This has been my go-to nail place since 2021. It's not fancy, but they do an excellent job. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the prices are good. I highly recommend upgrading slightly to the "relax" pedicure to get the hot stone massage. The staff is not pushy about upselling - they literally hand you a menu and ask you to pick. The massage chairs are nice too. One of my favorite things is the range of polish choices - they use DnD brand for both gel and regular and it's high quality. My pedicures easily last 6 weeks. I've also had gel manicures here and they were very well done. I also tried dip powder once on recommendation from the nail tech but wasn't a fan of the removal process (seemed harder on my nails than gel polish). They do get busy at certain times of the day (lunch, late afternoon/early evening) so I recommend calling ahead and getting a loose "appointment" to make sure they have time for you. read more

This is the best place to go in the downtown/midtown area for a pedicure. It's great value for the money, probably the cheapest good pedicure in the valley. Parking is easy, they take walk ins, they let you pay with card, and the staff speak English. I'm honestly surprised it's not busier here most of the time. It's not the world's most fancy chair or salon experience but a nice pedicure with gel polish and a hot stone massage for less than $50 is a rarity to be appreciated. Unfortunately had the worst experience. I usually go there for a pedicure and this time I thought I would try a manicure. DONT COME HERE. I asked them prior if they were able to do a design, if not I can choose something different. The nail tech told me yes. They could not do it and I told them to just take it all off because it wasn't what I wanted at all and I was already there for 2 hours. She then proceeded to yell at me and tell me it's my fault?? Once I went to check out she tried charging me for taking off the nails... only the base layer was removed and she didn't even take them all off. They ruined my natural nails and she was the worst. Yesterday, I went to get my nails done. Mimi was so refreshing! She did a great job at me trying dip on my nails. They look AMAZING? But I can tell it's acrylic on my nails. I normally use gel and I've had two instances recently where the polish peeled up... Once at this salon and a HORRIBLE job at another salon in the Camelbacks Collanade. I LOVE the color of the dip. Mediocre at its very best. The service was lack luster from my nail tech. She hurt my toe even though I said ouch several times before she broke skin. The paint job on my nails is uneven and lumpy. She also gave me a dirty foot cover. Never again. Definitely would not recommend anyone ever come here. The only saving grace is my husband enjoy his pedicure. I went to this location to get my nails done and the guy started doing my nails and just because I told him one nail was shorter then the other one he said in his lenguaje that he didn't want to do it for me because I was picky, They were going to let me wait 30 minutes and he started doing the lady that was after me her nails and had me waiting, I called a head of time to make sure they were able to do it before I left they removed everything. I know for sure they discriminated against me. And just a little reminder for the owners of this location. Federal laws prohibit discrimination based on a person's national origin, race, color, religion, disability, sex, and familial status. Laws prohibiting national origin discrimination make it illegal to discriminate because of a person's birthplace, ancestry, culture or language. I know for sure it was one of this reasons.. I feel disappointed and discriminated it was my first time in this location and it was my nails for my birthday so I was super exited and of course I wanted the nails to look pretty because I am paying for a service that I felt they didn't want to give. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I went a few days ago and now I have an infected cuticle of my right toe. It's so painful and looks disgusting! I walk with a slight limp because any pressure on my right foot hurts. I had to go to urgent care and am on oral antibiotics for 10 days! This place is the most affordable in the area compared to other places but that does not reflect on the quality of service you receive. Sure, the salon is not the fanciest place but I prefer to have friendly staff who have me walk out loving my nails over a luxurious salon with overpriced services and not so friendly staff who are too busy and rush the process. I don't remember my tech's name but I know it started with a T and she had a cute A-line bob haircut. They knew everyone's name that walked in so clearly they keep their customers happy and coming back. "T" pointed out a few errors that the previous salon did wrong on my nails and I really appreciated that, it shows they care about quality of work and also makes me want to continue coming here. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and really wasn't sure what I would end up with but I was pleasantly surprised at the final and have gotten so many compliments on them. She made them nice and think and evenly buffed out (I hate when I get SNS and they end up thick and lumpy). When she was done with my nails she even gave me a nice hand and arm massage with lotion as well as a little shoulder massage - totally unexpected and an added bonus to the experience. I know there are previous bad reviews on this place but please reconsider them as I think maybe they have hired new people or possibly gotten rid of the ones who did bad work. read more

My mom and I made an appointment for 2pm. We waited about 30 minutes with our feet in the water and I finally had a technician start on me. Meanwhile my mom still waited for an additional 15 minutes. I wanted the deluxe pedicure she barely trimmed my cuticles, did the sugar scrub, painted my nails and then had me sit in the paraffin wax. I sat in the wax and she went over and helped another lady she came over took the wax off and went back to the other lady. I asked if I was ever going to get my massage or the hot stones she claimed she did them already and never did. We were here for about 2 hours for just pedicures. She keeps stating she did and she never did I sat here the whole time while she did someone else's nails. I will never come back her. Not worth my time at all.
