First time in. Pics looked good. They slayed my nails. I wanted sharp, square, dip-powder, that's thin, and the color is bubble bath. I have short natural nails. I don't remember the name of the girl who did them, but she gave me owner vibes. Girl next to me was getting very cute nails too! So I think the proof of their work is absolutely shown in the photos online. I paid $50 for single color dip powder and it was very worth it. Probably the best dip powder I've ever had. Technique is terrible they overcharge you if you want the proper technique if you value your natural nail go to element down the street. She cut and lifted my natural nail to take a lifting tip off and now I have to have two short nails so that it doesn't look terrible lifted my nail off the nail bed, attempting to take it off with scissor. they're rushing and overcharging for low quality product.when you ask for what you are supposed to be getting with your service they make you feel like you're asking for more. Update: The owner, Nikki, reached out promptly to discuss this matter & did her part to make it right. I'd now be open to exploring other nail techs at her salon! I came here monthly for hard gel and pedicures with Trish and always tipped well for over 9 months. But about a month and a half ago, I switched from hard gel to regular gel, and the customer service completely changed. Suddenly, every "appointment" with Trish turned into her passing me off to someone else -- and my nails started chipping or peeling same day. After 2 extremely bad appointments, I decided to give them one last chance. I told Trish I didn't want to be pawned off again, and wanted her to do my nails. This specific appointment, I was looking for her recommendation to strengthen my nails. She suggested dip -- but as she began the dip process, I noticed the color looked off from the color I picked at the beginning of my appointment. When I pointed it out, she immediately says that it was not the color I picked out, and then acted annoyed when I said she needed to use the color I picked out originally. To "fix" it, she slapped one thin layer over the dip, and this is how my $72 nails looked just four days later. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me! I'm officially done with this salon and recommend anyone who is considering to go here to NOT. Inflation is inflating!!! - don't waste your hard earned money on a salon this negligent and careless. read more

I really wanted to like this place because they are close to home but they just don't hit the mark. I've been twice for a pedicure that was mediocre at best. The tech was very nice but the quality of work is terrible. I usually get the top tier pedicure to make sure I cover all of the bases. Both times I've left with my heels as crusty as when I came in. I'm a cosmetologist and a cosmetology instructor and I know when someone is juts "going through the motions" That's the vibe I get each time from this tech. I called around noon to see if they could see me for a full set and a pedicure and they happily accepted and scheduled an appointment for me same day. When I arrived, I was helped by Cindy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. My nails came out beautifully. I would go back again to see her. She made a suggestion to put chrome on my nails that would have otherwise been nude and it makes my nails look 1000% better than the inspo pic. I always make an appointment and it's 20+ minute wait past the appointment time every single time if it's a weekend. I go to a couple nail salons but come enough it's happened to me 10+ times here. All an appointment means is you have an appointment to wait. If it weren't for the proximity to my home and they do a nice job, I wouldn't come back any more. I also don't like how their lotions smell on the skin about an hour after services. I have always loved this nail salon and drove out of the way just to go here. Unfortunately, I recently came in and asked for a full set. I don't do gel because I like to change the color of my nails myself. I was told that a full set was $60 whether you do gel or not. I thought That she was just trying to convince me to do gel, so I went with it and let her do gel since she was insisting on using a gel color that was similar to the one I had selected. Imagine my surprise when I get to the checkout table, and see a list of prices $40 for full set no gel and $60 with gel. I had to pay more for something I didn't want because I was lied to.
