've gotten in Phoenix. It was $32 for the full set with gel, $5 for long nails, $5 for coffin shape, and $5 for the marble detailing. Danielle did an amazing job. The wait is long if you don't make an appointment but I got seated right away because I called ahead. Prices are not accurate until you're in the chair. $35 for a gel pedicure, no it's $23 for the basic package, $12 to add new gel/change the color, $3 for taking off the previous gel polish. No thank you, you'll leave with crooked toe nails, and calluses that were to be removed. Apparently my massage chair didn't work because there was no remote, and my tech just let me sit there uncomfortable for an hour at 9 months pregnant. Don't recommend. Im not saying this place is bad! I actually liked the way the lady did my nails. But their color palette its not accurate. I chose a gel color when when they where done it looked totally different from the one I chose. I didn't mind until i was about to leave and this younger worker tried arguing with me when i said " i liked them its just not the color it showed" we did a test with both, my nails and the nails they have for showing. It was obvious the color was different. Instead of apologizing for trying to argue with me when I didn't even complain bt made a comment and a point! The Customer Service is terrible! They make you wait an extremely long time. There was customers sitting waiting to be seen while the employees wait 30 minutes for potential customers to return back to the establishment; those potential customers left so they should lose their place in line & the employees should move on to the next paying customers. This was my first time here and I had an awesome experience and will continue going here for my nail services!! I can't remember his name - but it was one of the males working there and he did amazing!! He was very gentle! Unfortunately they are currently not doing acrylic right now (that's why my middle finger is looking a little sad, it broke off the night before) but I chose gel and my nails feel great and not flimsy. I had an amazing first experience here. I had never been here and was looking to try a different salon. Sunday's are by appointment only and the staff was still willing to take me in. I signed in, and the wait time was about an hour- which worked out perfect for me because I was able to get some shopping done inside of Walmart. I got seated with Danielle quickly after I was done. She is friendly and was very easy to talk to and share stories with. Danielle also made sure all of my requests were met and did an amazing job. Since Sunday is by appointment, they close early at 3 and she did not rush any of her work with me for good pricing. She took her time and I appreciate her staying an hour later to make me a satisfied customer. I will definitely be back to have Danielle do my nails. I appreciate this salon and LOVE my nails! These are the best quality nails I have gotten. Danielle suggested a matte black to me instead of shiny and i love how it turned out. She also made sure to put extra coats on the Diamond Mickey head to ensure they last longer, although it's common sense it's not guaranteed if you're going to be doing a lot of things with nails. Danielle also took the time to do what most other salons don't which is to clean and shape down underneath and the sides of the nails instead of leaving them filed sharp. Overall, I had a great experience with Davi Nails and will be back!!! read more

I had a horrible experience. Although when I went in I didn't have to wait for a super long time. But, the guy who was doing my nails had headphones in the whole entire time. He barely even talked to me. I even noticed that their sink where you wash your hands that, was super dirty. I also noticed, that their pedicure seats, the part where you soak your feet in, they did not have a plastic lining at all which is very unsanitary. The guy who is doing my nails also did not do a good job painting them. And all I got was a gel manicure with no acrylic nails. Yes, they have good cheap prices. But I guess you get what you pay for. I just went here today to get acrylic nails for the first time (This is also my first time here). The people were very nice and always offered to help when possible. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Danelle fixed months of damage done to my nails and she was patient. They were all so kind and when I told them I wanted my real nails... they took that seriously. Half way through I said "let's just do tips again..." and the lady kindly reminded me that I had grew them out for months and that she wanted to help me finally have my true nails. The man who did my toes (has glasses, and sits on the end) was slow, yet very precise. I was happy with the way my toes looked. Been to a lot of nail spas. I would say this one is one of the worst. To start they do not use plastic liners on their soaking tubs. Second although they do a decent job on your standard pedi. Im just not too impressed. They lacked the quality work of an experienced manicurist. We like getting our ingrowns removed and if your not skillful you can be in a world of hurt. The chairs are dated and I dont understand why the nice 42" flat panel tv is on the back of the customers. They have a nice 12" tube tv for the customers. But my advice if you like quality work this may not be the place for you. If you like cheap you get what you pay for. I wont even bother coming back. read more

Went to this place because my normal place Tubi Nails in Glendale was all booked up. I got a full set that was done pretty good. After 1 day my nail cracked from me opening an appliance in my home , and when I asked them to fix my nail the staff became irritated when I called. I stopped by to get my nail fixed and was treated rudely and the staff spoke in their language, rolled their eyes and so on. While fixing my nail the lady told me she was going to charge me 3.00 and I can only pay in cash, in which I don't carry cash. The lady then said I will cut your nail off if you don't have the 3.00 in cash, and at that point I felt it was necessary to get up and leave before allowing her to finish the nail because that small petty amount of money and 1 nail was not worth the B.S. When I got up to leave I was grabbed by the lady who scratched my arm, in which I had to polity move her out of my way. Do Not go here! It's not worth it pay an extra 5-10 dollars and go to Tubi nails in Glendale which you can have a real "pampered experience" and not be assaulted! Originally me being from The Bay Area I have never had this problem, but I guess this is how some of the people in Phoenix run their businesses, and as a result lose customers who actually tip well LOL. So until I move back home to the Bay I will pay a little extra and drive a little further for quality service. I guess that's why this place is in Walmart because you get Walmart service, lesson learned for me!!! Updated: Now the nail tech Danielle is threatening me! My fiancé and I were walk-ins and were greeted right away. We waited maybe five minutes, then they seated us for our pedicures and manicures. I've had less than a handful of pedicures, but I believe they did a great job. My fiancé concurs, and I trust her judgement. The staff was very friendly, and would joke about what color I wanted my nails to be. Overall it was a great experience, and if we weren't moving to a different area we would go there regularly. I've been coming here for almost a year. I've brought my girls & even my bf to get his feet done. We always get top notch treatment & appreciate when I'm told if there's an extended wait time. I've never had a problem. Danielle is a sweetheart & is very good to explain what treatment is best & what will work & what might not (i.e. my 13 yr old daughter who wanted acrylic nails... one nail was super short & she told us it might fall off. Worst experience ever! for a Pedi. Prices are low but not worth it. Its crowded, dirty, and horrible. The lady that did my Pedi, did not used packaged sanitized utensils. She used the cuticle remover as a nail clipper which she sliced off my pinky nail, hurt like crazy. I suspect she was unlicensed being I've had many Pedi's and her way of doing them was very poor quality. This place in my opinion should be shut down!! read more

worst service ever! first off the lady almost get super glue in my eye! how does that even happen? secondly one of my pinky nails are shorter then the rest and they came out crooked until i asked her to fix them. when i told her they were lumpy and uneven she said" I'M NOT DONE YET! HAVEN'T YOU EVEN HAD YOUR NAILS DONE!" she was rude about it. i am used to getting my nails done and i know good service from bad service and this was honestly the worst service ever! She also left air bubbles in between the nails, and if you are a person that likes to get your nails done and you know what that means; it ,means that once they start to grow out they are prone to fall off faster because air is separating the nails. the lady and her co-worker simply said "when we paint them you cannot see the bubbles" . to top it off after getting this horrible service, they asked for a tip! how could they even try getting a tip with such bad service. They also kicked a lady out for saying that the girl that was doing her nails hurt her. was that very necessary? Before going there i was told that they did an amazing job and they were the best but honestly i would never recommend this location, unless you want your nails to not last and look bad. read more
