Never again. Let me start by saying the moment I walked in I should have turned around. This place is not clean. The floors, basins, trays and all.... not only from a covid stand point but a general sanitary standpoint. I was talked into a pedicure with all the extra. Thinking I should treat myself I opted for the works. Hot rocks, sugar scrub, wax and all. The pedicure was only about 30 min in total, no wax, no rocks, just a sugar scrub and the basics. She painted my toe nails with the bare minimum amour of polish, put my shoes and and rushed me out to pay. I was then asked to pay for the deluxe pedi, when I DID NOT receive all in the package. When telling her she didn't give me the wax or the hot rocks she tried arguing with me and telling me I had to pay for the deluxe. Feeling frustrated I handed her the cash. Expecting $15 back in change she walked off towards the back and never came back! She just assumed I was tipping her $15??! So I paid nearly $60 for a pedicure that would cost $20. Like I said. Never again! I do suggest supporting other local nail businesses. As a mom I look forward to being pampered and this completely missed the mark. read more

First of all this place is located in a hella sketch place so for this lady to be as rude as she was baffles me. I came in at 6 and asked for a pedicure and she yells at me to go home multiple times like she has Tourette's. I am going as close to home and not trying somewhere new again. I called 30 minutes ahead of time to make sure this business would be taking walk-ins. I was assured that they would be open per their hours listed on the internet. I arrived roughly 10 minutes after 6 and they were closed. I have spent years catering to guests at restaurants and in other service-related jobs and at no point in time did we ever shut the doors on our patrons an hour early. If they had been understaffed for whatever reason I really wish they would have told me that and I would have driven down there on another day at a better time. I am seriously extremely annoyed and inconvenienced by that and will seriously reconsider ever coming here again. And I tip extremely well. read more

I went in for a full set and pedicure. My first clue to get out of dodge should have been the pedicure chairs. The arm rest and cup holder were scattered with somebody's (what looked like) cheesy cheeto crumbs and never picked up. The remote thing for the chair was also dirty and I remember getting this overall dingy vibe. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try. The pedicure went fine and the girl was nice, but you could tell she really didn't want to be there. I guess I wouldn't either! I wanted something specific that was a little fancy and they couldn't do it, so I was disappointed but I decided to try to find something else. Eventually I settled on some metallic powder thing they had. As I was sitting there getting my full set done, I noticed that they never cleaned the foot bowl part where you soak your feet for the pedicure. The person who sat at the chair where I had my pedicure soaked his feet in the remnants of whatever was in my pedicure water which made me hope that whoever had their pedicure before me didn't have nasty, dirty feet! Multiple other clients came and they don't use liners and I didn't see them clean inbetween. I was specifically paying attention to that. My full set was a disappointment. The work was sloppy--the metallic color didn't cover evenly, some spots were still visible under the metallic color, and there was paint on my skin around my fingers and toes. The lady said not to worry about it because it would come off after I washed my hands a bunch of times, and also not to expect the metallic color to last long because it chips very easily (she told me this only after I already had them done). The lady who did my nails was polite but unbothered to be helpful when I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted. The biggest takeaway for me is that places like this need to be clean, and this place was far from clean and hygienic. My nails were $55 and the pedicure $19. I would definitely not recommend going here and I will not be back. read more

Based on other reviews on yelp I tried this place out. I was a little away from my normal part of town, and did a search for a nail place near my location. I was NOT disappointed. I had a very nice pedicure for a good value. They give you a menu so you can choose your service in advance. This cuts back on the upsells and lets you enjoy your relaxing indulgence. I upgraded to have my heels worked over, They were thorough, did a nice job, and for a great value, monetarily. The folks who worked there were pleasant. I will definitely return! read more

Worst nail experience ever. Me and my boyfriend stopped in because of the convenience. First, we stood there in front of the lady for a good two minutes and we had to greet her first because she was too busy looking at her cell phone. Second, my pedicure came out TERRIBLE. She was too busy talking to the other employees to see that she had gotten nail polish all over my toe, not just my toe nail. Lastly, my manicure was so painful. She cut my ring fingernail too short and didn't even apologize and while my boyfriend was getting his manicure the lady cut him on two separated occasions and continued to dig deeper on those nails. Her nails looked really good the first day. The next day, there were chips on 3 nails. Her gel polish literally just peeled off from those chips.
