LOVED this place. Mong did an amazing job on my nails. He is very kind and funny! I will definitely be a regular customer here. The prices are so reasonable too. 10/10
If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for French ombré + chrome ... showed inspo pic. Was told "no problem, $80.00" Walked out with dragon claws and the ugliest "French Tip. Worst manicure I've ever had... but he's been doing this 25 years. No cuticle care, no lotion, no nail bed clean up, not to mention being told your finger is why they can't do xyz. I asked for ombré more than once and told him repeatedly that I didn't like it. He said "you'll get use to it".
I had to find a new nail spot after having issues with my last spot twice. I called on a Thursday and they were able to schedule me same day. Vanessa did my pedi and a guy did my nails (don't know his name) Professional, didn't feel rushed and also they weren't slow so just right. I will definitely be back!
Rude service. Went in for Mother's Day they have no customer service skills. Ruined the day for us. The nails were not done anything special and the place is a little run down and dirty. They also didn't use sanitized utensils.
Honestly, one of the best mani/pedi experiences I've had since moving to Phx. They are family owned which allows them to take good care of their clientele. The chairs are comfortable and the service is quick and reliable. The space is large and accommodating. I will become a regular.

I called Phoenician Nails around 9:15am on my day off. I was able to get in right away, thank goodness. First thing when you walk in the door, you are asked to wash your hands. I think that is a very sensible idea. Staff and customers wore masks and were spaced apart for social distancing. I felt quite comfortable getting services here even with the risk of covid-19. Tina was so careful and gentle when trimming my cuticles. I am scared of that part because someone at a different nail salon made me bleed once and it stung for days. The basic foot spa package here is $28. I got the $35 package which comes with a sugar scrub to exfoliate my legs and feet. Afterwards, my skin was nice and soft. It is a bit pricey compared to other nail salons that I have been before but I cannot complain because I was able to get in right away, and Tina worked very hard to make my toes presentable.
This was a FANTASTIC time at this nail salon before my school year begins. When you walk into the salon you're immediately greeted with smiles and friendliness. The decor is tasteful, beautiful and not overly crowded with stations. A total of 8 pedicure chairs (with massage feature) and 8 nail stations. Everyone was wearing both masks and face shields and we were asked to wash our hands upon entering. The salon was clean and smelled fresh. I got the premium spa pedicure ($35) and from the beginning to the end it was perfect. Warm water, gentle hands, sugar scrub and a nice long leg massage. The conversation was nice and I really appreciate the attention to details in the care of my toes and feet. When I return back to AZ I'll definitely come for another visit!!! Thank you!
The pictures say it all. I was the only client there and this is what I am subject to? The layers of gel polish over my cuticles is so thick that it will be lifting in a few days from growth. I am not sure if the polish was old, dry or both, or maybe just from the technicians lack of expertise. It is hard to see in pictures, but it is far from smooth. Even the amount of cuticle hanging off my index finger is bothersome considering this was done less than 4 hours ago
This place was amazing I was in town from LA for work and needed my nails done! Everyone I called was to busy to get an appointment or to expensive. This place is just right. The owner did nails perfectly. I even got the holographic effect!!! Professional, clean and courteous. I am definitely going back again!!!
I texted Trish and made an appointment for a Friday morning at 10AM. When I came in, one client was almost done so most of my pedicure was just me and the workers, which was nice. The person who did my pedicure, I believe her name was Tina, was super sweet. Even when I accidentally scuffed my wet nail polish, she didn't get upset or anything and just fixed it right away. I got the $35 deluxe pedicure and the massage and callus removing was really nice. I ended up getting a French tip but she did my right big toe crooked, which is fine but not fine since prices here are more compared to California. Mong did my acrylics and he did such an amazing job following the photo. I love that this location actually works with foil and designs and so on. The manicure was painless and I'm in love with it. After my pedicure (Deluxe French Tip) and manicure (Acrylic with Almond Shape and Design), the total I paid after 20% tip and the 3% credit card charge was about $140. I don't get my nails done too often so this is my year nail budget :') But Mong was great and so was Tina! Would definitely come here again in the future. Unrelated but.. To the lady who got a $65 manicure and only tipped $5, you shouldn't get services if you can't afford to tip correctly especially after raving that you liked your manicure.

