Cool little neighborhood spot to get your nails done... nothing too wild, but it does the job. I came in for a pedi... they took care of me. The work was clean, no complaints. The space itself is a decent size... not cramped, but not overly spacious either. I did call ahead for an appointment, and they said they could fit me in... which was solid. But when I arrived right on time, I still had to wait a bit. Felt like they just wanted to keep the place packed... which I get, but it would've been nice if the scheduling matched the promise. If I could give a zero review I would, got my nails done a few weeks ago and while sitting in the chair I got a phone call of an emergency going on back home. I let the tech do her thing while I was on the phone. Needless to say when I got back to my hotel room and saw the job done for 75.00 I wanted to cry. They took advantage of me not paying attention and did a terrible, horrible job. I had to leave on a flight that evening and once I was home I settled I called to let them know that I did not get the service I paid for, I was told to come in when I'm back in town the next few days. Update!!! I came in as I was instructed and was greeted by a man at the desk, I explained why I was there and he immediately said "no, we don't do repair job, when you leave the store we don't fix. Wait what!!!!. I immediately went into defense mode and showed him the terrible job done on my pedicure/ cuticles he said ok, I fix for you. He started trming the cuticles that was not done from a few days ago and said to me that the dead skin is growth from a while ago that they can't help,exactly my point, I was there a few days ago. And a month old growth should have been taken care of when i originally went in.When I asked about the polish being lifted up already on my big toe, he blatantly said to me in front of all of his customers that, that happens in a few days, i asked him then, so wait, the gel you all push for us to do only lasts a few days before lifting, he fumbled. whenni started to take a photo of my toe polish to share on this review he asked what I was as doing when I told him Im posting it on the review he got so upset and got up and said I need to leave . He's not helping me anymore. All of this to say, terrible service and service recovery. I wouldn't have come back I. If I wasn't told to do so and the fact that he shut me down when I took a photo of the terrible job done on my toes speak volumes of the poor business practice they stand for. spend Your money elsewhere where you would get the value of your dollar. I got my nails done here the day before Valentine's Day, (that was a Thursday), by Sunday my gel manicure started peeling. By Wednesday almost every single one of my nails had been chipped or was completely gone. I was not picking them, but everytime I washed my hands more would chip off. I work an office job, not a construction job. Also during the pedicure she did a horrible job on my calluses on my heels (which were not bad to start with), cutting me and leaving marks. My friend who was with me slipped on the floors while wearing the flip flops they supply. She slammed her toe into the wall and they could not care less. The manicure and pedicure cost me $90 plus a $20 tip, not worth it at all. When I called on Wednesday to complain about the state of my nails, he said I could not come in that day but could come in Thursday or Friday for a partial discount. To get my nails fixed it still would have been $32... plus tip. To have nails that are not going to last. Not worth the experience or the price at all. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ACRYLICS. The lady doing my nails was so harsh, she made several of my cuticles bleed to the point where it still hurts day later. I will never, ever go back to this place again. My only request was to have my acrylic nails removed and instead I now have nails that are permanently damaged. Background info: I do not get my nails done often and I had acrylic nails for about month prior for an event. I had had them removed before but many years ago. The woman who removed my acrylics took a fake nail, dug under the cracks between the acrylic and my natural nail, and ripped them off. It was painful and I even asked if this was the way to remove them and she said yes. I was sweating and in pain every time she dug under the cracks to remove them. It has been two months since this and my nails have not grown back. I have put nail growth and clear protectant over them but after seeing a doctor they said there was clear permanent damage. It could take many months or even years for them to grow out the trauma and injury. The proper way to remove these is to soak them in acetone in order for them to become soft before removal. If your nail salon is not doing this, they are injuring your nails! (Possibly permanently) Please do not go to this place, especially for removals. I am very disappointed with this place and only go here because it's conveniently located. My last experience was recent, and the service and lack of skill of the staff was shockingly poor. They wouldn't match my hand and mail color for me and forced me to search through a plethora of boxes, bins, hanging plastic fingers on a key ring, and some other random devices to try to match my hands to my feet. Came here because it was close to our hotel and easy to walk to in the blistering hot heat. We had an appointment for 2 adults and 4 girls. They upsold 2 of the girls without asking their mom if it was ok to get gel nail polish. One of the girls did a French manicure and it turned out beautiful (hence the extra star). My pedicure left much to be desired. The big toes had to be redone and the pictures shown are the redos. My daughter was finished first out of all of us - and her polish was still tacky when we left. Daughter 1 says her French manicure dipped powder was too thick. When I mentioned it to the nail tech, she pretty much said too late/too bad. Daughter 2 said hers extensions and application were bumpy and not smooth. She has flat nail beds - so there was no apex even though I know the tech was capable of building them. I spent over $250 for 3 pedicures, 1 powder dip French manicure and 1 powder dip with extension and 2 nail art designs. For the amount I paid, I should have left happy and satisfied. This is why I like to do my own .. can't expect much these days. Happy to support small businesses, but they gotta do it right. read more

The amount of times bith my hands and toes had to get re-done is insane, so much so that I just gave up. They still charged me and I went ahead and paid because I just wanted to get out of there! I was in a trip from Denver and needed to get my nails done desperately since I was going to the bad bunny concert the next day. The place is very clean my issue is with my nails first the guy started working on my nails and kept getting side tracked every 5 minutes he kept walking off on his phone and wouldn't return till like 10 minutes later, he was super rough and you can tell his attention wasn't on getting the job done. It literally took me 4 hours to get a simple full set and pedi. He was not professional at all answering his phone and leaving me mid work not to mention it's been 3 days and my nails already broke. You think if I walked in with my nails painted and bought the most expensive pedi on their list that they would ask if maybe I wanted my nails done? But new customers came in and we are already forgotten. The pedi is good but 3 out of 3 times not consistent. Look the place is clean. It is nice and I have had a great pedi there. Last two times being in the covid environment I just think the service should be spot-on since capacity rules and covid regulations restricts their business.
