Customer service was horrible. My technician was Tina and she was very rude. I provided a picture of what I wanted and also left in the appointment notes when scheduling of what I wanted and she did not do a good job at all. She was very rough with my cuticles when doing my pedicure and seemed like she was rushing. When she got to my fingernails, she got towards the end and I asked her to add part of the design that was in the picture and she gave me an irritated sigh, at the end she still did not add what I wanted and just told me it was done. My nails came out looking almost nothing like the picture I provided. She was doing the designs carelessly and hurried and was acting like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to add something that was clearly in the photo. WORST OF ALL, at one point during the appointment she raised MY hand to another customer and asked her "would you ever get nails like this?", basically making fun of my nails and continued to laugh very loudly. Bottom line, I would never EVER recommend this place or Tina to anyone that wants a good experience and good nails. I hope I can get a FULL refund because this was the worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon.
Worst experience at any nail salon. I chose the VIP Pedicure to celebrate Mother's Day with my daughter. We got there early for our appointment time, and they started her 25 minutes before me. Then, the center of my left foot was shred without even an apology. Then my hand and neck massage was a speed version. I have been to Biagio Nail and Spa over a dozen times, and I pledge to never return. What a way to ruin an experience with your daughter! And, ruin a day at an expensive resort where we planned to relax in the lazy river.
I have been coming here since they opened. Salon is clean and very nicely furnished. They have online booking which I like! I always go to Lily! She's the best

I work in retail and I can say that the owner was more accommodating than I could have hoped for when I called in for a last minute appointment. When we came in, everyone was extraordinarily generous and helpful. From a service perspective, it was incredible. The space was clean, and beautiful, the atmosphere was exquisite. We had an absolute blast with the techs who helped us, Estefany, Giselle, and David. (I laughed, I cried, it was better than the opera.) The quality was also incredible. Each one took great care and pride in their work and their artistry. If we lived in the state, I would make the trip just for the full experience. I also want to say how much I appreciate the company itself for caring about their employees and taking a chance on young professionals by supporting and educating them in the craft. This is what community and mentorship should look like. I wish every one who comes here can bring a bit of the abounding care home with them, and spread it wherever they go.

Beautiful salon that fits in a busy shopping center. They always tend to have availability I caution you though as not everyone is skilled and trained even for a simple task. I've had wonderful service with Nancy. Andy is pretty quiet but does a great job. The rest are snotty and not hospitable at all. Not the most welcoming type of service. My request is easy. All I want outside of a pedicure is SNS NO COLOR you would think how hard is that to have clear nails that just make your nails shining. Well it seems to be difficult at this location. Which the cost for short nails no color which they end up putting color is $48. I don't have money to waste for mistakes. My recommendation is to be as clear as possible even with the easiest task and show a picture. I walk in requesting for my nails to look the same which had no colored and come out with a hint of color. read more

This shop looks very nice and clean. I had dip removed and wanted gel with a chrome finish. Every single one of my nails is shaped differently and there are bumps and fingerprints on each nail. The chrome was extra and it is hardly noticeable. Very upset I spent money on this :( read more