I have gotten my nails done at soooo many different places and I've had maybe TWO really good nail techs that I loved!! If you get your nails done you know it is hard to find a good one period! Monk slayed my nails! Very enjoyable experience, he was kind and listened to me and what I wanted. He took his time and made sure they were perfect!! I appreciate a nail tech that genuinely listens to a client and doesn't just brush off their concerns and tell you your damn finger is crooked..no it's not my finger..you just did a bad job lmfao!! I look forward to Monk slaying and doing all kinds of fire ass designs in the future!! read more

Super disappointed with my visit. I just moved to the neighborhood & really wanted to find a place where I could come every 2 weeks for maintenance but unfortunately it will definitely not be Phoenician Nails. They charged me $75 for a full set with NO designs glitter nothing just a plain full set?? My pedicure was an extra $20 for gel?? These prices are INSANE. My previous visit to a salon in Scottsdale wasn't even this expensive. I guess this is what we call "quality nails" worth $75 Shape is uneven & lines do not match up but okay read more

Absolutely love this place! I have been looking and looking for a good nail salon and finally was able to find it! I came in on Saturday afternoon and got seated right away. I wasn't sure what I want, but Tina explained to me how gel/powder/acrylic are all different. I decided to get a pedicure while I was waiting for Trish to finish with another customer to get my dip powder manicure. Trish and Tina are both amazing! I love the color and very happy with the service I was given. I will definitely come back again, with an appointment for sure! read more
Don't say you open at 10 and then not get there until 15 mins after with coffee in hand. I had booked a mani for both my wife and myself. When we were about to pull out of the parking lot along with the other people that were waiting, they showed up with Starbucks in hand. Strike 1. Looking around as I was getting a mani, the place wasn't clean from the day before as evidenced by the attached photo. Those aren't my clippings. Strike 2. My wife also had told me that they were rude to her and my MIL when she had come down a previous time when she inquired about a walk-in appt. Strike 3. Our search for a great regular nail place continues. We have discovered that no matter the city, a good place only lasts for one or two visits. We will keep looking. read more

This place is a hidden gem but are always busy! Should always call in to schedule prior. I called 3 hours beforehand and got a spot around 3PM since they seemed busy during noon. Once I arrived they seated me right away. I got a basic white pedicure ($22) and a ombré pink/white powder set with a cute 3D flower design ($65). I am seriously IN LOVE with how my nails turned out! They really care for your nails along with putting out amazing results. I can tell they take their time to get every detail you want right. Even when they removed my old acrylics, they made sure to soak & file them down instead of popping them off (which damages the nails). The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is that it's a little pricey. The pedicure was alright at $22 but a SNS powder set for $65 is a little up there. I would probably be okay with around $50 but still satisfied either way. Would totally recommend checking them out! read more

My best friend and I walked in to get 2 full sets done for my wedding and we were taken back right away. I showed the nail tech the picture of my nails I wanted and he did my nails exactly that! I was nervous trying a new place but I'm so glad we did! read more

I decided to try this place because it's closer than my normal place. The guy is rude. I got a full set of ombré nails. I asked about other kinds of nails and he made a comment about how they were too expensive for me. Okkkkkk. We never discussed my finances and the ombré is $55 so it's not like I was going for the cheapest option in the first place but I'm used to nail people being rude and he did a good job so fine, whatever. Then I had a nail break a week and a half later (which I never have happen at my usual place). I went in to get it fixed. He was just sitting there but he still gave me a hard time about coming in without an appointment. It takes 5 minutes to fix a nail! And again, he was just sitting and seemingly doing nothing. He made me feel so unwelcome that I decided I will never go back. He did my nails well but not good enough to be an arrogant jerk. read more

My nails had a bad day and looked terrible. I called my regular and unfortunately she was off. I looked around at who was open who might help out and found Phoenician and they came with great reviews. I did wait a few minutes after arriving but I was being worked in and they never stopped reminding me that I had chair time. My turn and they could do the same manicure but recommended a pink and white powder apposed to my usual and it turned out great I love it. I am so hooked. Ok trip two and what a unique and awesome job Mong did. I just love getting my nails done here they can do something simple or something spectacular. It gets better here each time I go. I needed a simple fill but of course I had to smash one with a hammer I had a pink marble pink and white...I loved it. Mong however says hmm you must have flipped someone off to lose the nail...haha. He says let's do something else when we replace that. I say ok but remember I have to keep it professional for meetings and such. This guy created this encapsulated rose with powder he truly is an artist cause this look rocks with the pink marble and everyone loves my nails. I cannot say enough good things about this guys work. Update in my most recent look by Mong. Even when I am going to just do something simple he is able to add a touch that makes it great! It's all about finding someone who goes the extra mile and provides over the top work. He books me for an appointment after they are closed I felt a bit guilty for that even though when I accepted the appointment I didn't realize it. This place takes care of their customers. read more