I haven't had any nail services done in over a year. I was super excited about my visit. Unfortunately it was not what I had hoped for. The shape of nails is ok and they aren't thick but there is product all over and rough edges. My pedicure was actually painful I had to ask them to stop because they kept digging into skin. read more
What the heck, I aint coming back, so might as well put em on blast. I was pretty excited to have a pedi date with both J-WoW and Kazi-face, because it had been a hot minute since I had my toes worked on, and my previous pedi didnt even last 3 months. ;) First thing I noticed, was a relatively small waiting area (3 seats), and J pointed out a limited wall of polish color. We were escorted back to our awaiting chairs prior to our reservation time, as to free up 2 of the 3 chairs in the waiting room I did like the fiber optic light changing color in the basin of the chair. Outside of the paraffin, that's about all I enjoyed during my stay at Chez Chemical Burn. Yes, I opted for the callous, and yes, both my feet felt the effects of fiery acid melting away the healthy skin with the dead, which stressed me out, and as we all know, stress is very damaging to the epidermis. Unlike my first chemical burn, I knew it was only going to keep burning worse, so I immediately let the tech know, and she quickly rinsed the acid off and hit me with a sugar scrub. The pedicure seemed to fly by, and before I knew it, the tech was standing to my right, giving me what appeared to be a massage. Not really sure though. Like I said, the paraffin was enjoyable, and I opted for some Minions nail art, which wasnt sealed with a top coat, and thus ruined less than 18 hours later at the water park. "Toe: A part of the foot used to find furniture in the dark." #CanRelate It's summertime, folks. Get that pedicure because it's show time! The crew and I wanted pedicures so after searching on Yelp, we came to a decision that we gotta go here. With reviews comparing this place to an actual spa, I wanted to see what the hype was about. We made reservations and soon we were escaping that Arizona heat for an air conditioned haven. Parking is a nightmare though. This place is modern, clean, and pretty cozy! They seem to be super busy so I guess packing in as many manicure stations is key for such a swanky establishment. There's a backroom for pedicures only and beyond that is the staff's kitchenette and a clean bathroom. Legit. After signing in, you're offered a bottled water and they work their magic. All three of us got the #2 Express Spa Pedicure for $31 which includes an exfoliating scrub and your choice of either the callus remover or sugar/sea salt scrub. I opted for the sugar scrub since my heels weren't sandpapery and the cheese-grater-thing scares me to be honest. The technician worked her magic and minus the occasional whacking on my foot to let me know to put the other foot up, it was seemingly decently. She tickled my toesies, painted them white, and gave my a surprise design with the guidelines of using black and gold. On top of not washing all the sugar off, the pedicure didn't come out too well. I didn't notice until the next day that white was streaking, my design was uneven, a nail was oddly shaped, and the top coat didn't cover the whole nail. And since I went in with my own top coat to try and fix it, I ended up smearing part of the design. Aw man... So while the place is popular and busy and you get a massage with your pedicure [it felt like the lady was trying to burp me as I contort my face to my friend in displeasure], I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would. As a first time client here My nail tech HELEN removed my SNS by grinding my nails down to absolutely nothing. I could feel the heat from the grinder in my nail bed which I've never felt before. She didn't prep my nail. And Infact painted over the old remnants and went straight into the dip powder. She was rushing the entire time and kept looking at the clock. She trimmed my nails, with the Nail grinder (which only damages and weakens the nail indefinitely) instead of a clip and file. Her name is HELEN. Make sure to never sit in her chair. My nail chipped the very next day. And I paid 46.32 for a terrible service that the owner would not refund me and only justified her shitty service. When I spoke with PHO'DED the manager she said "Well you have to tell her how you want your nails done. She can't read your mind. If there's paint left over it's fine we can paint over it. I told her not to take her time or take as long so that's probably why she was rushing." Like why are you making excuses for poor behavior and technique? I wish someone was there to support me and that you all could feel or experience how I felt that day in HELENS chair. Completely not cared for and disregarded as a human being, it's really sad. How does the business owner PHO'DED not give an unhappy client a refund. Or explain away the problem as if it was my fault. No, it's not my fault... your nail tech has ZERO technique and takes ZERO pride in her career. I've never in my life seen such poor technique from a technician. Or such poor customer service from the management. I had strong sturdy nails until HELEN completely butchered them. Do you think it's fair to pay over $50 with tip for a service that Was unjust and unfair. And when I complained to the manager she was saying that's it's my fault I need to tell the technician how I want my nails done. I've never in my life had to tell a technician "please do a good job. Please don't butcher my nails and make sure they last 3 weeks." A good technician ensures that the guest is number one priority. And so should the owner of a business. The guest is always right. As someone who works in customer service I am completely disappointed with the team, the cleanliness and the management and style of service they provide. There wasn't anyone wiping anything down the shelf's or the area where you pick out your nail color in between clients. And the place where you put your nails on to dry either under the light or on top with the fan was never wiped down in between sets. This place is horrible and it's pretty awful that the business owner wouldn't offer me a refund or take proper care in resolving the issue. If you've had a good experience here, great! Unfortunately for me that wasn't the case and I will never return. I should have trusted my instinct and just walked out and not paid for it. That's how appalled I was with Helens service. But I'm a pretty nice and understanding person and paid anyways. I didn't want to be rude. I should have just gone with my instinct that's how shocked and appalled I was by the service I got. And PHO'DED the general manager just wont do what's right and return my money. She is justifying the service I got by saying it's my fault. Save yourself the time and trouble and go to JENIZAS NAILS on 16th st and Camelback and ask for Rose. I've never once had to tell Rose how to provide me with proper nail technique, Rose has never once rushed me or made me feel like I didn't matter and she always gave me the best service to date!!! She's out of town which is why I tried somewhere new due to a friends recommendation. But I tell you this place Biagio is is awful and isn't clean go to JENIZAS NAILS where they actually care about providing quality service. You would think in a time like COVID-19 a business would do everything right to keep clients and an influx of money coming in. But it's unfortunate they they really just see you as a number $ and not a human being and are willing to go the extra mile to take all your money for nothing. Thanks again Biagio for ruing the hard work I put in to making my nails look good There are good technicians out there like ROSE at JENIZAS NAILS, with better prices, and there are bad technicians with no technique who shouldn't be working on people's nails like HELEN from Biagio. If you scroll down and look at other low star reviews they basically say the same thing. "Rushed... nails chipped after a day or two" etc. Believe them. This place is only looking to take your money and not provide quality service. Save yourself the time, money and trouble. read more

First time here.... Very professional - all about efficiency. I like that they were able to take me quickly and the place is very clean. However the staff isn't very friendly especially the front receptionist. She didn't look up at all while checking me in. She tapped the iPad and told me to sign in and that they would take me right away. I walked back within minutes and my pedicure began. The seats are comfy, the water was warm and the technician was nice. I'll give the place another try next month as it is right by house so convenience is hard to pass up. read more

I've been going to Biagio for years about every 2 months. My experience just now was horrendous. The woman was careless, aggressive and caused more damage than good. She cut my toenails too short, stabbed me (I'm sure by accident) when trying to clean under the nail, and proceeded to tell me I had an ingrown nail and cut my large toe until it bled. When I asked her to stop she asked me if I was sensitive (I'm generally not). My toenails are uneven, and when she filed she filed more of skin than nail. For a place that is clean, and has the qualities of being a high-end salon they are missing the mark. I am really disappointed by this experience. read more

I've given this place multiple chances but every time I go my gel chips a day or two after. I feel as if they put a facade on that they are high end but the quality of their products don't match up. It is priced too high for my nails to be chipping that soon, if at all. Service is good, but quality of products is not. read more

They were terrible, the man that did my nails did not explain all the extra charges properly so when I got to the front counter the lady charged me 3 extra 5$ payments. the nails were very bumpy and not smooth either read more

I treated myself to a mani/pedi not too long ago and finally am getting around to writing a review. This quaint, CLEAN, and gem of a nail salon is very good. I got the best gel nails on the menu (the powder dip) and my nail stylist went to great lengths to make sure I loved the color before we started. The owner (whose name is escaping me) was actually the one who did my nails and she was courteous, very hygienic, and accommodating. She trimmed my cuticles beautifully, and gave me tips on how I could do that at home and keep my nails looking their best. Considering I have the world's shortest nails she did a great job at shaping them and making them look feminine. My pedicure was very nice. The girl who worked on me spoke very little English but was very sweet and my foot massage was delightful. The downside of this place is they only take cash tips, so I had to run over to Sprouts and buy a drink to get cash back... kind of odd for such a busy and well known salon. Other than that the nails stay on forever (after two weeks I took mine off because I was desperate for a change). read more
